I walked into Car Nation at 4315 North Sevice Road Burlington on September 10th to see 6 cars in the showroom. Two corvettes out of the 6 which is what I had been searching for. As I was admiring a 2011 red corvette a gentlemen approached me and introduced himself as Mike. From start to finish Mike explained everything I needed to know about the car in detail. He went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience and it made it the easiest purchase for me. He followed up with me after to see how the car was running for me and is a super professional guy. - Rick

Worst customer service I ve ever encountered. If you don t mind being swindled into buying a car then this is the place to shop. Inexperienced and full of it. Our salesman, Nick, definitely needs to know when to stop talking. If we hadn t wanted the car so much, he would have scared us out of the lot! We bought the car and I already feel it s going to be a lemon. We ve been in contact with manager and the case is closed. Thanks for nothing!

I saw an ad for a 2018 chrysler 300s on auto trader it was one of the best priced so I contacted them on the number provided on the ad. It was around 8am and Evan responded within minutes, he answered all my questions and we set up a time that same day for me to see the car. When we arrived the car was already pulled up to the front, Evan explained every detail about the car and answered all of our questions. Evan even brought the car to my mechanic that is in Mississauga. There was no pressure to buy the car and honestly one of the easiest experiances I've ever had with making a big purchase. Evan kept me updated each step of the way , Sandra helped me with the financing portion and she was amazing, such a kind hearted person. If your looking to buy a car and have a piece of mind I highly recommend going here and ask for Evan, he is a honest good guy he made me great deal and he can do the same for you. They are definitely not just about making money but actually helping people get good deals. There should be more car sales people like Evan. Thank you so much Evan I am so happy with my car!

I recently purchased a 2014 BMW I3 from the Burlington location. The customer service I experienced was fantastic. The process was smooth, accurate & detailed. I was greeted immediately and was not pressured. Also, I noticed the sales staff is very knowledgeable of their inventory and vehicles. The Business manager (Lisa S.) is also very knowledgeable and worked very hard to accommodate a deal that would suit my financial needs! If you're planning on purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend you consider them as an option. The prices are good and their inventory is big. I'm very sure they have a vehicle that fits your needs. Overall dealership was good great selection of cars and they make sure you get what you want. Sales rep Michael "the cowboy" Mercadante was great. He deserves to be employee if the month. Only downside was the vehicle I purchased had 1 recall to do but when we picked it up we were told it was completed, only to find out by searching the VIN it wasn't. Other than this, great experience

Got a 2016 Mazda 6 from Car Nation in August, wanted to wait before leaving my review. Had my first inspection and oil change today since having it, the car is in tip top condition! Nick my salesman was very helpful and friendly throughout the sale and post-sale. Even the showroom manager, cant remember her name was great! The finance guy did try to sell me on a few extra warranties and stuff so just beware of that when you're closing the deal. All in all great experience!

I'm really happy with me new car and my experience at Car Nation. Sunil worked with me to find a car that that fit every criteria I wanted. The people at Car Nation are pretty salesy and I did feel pressure to buy, but now that I have my car, I love it! I appreciated all the little details they took care of for me, like offering to provide and install winter tires and a block heater for me, filling my tank, doing an oil change, and getting the ownership and license plates taken care of for me. I would recommend Car Nation and Sunil to anyone looking to buy their next car. The company is professional and makes buying a car easy and stress-free, and Sunil is approachable and knowledgable.

