I have been a Wolverine Customer for over 10 years and even from the 1st day I walked into the store, I was treated like family, no matter what department I went into I was always helped right away and if I had any questions, they were answered , I always left the store feeling on top of the world because of the way I was treated, I go into the store at least on a monthly basis, for I love their clothes for women and always find that special something for my husband Don. I recently converted my Low Rider to forward controls. I soon realized that the Harley pegs and grips that I installed on the bike were dropped from the Harley catalog years ago. I mentioned this to Brandi Fowler who said she could help me find the brake pedal that I needed. Brandi searched the parts inventory of other dealers and found 7 who had this part in their inventory. After placing a few calls she found the part at a Connecticut dealer. This is the kind of effort that I've come to expect from Todd's entire staff and is typical of the entire Wolverine Harley Davidson dealership.

Just bought a 2002 Dyna Low Rider last August. I was really glad I had a most pleasant experience with my Sales Guy...Mario and also Jon who closed the deal with me. Thanks for making my first experience one I will come back for.

After discovering a bad tire late friday night i called Dave and he told me to be in first thing in the morning on saturday there i was 9:30 in the morning waiting for the dealer to open thinking for sure i was going to be there all day long Dave opened up 15 min. early just to right me up and 1 hour later i was back on the road te guys at Wolverine stepped way up and got me out fast

Been a while since I have been in? But my experiances at your location have always been plesent ones. If I were to point out one employee who stands out and is willing to go the extra mile is in your service department a Mr. Nagy, If my memory is correct on the name. While dealing with multiple customers he was still able to offer me that one to one customer service!!

I have been riding dirt/street for 40 years. My wife and I stopped in to look around, and rode out on our brand new hd street glide specials! Not planned...but our salesman, high pockets was awesome. Patient and informative he was able to get us both the bike of our dreams. We felt welcome in this new community and look forward to many more happy adventures at Wolverine HD! Love our new bikes! "I attended the Riding Academy in late September of 2020. Thanks to Steve and Dan I'm back in the saddle again after 45 years. Yep you read that correctly. At 67 years of age I decided it was time to ride again. Steve and Dan showed true professionalism in their training techniques. They graduated nine of us that class. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. Cheri did a great job as well getting things organized for all of us as well. I recently purchased my first Harley Davidson in April from your store. I raced in the AMA from when I was the age of 4 all the way up until I graduated from grade school. I went off to college and I had to sell all my bikes for tuition cost and etc... For those who understand it was a dark moment in my life. I am now 21yrs old and work mon-sat in a job that pays me very well and on the weekends I have off I felt weak and defeated with nothing to do. I needed to be on 2 wheels again!! I was at a local gas station pumping gas before work and I heard a deep thundering noise that compressed my chest. And as I looked it was the most beautiful Harley Davidson I had ever laid eyes on. I had to have it! I had too! Who wouldn't!? I asked the guy where he picked it up and he told me WOLVERINE HD. He said he wouldnt go anywhere else.. First thing when I got home I jumped online and checked out the website, checked the inventory.. And there she was! I found my bike. I called right away and MARIO answered. Now something that was crossing my mind before I called was.. would these people except me? First time buying a real road bike.. Ive never tried on leather.. I dont have a beard or a tattoo.. I have broken bones and scars from racing.. Am I tough enough? But all those questions disappeared as MARIO answered all my questions and invited me in to pick up my new bike. I was shaking the whole way there and had my gut twisting and turning, something I had not felt in a long time. When I headed in the front door it was like the entire store had known I was coming, I asked for Mario and was pointed right over to my BRAND NEW HARLEY!! God it looked great!! I could not wait to get my hands on the grips and feel the soft denim paint. I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake! They led me around the store and I picked out my gear and headed into the finance office to meet Ben. It was so cool to meet such a awesome staff of people who I could actually get along with and share the same interest. From start to finish they made me feeling like a winner. It has been almost a year since my purchase and I feel that I have another family to come visit when I am out riding with friends on the weekends. Matt Verstrat provided excellent advice and assistance selecting the most appropriate components for the upgrade to LED lighting on my 1994 FatBoy. He was very trustworthy and the communication was great (phone and email). I highly recommend Wolverine Harley-Davidson and Matt.

I had an oil leak that I found - turned out to be the seal between the engine and trans. The service department knew I was heading out for a long planned event and worked diligently to complete all repairs - and fix a few other items they found while working on the bike. All on time - all performed to spec and the bike ran like a watch. Fantastic service - took into account my long standing plans and got me on my way. Can't ask for anything more than that.

Dear Owners, I have to say. EVERYONE, I mean EVERYONE that i come in contact with at Wolverine, is kind, caring, interested in my wants and needs. From Dave and Tim in service. They are helping totally make over my bike. To George who always asks me how im doing and if i need anything. I had an exeptional experience. Great friendly staff. Dustin Makowiec gave me a tour, and explained a lot of the delarships operations. Walking in i was just looking for some christmas presents and Dustin did a great job of giving me a much more enjoyable experience. It was a relief NOT having someone trying so hard to make a sale. I must admit though by the end of my visit i was contemplating trading my wife for a new bike.

