I recently purchased a 2008 Ford Escape. I highly recommended Jamie.L as your sales representative, I could not be more pleased with my whole experience at Car Nation Direct in Burlington. He listened to what I was looking for and found my dream car within my price range. I felt comfortable and enjoyed the whole experience. He was knowledgable and friendly. I felt confident in my decision.
Robert was my financial manager, he was very helpful and answered my many questions until I understood everything. It was easier than I thought it'd be.
After purchasing the car I noticed a couple issues with the CD player, a speaker and a small crack in the windshield. I called Mike.P the service advisor and he solved the issue right away in a quick and timely manner. He seemed organized and efficient in getting my problem fixed. Now my car is perfect and I am so happy.
I would buy my next car here again, overall a great experience.