This is my second purchase from Car Nation Canada and I must say, I thought the first time was a great experience. The second one, was even better. Just a great and friendly environment in the dealership. We went in with our minds set one car, didn't care for it. But the sales rep we were with was super patient. Bernard took the time to show us the inventory and we found the perfect car for us and our budget. I need to throw a mention out to one of the most friendly managers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with; Thank you Mya for all your support and customer service while Bernard was preparing our new vehicle, or should I say vehicles :), for a test drive. Then came the worst part, the finance manager. Just kidding, Sandra was amazing. She took the time to go over everything. She set all the paperwork in front of us and went through it like an expert. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Car Nation Direct. From the moment I first walked into the dealership, I didn't feel pressured to purchase but was given the proper information and tools to make an informed decision. Ray was my Sales Consultant and was always friendly and available to answer any questions I had. He never pressured me into buying a car from him and built a great relationship with me. Robert was the Finance Manager I dealt with and he always provided me with upfront information and was a pleasure to work with. Their customer service was wonderful and I never felt as though I was bothering them even with my millions of questions at times! My 2014 new (used) Honda Civic is amazing (I should probably mention the car!) and I am absolutely in love with it. Overall, my experience with Ray, Robert and Matt has been amazing and I truly feel like part of a family when I walk into the dealership. *LONG STORY BUT WORTH READING IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING A CAR HERE* GET A PRIVATE MECHANICAL INSPECTION I found a car I was interested in at Car Nation on the North Service Rd in Burlington. I asked to have my mechanic look at it as the CarFax report showed the vehicle had been in an accident. I was told that before the car could leave the lot I would need to sign a bill of sale with a stipulation of a mechanical inspection, and agree that I would purchase the car upon receipt of a satisfactory inspection report from my mechanic. I was also told I would need to sign the ownership of my current vehicle, a 2014 Toyota Sienna, and leave it with the dealership as it was being used as a trade in for the potential sale. My mechanic s report found the vehicle needed repairs including an alignment and new tires, so I asked the dealership to complete an alignment due to the unusual, uneven wear of the tires. The alignment was supposedly completed by Car Nation Direct, but when I was ready to pick up the vehicle I asked to see the report. It showed the rear wheels were out of alignment. I was introduced to Mike Pinto as the Service Manager who said the alignment on the rear wheels COULD NOT be adjusted due to a manufacturer setting from Volkswagen. I noticed that the rear wheels were out at different percentages. I asked why, if it was a manufacturer s setting the numbers would be different on each side. Mr. Pinto returned and said he wasn t sure why that would be the case. At this point, I was walked across the hall to another office. Mr. Cieslak, an Assistant Sales Manager was now the 6th person at the dealership I had been directed to deal with in regards to the vehicle. Mr. Cieslak asked what the issue was, I told him the alignment report was not satisfactory. He asked what I wanted Car Nation to do about it. I said I had only agreed to purchase the car if a satisfactory alignment report was provided. He told me it was disappointing I was asking for this since work had already been done on the car. He then left the office. The original salesperson I spoke to, came to tell me the car was back in the service bay on the alignment machine. Shortly after, Mr. Cieslak returned with an additional alignment report, with different numbers than the first report, showing the rear wheels were now aligned. I questioned how this was possible if it were, in fact, a manufacturer s setting. Mr. Cieslak said the earlier technician must have either forgotten to do a proper alignment or didn t have the correct Volkswagen tool. I did not feel good about the entire situation and said I would call tomorrow to follow up. I hadn t decided what to do at this point. As I was walking out of the dealership, Mr. Cieslak loudly aggressively said, The new vehicle is already in your name! which I interpreted as a tactic to intimidate me to take the vehicle despite the misleading mechanical work by the dealership. At this point I had lost faith in the integrity of the dealership and the technicians reports, and had to wait a further week to get a refund on my deposit and to have my van ownership returned. I was never once apologized to, nor did anyone at the dealership ever even remotely demonstrate concern at what had happened. I would strongly caution anyone shopping here to USE THEIR DUE DILIGENCE AND GET A PRIVATE MECHANICAL INSPECTION! Do not sign anything with them unless you are 100% sure the vehicle is what you expect, and what you want.