Sometimes you just feel like you have known someone forever. This is Chuck Bell at Wolverine Harley Davidson. He is just like one of my buddies that even after years of not seeing them you pick up right where you left off. Chuck's enthusiasm and energy fill the room. He took great care of me and buying my new StreetGlide Special was a great experience. He and the rest of the Wolverine family made me feel like I've known them forever. The experience was great, the bike is amazing, and the people at the dealership were wonderful. Every motorcycle I've had tells a story about part of my life. This is the closest dealership to Selfridge, and the only local dealership that doesn't offer a military discount. When you ask about a military discount they will tell you they have a Rewards program instead. The thing is, the other dealerships have a Rewards program to and offer a military discount by the way, the rewards program is for everyone. In other words, no military discount.

I called Wolverine one morning looking for a rear brake switch. Todd was very helpful on the phone. The brake switch was in stock. It happened that Todd was at the parts counter when I picked it up. He described all the steps for changing the switch, as well as offering helpful tips. You don't get that kind of service and help from an online parts warehouse. Thanks again Todd.

Ashley was very helpful in getting me the boots I was looking for. It was nice that you actually had my size as others didn't.

I do most of my HD shopping at Wolverine. The large selection and friendly people make the difference for me. Wolverine is further than three other HD dealers from my house. Yet, I make the ride/drive out there on the regular to pick up the latest gear or other needed parts.

Was there last week and the staff was courteous as always.everyone there was helpful and knowledgeable. Always have had a good experience anytime we have been there. Would go out of my way to go there. Keep up the good work.

I use to buy over the internet but with their new rewards card I get a Discount and a rewards program which is twice the amount of your a retired military. Now I buy new parts cheaper than used and I think that's terrific.

"Cheri is the absolute best riding academy instructor ever. For me, coming into the class with literally no riding experience what so ever. Not even having any experience driving a stick shift vehicle, Cheri made the course easy to comprehend on a basic level. She let me know when we were doing something wrong and celebrated and rewarded me when I finally got it right. While trying to find parts for my 1975 sx 175 parts went a far as calling Milwaukee to get cross references on a part number. To me that is customer service at its finest. For the record he was Successful. Every time I go to Wolverine all employees are very inviting and will to help.

My husband loves going into Wolverine HD to check out the bikes and merchandise. It is always a fun time and the staff is the best!

Came here for some engine cleaner. And got to see lots of nice bikes and people.

My 2014 ultra had a bad water pump and my friend 2007 softail had developed a new noise so we dropped in from our trip around the Great Lakes. Wow - we both now know why they have over 1,000 reviews and most all 5 stars. I am from PHX AZ and my buddy from Naples FL. We were blown away in the first 40 minutes of visiting the service department and especially chatting with David Nagy. Not only was he 100% honest on what was most likely wrong in both of our situations, he spent the time with us like he really cared about us...knowing that we would probably NEVER visit his store again. They did a great job replacing my water pump and not overselling me on a sensor and they stored my buddy s bike so he cold ship it back to FL.

Here is the other parts that puts David and the store over the top. We got to the store before it opened and he started helping us before 9. We thought that was strange and liked it. Other workers also seemed to already be there starting before their shift really started.
We asked if there was a nearby Starbucks and we told us how to get there (about 2 blocks away). THEN he said, wait a minute and got one of the bike jockeys to drive us in thee golf cart down to the store - go figure.
As promised - in 45 minutes he called both of us and gave us an update on our bikes.
Lastly, even knowing he would not be getting the work on replacing my fender from a minor scratch, he gave me a thorough estimate in hard and soft copy so I could turn into my insurance company.
If all that isn t 5 stars worthy - I am not sure what is. Oh yea - they did a nice job of washing my bike after it was serviced and gave it a once over too (and that was AFTER the mechanic actually took it for a test drive to make sure everything done was done correctly). I only wished they had been with me 3 days 1900 miles and 28 hours of bike riding later, to clean it up again in PHX. And yes someone actually called 3 days later to check if they had done a good job. Unbelievable.

Had a great experience buying my bike. Eric J. wasmy salesman and I had alot of questions. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering them. The entire staff that helped my wife and I were great!!! Eric, Mario, Jerry, and Matt thank you for such a great experience!!!

Amazing service everywhere in the store. Parts dept. had knowledge staff and knew the correct parts for my husbands and my motorcycles. If I was going to buy something that I would need extra parts for they would tell me what I needed and why. There was no pushy sales people. The clothing sales people were helpful and extremely polite. I travel to this specific dealership for the knowledge and service. I would recommend this place to any Harley bike owner, truly one of the best!

Picked up my 2016 Ultra Limited this week and I want to thank Dan (Danimal), Patrick, Matt, and Dustin for making it a great experience. I recently purchased a bike from Ace at Wolverine. He was very helpful and accommodating. He made what normally seems like a arduous process, simple and enjoyable. Today, five days after purchasing a bike, I received a hand written card in the mail thanking me for the purchase. I have not seen this type of customer appreciation in a long time. I am new to the Harley community. So very excited about owning my very 1st one. So I call the customize and order a few parts for the bike. I talk to Lowell and he was great. Not just placing a parts order but also told me the other parts I needed to replace those parts and save me time and money on other parts that would not fit my bike. WOLVERINE HARLEY-DAVIDSON is truly a rose in a field of weeds as far as competition goes as well as a First Class 5-Star business when it comes to professionalism, customer satisfaction and customer service. Ace was great. Zero sales pressure. Upfront about every. I came in wanting to buy a a particular model bike. After a test ride Ace helped me pick out a bike that was more me and a better fit. I love my new bike.

When we bought our Harley there, we were told we had a lifetime discount on parts, clothing, etc. They no longer honor that discount. :(
