My husband bought an engagement ring from Cara and it was perfect. They damaged the ring whilst resizing it and it was only noted by a jeweller in the UK. I went back and was met by a senior man (seemed like management) who embodied the word greed. He told me that I have to pay to have the ring fixed even though it was Cara's doing and would need a new ring. This is against Dubai consumer laws. I was so upset and gobsmacked. Luckily, my husband had contacted someone else called Pankaj. Pankaj, without any hesitation fixed my ring swiftly and with great service. I did not need a new ring. He was honest and professional. Cara had lost a valuable customer and Pankaj saved the day. I will surely return back time and time again to Pankaj. I would recommend him to everyone.
