Went to this doctor because I had been in pain for over two weeks and needed a injection since pain pills had not helped. I went to them on Friday August 18th telling them that I needed to get this injection before the 25th of August because I had a very important religious convention that I would like to attend. I worked hard to get the approvals done. Monday the 21st ,in the morning, after seeing one doctor I went to their office to give what I thought was the approval. The reception told me it was just for the visit I immediately got on the phone to call the insurance to make sure they were handling the approval. Unbeknownst to me the scheduler called my name and I did not hear her apparently she was irritated with me being on the phone and left the window. When she returned she told me she would let me know when the approval received. This is a office that doesn't answer the phone you have to leave messages. When I got home Tuesday 22nd after other doctor visits the answering machine had just went off the scheduler left a message saying she received the approval at the end of her work day. I called right back and got the answer machine left a message did not get a call back. Called again the morning of the 23rd left times I could have the injections once again I get a call at the end of the work day saying I can get it Monday. This is the worst office staff in the world to deal with. I will not return

I have been going to Capstone for at least five years and I wouldn't go anywhere else everyone is so nice and friendly. They are all very experienced in there jobs and do a great job. The Doctors are very experienced in there field and also very nice. I have received shots to ease the pain many times over the years and I have no complaints. Capstone Pain & Spine Center is a great place to go.

Rude staff & the board of directors keep firing/changing dr's at this clinic? They have the most rudest nurse here I have ever met in my life!!!
This clinic doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating!!!

I only saw the doctor one time after that it was the nurse practitioner, and she was just plan rude. The wait time was horrendous,l asked to be transferred to the Ft worth office, and they refused. I was informed that the doctor would have to approve that. I have not been back and never will recommend this place to anyone

I have been on pain medicines continuously since 2004 except for two periods. Both have occurred since I have been with Capstone. The problem is that the medicine I usually take is not available from the drugstores (Walgreens and Express Scripts). Instead of offering me an alternative drug until these are available, Capstone keeps trying to get me to find another drug store that has these meds. I haven't been able to see the doctor because I am sure he would try to make sure my pain is treated. The staff is the problem. I plan on giving them about one more week and then I will seek treatment elsewhere.

A pain clinic should ensure that a patient's pain is being treated.

While i have no complaints against Dr Moore, my one complaint is that NONE of his staff returns phone calls. T have been trying for 3 days to get someone to return my calls, and I make at least 2 a day. You cannot ever get a live person to answer phone calls. I am really frustrated with this location!

SECOND REVIEW---October 13 review. On October 10 or 11, I received an automated text about an appointment on October 12. Because I had no idea why i had an appointment, I made a phone call to the office on the morning of October 11, AND AS USUAL,no one answered. I left a message and was told They would call me back "BY THE AFTERNOON." Of course that never happened. I went to my apointment at 1:30 pm on October 12.. I mentioned to the girl at the window that 24 bours later I STILL did not get a phone call. This office needs some SERIOUS overhaul. When you say you ar going to call back, then SOMEBODY sbould b responsible for that. Get a new office manager that can do her job. Micro manage your people if necessary! in ADDITION to that, they gave me a wrong appointment date, and I did not get my procedure. Don't know when OR IF that will even happen. I have managed a law firm before I retired, and I could manage this office 10 times better than this person. I sensed very little concern over all of this, and felt like no one cared! There was very little concern at all, quiet frankly! Overall, I am generally frustrated with this business.

Capstone has been my pain management for quite some time now. They were excellent at first, then Jennifer R. came on the scene. She took me off all my meds and gave me a patch. I was bedridden for a week. They seem to think that I am over medicated. They finally found me a combination of meds that work and they want to change them. They have finally found something that gives me good quality of life. If they change my meds again, I will seek another Pain Management Doctor.

Dr. Jenkins and his staff have been very nice and helpful since I've gone there. The location isn't the best but since I like the Dr. and feel like he really does want to help me I will continue to see him! I've heard from a lot of pt that there has been a lot changes but so far to me I've had nothing but good things to say about them!!

The First visit was bizzare. I was up front & honest with the doctor. I was never asked for a urine test & was honest with the doctor about why I can't pass one. The doctor told me they do NOT do medical management which is what my PCP sent me to them for. The visit ended with me not contracting with them. 4 months later I'm back because the doctor lied to me (according to my physician); they do medical management. Again, I was never asked to give a urine test. Wasn't looking for nacotics; I was looking for relief from what turns out to be nerve damage in my foot. The original doctor was not in & I saw another doctor who was really kind & found a non-narcotic pain reliever (no NSAIDs) and off I went. 4 days later I realized that I was having an allergic reaction and when I contacted this office was told to stop taking the medication and go to the emergency room. There was no need for the emergency as we have the necessary medication to counter the reaction and as soon as I stopped taking the medication, the reaction went away. I contact this office the very next day as I didn't want another 8yrs to pass before I found pain relief. O...M...G...the office manager accused me of lying; of REFUSING to give a urine sample & Oh, by the way, we're firing you because you have a "socially unacceptable habit" and it's illegal for us to prescribe you narcotics (again, I wasn't looking for narcotics). Hmmm...after checking with my attorney about her statement, which is untrue, I will NOT ever use these people again. They are experienced in pain management, however, I will not be lied to; treated like I'm scum of the earth by an office manager that likes to practice law in a doctors office. And according to Tricare, a medical provider is violating Tricare policy when they demand payment up front. Your choice to go there, but you better have a clean urine sample or you might stand before their office manager to get fired.

I had been a patient since December 2011. Never had any problems and was treated with respect. I had been treated with injections and NSAID. since the 70's for my back and knees until a group of physicians in Atlanta reviewed my scans,MRI reports and discovered the harm done to my back such as scoliosis developed at 57 y/o from the injections which by the way was not effective and caused my diabetes to go wacky and developed stomach problems from all of the anti-inflammatory drugs. But in 2015 when Dr. Geronimo joined the practice, he dismissed me via his staff with no explanation why, and that was that. The staff was great, but he came in with a agenda.

Scheduling with this office is a NIGHTMARE. I was incapacitated with pain for weeks. I kept calling to schedule injections, and they kept promising to call me by this day or that day, but I kept waiting and waiting for their call. I finally asked my PCP to refer me to a different pain management clinic.

Been a patient for 5 years. Love Dr. Rucker and the staff. Only hate the billing dept. changed or changed billing codes for my procedure to where they bill me now as outpatient. And they now use out of network staff for the procedure and labwork. Other than that great service.