First and only place we needed to go to get a car. Kyle was our sales guy and what a fantastic job he did. We told Kyle our previous car broke down mid week and we needed a car ASAP. He asked all the right questions and help us pick out a 2018 Kia Rio. He even had the dealership get the car ready in 2 days because of our situation. He even came in on his day off which is an hour commute to make sure everything was good. If you want a friendly, down to earth, not pushy sales person, ask for kyle.

It has been the a very scary experience dealing with this dealership. Firstly they tried to bump of a damaged bumper along when we went to pick up our car which we had purchased and lastly when they were told to deliver the vehicle to our residence after replacing the damaged bumper they altered the original invoice with a different one and endorsed some chargeable fees on the same thereby increasing the total amount from the original invoice. Anyone dealing or wanting to deal with this company should think twice. Unfortunately if you do not chose 1 star atlas you cannot post your comments.

We just purchased a Mazda CX-7 from Car Nation Direct. We were put in contact with Will French and we have had an above board experience from start to finish. Will made the process very simple and easy to understand and he never left out a detail. He took the time and the effort even on his day off to get the deal organized. Until we met Will, the financing offers we were getting were a mess. And we had been having a very hard time just getting the papers organized. We are a young family on a tight budget and this car will change our daily lives. We would recommend Will French and Car Nation Direct without hesitation. And when we are ready for a trade in, we will return to Car Nation Direct.

Came into get 2019 ford fusion Hybrid. Spoke to Marco, a very friendly and not so pushy salesman. Showed he truly cares about the best customer service experience and not just the sale or his commission. Took care of me in the best way possible and made sure I get the best deal. Even threw in the winter mats for the back along with a full tank. Amazing guy and service ogerall, definitely recommend him for any of you that go there.

I thought these people were among the best until they contrived a method to steal from the poorest people, the ones that go to places like CarNation, poor people like me. The people that need help. They stole money from me and now small claims court is the only option. They will not return my calls or even tell me why they took the money. By the way, in addition to stealing money, the extended warranty is a scam, no one, other than CarNation will honor it and they don't!!! They also said twice they would detail my new purchase, to remove the vomit on the back seat and floor...they didn't. Had to pay more money . I am really hurt by the lies and scams, I never thought they were like this. My blinders are off. Yes, you are thieves and to anyone who wants 100% proof, leave an email and I will show you. See you in court thieving CarNation. CarNation said they will solve the problem of them not making the final payment to the TD bank, they didn't, why??? Because the dealership kept the money!! Now I have to make a final payment to TD for a car I do not own and to my new car. This is fraud CarNation, not an over site and you have had a month to fix this. MORE LIES. Getting court papers today, I'll bet you have a lawyer there instead of paying the money you owe. NOW I FIND BY COMPLETE ACCIDENT THAT I BOUGHT A CAR THAT WAS IN FACT A RENTAL. CAR NATION BUYS UP RENTALS CARS, TRANSFERS OWNERSHIP TO A CONSUMER (USUALLY AN EMPLOYEE) AND THEN DEFEATS THE LAWS OF HAVING TO REPORT IT AS A RENTAL. SNEAKY, YOU BET BUT NOT AGAINST THE LAW. I WILL MAKE IT LIFE'S WORK TO BRING THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF EVERY ONE LOOKING FOR A USED CAR!!

I recently purchased a 2010 Hyundai Sonata from Car Nation and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Steve was very helpful, and was always available to answer questions. They were very receptive to me getting a second opinion through a pre-purchase inspection by a third party, and their service center was able to address the details that my mechanic brought up. All in all, I would definitely recommend Car Nation to friends and family. I am very pleased with my purchase, and will keep these guys in mind next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.

