We recently visited Car Nation Canada Direct on Sunday to see a vehicle that me and my boyfriend really wanted to buy. We went to see a 2014 Audi Q5. We were in the market for an SUV as we are planning to grow our family and needed a more reliable and bigger car. We were greeted right away as we walked in and was asked if we had an appointment. We had one set up with a gentleman, I don t recall his name, but he was busy with some other clients. We were then greeted by Sunil Singh right away. They found us a sales man in no time!! He was very professional! Let us inspect the car fully and we went on a test drive. We asked if the car could get washed so we could see if there was anything wrong with the vehicle. He allowed us to take all the time we needed. After many discussions we loved the car and wanted to buy it. The process was very smooth. We were approved instantly and by Monday the car was home with us!! I would highly recommend this dealership and there was no pressure at anytime to buy the car (as many high end dealerships do) and we were very happy towards the end of our visit!!