I was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler on the internet and found Car Nation in Burlington and decided to give it a go.The service I recieved was excellent. Steve Blankstein took very good care of me with the process of buying my Jeep. Even picked me up at the GO station. No worries with financing as I had great service from Sandra Hoyte as well. Even the manager (sorry I can't remember his name, Manta I think) made sure I was recieving good service. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehical here and will be back to buy my next one. GREAT experience! Adam, my salesman was very polite and went the extra mile (literally! He drove me from the car rental on one occasion and to and from a store on another as my care was being detailed). His sales manager and Karen the finance pro were both class acts as well. The receptionist is a happy company ambassador and the showroom and lot are super clean. You will feel no pressure visiting this place. Their selection is incredible! I had three 2019 barely used Ford Flex's to compare side by side and test drive. Nowhere else came close on selection OR price! and I searched everywhere. Save yourself some time and money and go say Hi to Adam. Tell him the Stuntman sent you!

We needed to buy a car this week and our first stop was Car Nation with an appointment with Evan Bartlett. He sold us a car 4 years ago and wanted to give him a chance to find us the car we were looking for. We booked a time to see him and he greeted us at the door with a warm handshake. He listened attentively to what we were looking for and quickly brought up 2 cars for us to test drive. He covered all the features of the car before we got in and had the seats and steering wheel warmed up. Throughout the experience he never once made us feel pressured to buy and gave us the opportunity to drive other cars as we searched out which car we wanted. I recently purchased a 2008 Ford Escape. I highly recommended Jamie.L as your sales representative, I could not be more pleased with my whole experience at Car Nation Direct in Burlington. He listened to what I was looking for and found my dream car within my price range. I felt comfortable and enjoyed the whole experience. He was knowledgable and friendly. I felt confident in my decision. Robert was my financial manager, he was very helpful and answered my many questions until I understood everything. It was easier than I thought it'd be. After purchasing the car I noticed a couple issues with the CD player, a speaker and a small crack in the windshield. I called Mike.P the service advisor and he solved the issue right away in a quick and timely manner. He seemed organized and efficient in getting my problem fixed. Now my car is perfect and I am so happy. I would buy my next car here again, overall a great experience.

I had purchased my vehicle through car nation. At the time I had traded in my older vehicle. There was three days between the time I purchased the vehicle and the time I was supposed to pick up my new vehicle from the dealership. Two hours before I was to pick it up I received a call from the dealership telling me there was two additional collisions on my vehicle and therefore they would reduce the amount on my trade in by $2,000.00. This was a surprise to me and obviously left me in a bad position since I had already made arrangements to switch the insurance and ownership over etc... I get that with two extra collisions the price would change but what bothered me was that they waited until the last minute to tell me about it... Anyways we worked out the change in price and then I picked up the car. When I purchased the vehicle I was told by the salesperson, Jamie, that it came with two key fobs. It was a Honda and having been a previous Honda owner I knew that the keys were normally attached to the fobs. When the vehicle was turned over to me I received two broken key fobs with the keys broken off at the ends and a valet key. The valet key was the only one I got to actually start the vehicle, the fobs were only for unlocking the doors. When questioned the dealer told me that it was not a valet key and this was the way the fobs normally came. I looked into this more and the fobs for the Odyssey normally have keys attached to them, this is even illustrated in the owners manual. Further, I spoke with someone at Honda who looked at the fobs and confirmed the keys had been broken off the end of them. You can see on both fobs that I have, the keys have been broken off and the plastic surrounding the area is broken as well. Needless to say this is disappointing especially since I am left with the only working key which is actually a "Valet Key". I emailed Jamie about my unhappiness with the keys and two weeks later no one has gotten back to me. I know this dealership has received many positive reviews but I would not recommend them or go back a second time. The two stars is for the vehicle, with the exception of the keys it been running fine.... After repeated attempts to speak with Jamie and other owners no one has responded to me.... I would think twice about dealing with this company.

Got my used 2018 GMC Sierra here recently. Evan was helping me out with the process of signing it off. My experience with this dealership was straight forward and deliberate. All the angles of financing options were explained in detail, plain and simple. I took my time with it and they remained cordial to me the whole way. Patric and Rob was a pleasure to deal with. Made our transaction smooth and went out of their way to make sure that our concerns were met. Other dealers will post pictures of a car that is not the same as the one on their lot. These guys will not do that. Would highly recomend this dealer.

Can't believe the horrible experince my friends have had here after being sold a lemon and a useless warranty. Breakdown after breakdown, car being in their shop more than in the driveway. Revolving reasonings why their car wasn't functioning, stalling in the middle of driving, leaking oil everywhere ... repair after repair not covered under the warranty they paid for. Finally after keeping it for weeks trying to replace a part they admit they were using the wrong type of part for this type of car and the next day they are informed that now the actual problem is the whole engine is seized ... which only happened WHILE IN THE SHOP to deal with an oil leak... caused from messing around on other areas of the car that weren't working... and now they either pay $10000 for a new engine or accept a $5000 tradein on a $25000 loan for a car that has barely been in working condition. Absolutely disgusting.

Michael was wonderful to deal with and very patience as I think he could see I was a little hesitant in purchasing a newer vehicle. He made sure everything was spotless on my vehicle and the buying process went smoothly. I took my newer SUV for a drive to Niagara Falls and it was a pleasure. I had the pleasure of dealing with Evan Bartlett and Rob McFarlane for this car purchase. I've never purchased from Car Nation Direct before and didn't really know what to expect. However Evan was extremely professional and clearly went out of his way to help me with this purchase. He was easy to talk to and understood what I was looking for. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured into buying something I didn't want, Evan took the time to listen and best match the vehicle to my needs. From there I met with Rob in the business office, again, very professional and personable. It was a great experience from start to finish dealing with both these gentlemen. If you're in the market for a new car or relatively new car, Car Nation Direct if one of the best places to visit. The atmosphere is welcoming, the employees approach you as though you've been friends with them forever. I've a Dodge Charger, amazing car, gotta love that raw power! I had an exhaust issue and I went to another dealership who after examining the problem told me i've to get a new exhaust system. Mike, Amar & Sandra (from the North Service Road branch) helped me out alot when I didn't know what else to do (I bought an extended warranty, the highest one, and i thought everything was going to be covered. I'm not from here, so i didn't understand what exactly it covered.. the exhaust wasn't something it covered). I'm very satisfied with my purchase there and I encourage anyone looking for a car to give them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

I recently bought an SUV from CarNation Direct and it was the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Adam Miller was my sales rep and he helped me take care of the entire purchasing process remotely, while I was on a cruise in the Caribbean. The pricing at CarNation Direct was significantly lower than any of the other dealerships I researched in a 100km radius of Burlington. We love the vehicle and I m so grateful to Adam Miller for making the process so quick and easy. I bought my car here two and half years ago. I know I should give this review 2 years ago. Just saw car nations in google and still brings back some bad feeling from the past. My car is still running well. The reason I give only 2 stars are the lady doing the financing/paper work. I forgot her name but I believe is Lisa, an elder lady with glasses on. When I purchasing the car, she was all professional and seems nice. After I picked up my car, the company lost or forgot to put my car insurance pink card into their file(Im 100% sure that I provided the information at the day I picked up the car). One week after, she called me asking for the insurance information and leave a voice massage. I didn't check the voice massage that day. Next day she called again, and she is just a Bxtxh, the way she talked was super rude and how she threaten that my car will be toll away immediately(I totally understand toll car part just the way she is threatening). I sent her email of the information she needs and also pointed out the fact that they are not doing their job not my fault should t being so rude and mean. And of course no even one single word back from her. I show my co-workers the voice mail she left, everyone shocked the way she talked. Car is fine, salesman is helpful, no issues but I wont returning or recommend to friends just simply because of her.

Do not buy a car here. I financed a car that was advertised as $7980, they then got me to sign the contract without explaining the finances. Luckily I checked because they added $6000 worth of optional insurances so the financing was almost $15000. When I challenged them on it they said they couldn't change it, it was only when I showed them on the contract that it said I had 10 days to change it they would let me. Also the car was advertised with Bluetooth and the Bluetooth does not work, when I asked them to fix it they strung me along until the return period had passed and then refused to go fix it or pay for it. This is a greedy, selfish, unprofessional service that doesn't not have the customers best interest in mind. Please don't buy a car here

I'm a first-time car buyer and made my purchase at Car Nation Direct in Burlington. Overall it was a positive experience. Terry and Josh were great in helping me get the exact car I was looking for. After purchase, there were a few things that needed service and it was taken care of for me without a problem. If you visit Car Nation, I highly recommend seeing Terry Lahey. Terry is knowledgable, not at all pushy, and he will stay in contact with you throughout the whole process.

I love this place. We bought our 2013 Yukon XL back in November, actually I was in labour while we were signing for the purchase lol. They offered us extended warranty insurance on the vehicle as it actually decreased our monthly car payment to have it so we took it. Well today as I was driving my front caliber seized and the vehicle began shaking uncontrollably. I called Car Nation and asked for help as i wasn't sure what to do and they immediately told me to bring it right in they would take a look at it. It turned out that a seized caliber was covered in the warranty and they took it in right away. We were stranded with 2 babies 8 months and 2 months old for a few hours and every single employee made us feel more than welcomed. They entertained our children, and did not mind the loud baby cries or screams every now and then. From Mike Pinto at the front desk, to the mechanic (super cool dude), who worked on our car, the guy sitting in the office and to the manager who came and introduced himself, excellent excellent service. I am so happy we found our vehicle at CarNation and highly recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend Bernard Ho, who looks after the customers best interest first. Months ago I told him I wanted the Lexus NX which were not in stock and I knew were hard to come by and was going to settle for the Lexus RX. Bernard convinced me not to settle and go for what I want and he will make it happen for me. Sure enough he kept his word and contacted me on the first NX that popped up and it's all mine!!!! We recently visited Car Nation Canada Direct on Sunday to see a vehicle that me and my boyfriend really wanted to buy. We went to see a 2014 Audi Q5. We were in the market for an SUV as we are planning to grow our family and needed a more reliable and bigger car. We were greeted right away as we walked in and was asked if we had an appointment. We had one set up with a gentleman, I don t recall his name, but he was busy with some other clients. We were then greeted by Sunil Singh right away. They found us a sales man in no time!! He was very professional! Let us inspect the car fully and we went on a test drive. We asked if the car could get washed so we could see if there was anything wrong with the vehicle. He allowed us to take all the time we needed. After many discussions we loved the car and wanted to buy it. The process was very smooth. We were approved instantly and by Monday the car was home with us!! I would highly recommend this dealership and there was no pressure at anytime to buy the car (as many high end dealerships do) and we were very happy towards the end of our visit!!

DON'T TRUST THEM. Car Nation Canada sell your information to third parties like other dealerships and XM Satellite radio. I have no way of stopping these spam calls thanks to them. They also told me that used OEM break pads when they were replaced. I have confirmed that that are not OEM (original equipment manufacturer). Thus, potentially voiding my warranty! They also told me that the damage on my car was on the rear of the vehicle when it was confirmed to me by a professional that the damage was in fact on the passenger door. This lead to a misinformed purchase. To top it all off, when I picked up my car there was a huge dent in the door that was not there when I made the purchase. The salesperson Patrick denied this when I picked it up. Only after I showed them before pictures (luckily found them on the Google's cached version of the listing) did they repair the dent. If I did not have these pictures, I highly doubt I would have got this resolved. Getting this "resolved" also meant that I had to make a trip to Burlington, pay for a $50 Uber home and come back with my wife and 2 year old to pick it up. Highly inconvenient, costly and should have been dealt with upfront as it would have by any other upstanding company. My advice to potential customers is to get the vehicle inspected by a professional and get them to document all their claims in writing. I will never buy from them and will actively steer people away from this company due to my multiple negative experiences.
