Very nice hotel, close to the center, courteous staff and very good cleanliness!

The first day, settled with the family, while all like it.

It is considered a nice hotel in the center with a small pool on the top floor
Food is good rich I like it

Reasonable hotel close to the city. Not in the best area of town, but it has really good service. Everyone is very nice and there are a lot of cool services that I haven't seen before. The buffet is fantastic and I'd recommend this place if you're here for business :)

Old, old furniture and decoration. Relatively clear but problematic. The boiler had leaked though they repaired it directly. Old hangers. Good variety in the morning.

Classic hotel for tourist groups. Good hospitality and kind staff. Some problems in the room, the air conditioning was not working but it was not hot. Breakfast and dinner buffet very plentiful and varied, only the temperature of the non-optimal foods. Overall satisfactory, for the price.

The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. About half an hour from the city center. The metro in front of the hotel is injured but it doesn't bother you that much.

Centrally located room was very nicely decorated. Food was good we were with a group in the house.

A vibrant and young city is very easy to be found. There is no need for a car in the city and it is right to pass through all the recommended points on foot and it is really pleasant. Google Map is very helpful in getting around.

Room we've gotten maybe looked like four stars **** but in the 80'. Food was quite good, but both of us had little gastric problems. The pool was closed whole week. One thing that was flawless were staff members. It's hard for me recommend this hotel.

Too small rooms and poor sound insulation. However, it remains in a great location.

The hotel is less than 1 km from the area of the bars and restaurants. Although the hotel has been renovated, the rooms are mostly neglected, inconvenient, there is no insulation and no noise from the hotel and outside it sounds. Reasonable breakfast, not typical of a 4-star hotel

It is a truly 4 star hotel. I recommend it from the heart.

Reception and hospitality officials are courteous and welcoming ... but the rooms are on the inside ... a great dining room.

Lack of cleanliness. Dirty bed sheets and beds. The kettle does not work and because of it there were problems. There is no good room in the rooms, since the pressure does not change or the temperature is controlled, making it too cold or too hot. The window does not secure well. The toilet door is glassy and does not lean where everyone can easily see from outside what you do ... The staff did not seem to be courteous and often tried to take advantage of us after we came as a school.

The staff was very rude and incoorporative. Dinner was awful and almost the same everynight. Card keys were very deffective, they would just stop work and the lock to our room was deffective too went to the reception asked what to do got handed new card keys even thought it was the lock that was deffective went to my room tried them door did not open call the reception and they said the will sent a technitian immedeately after 30min of waiting i called again and the said that he was on his way only to arrive 10min later fix the door and then the lock broke down again 20 mins later

Cool spot at the top of the hotel, you do not need to be a hotel guest to use the pool and the entry price we have deckchairs and bottles of cold water. We recommend!

Traveling with friends, book two rooms 3 places, pay the same amount, but the n. 568, ours, is not a 4-star hotel room, obsolete furniture, very hard mattresses, non-existent wardrobe, broken shutter, transparent curtain, very dated air conditioning, stained carpet, bathroom without shower, summary cleaning. I understand that a very large hotel has costs high management and that you can not restructure everything at the same time but at least applied different rates appropriate to the rooms. Abundant breakfast but the croissants end immediately.

One of the best hotels I have visited. Very good service from the staff, rooms very clean. The pool is impeccable. The staff was always smiling and pleasant and this is for me the window of a hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel's rooms was not satisfactory. Both the old rooms were careless and the hotel is not very close to the aristo square, as the hotel operators are not interested ...

The hotel is fine but look for another, an alternative that has no choice

Nice environment clean, staff willing to serve, very rich breakfast. The only negative was the New Year's menu that really did not feed on dogs !!!!

Great hotel for families, it is necessary to book parking in advance as it can be a problem to park if it is a weekend.

Maybe 40 times I go and stay well in the hotel, but once in a while to clean the rooms at once, but still love this hotel.

Big capacity hotel(450 rooms).
There are always tour buses in front and tourists coming with those buses.
Thats why the breakfast is kind of crowded. But they manage.
Location is not very central but not far also.
10 minutes walk to Ladadaika region (where the restaurants are).
There is a subway construction ( guess) in front now and so kind of untidy front of hotel.
Hotel has parking. Parking is 8 euro/day. Parking Entrance is behind.
But you can find place and park free on the street behind the hotel. I did and it is ok.
They have a strict policy not consuming food or drinks purchased outside the hotel in lobby. While Kind of understanding that (because that many tour buses could have turned this area to picnic place) I did not enjoy being warned drinking the water (purchased outside) at the lobby couches.
There is pool and looks ok. But during my trip(april) it was closed (opens beginning of may)

An old but partially renovated hotel is not bad, very close to Thessaloniki's station.

NUTRITION: The food was at least disgusting. The majority were cold and moderate. Old well there were spaghetti. Only the eggplants were good
STAFF: Probably faceless. They were all bemused, mutilated, and as a result, they were ruining our mood.
Rooms: Small but at least clean. Failure to provide shampoo and shower gel is unacceptable for a supposed 4 star hotel. The sheets were a quality handler.
PRICES: And good
VIEW: none for the first 4 floors

Nice hotel, the insulation of the windows was not adequate. The breakfast was very good, the staff very nice. A renovation would be recommended

Really nice, clean hotel. Good and friendly staff. Rooms I can not complain about anything, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I have to sit here for at least 2 weeks ( work ) and you don't have a balcony, that is something I really miss. The breakfast, lots of choice and good food. I ordered also roomservice and the price was normal for a hotel. I would recommend this place but for a short stay in your trip.

Hotel with clean rooms in a sober style with safe, mini bar and TV. Friendly staff, abundant breakfast. Spa area, panoramic swimming pool located on the top floor so you can see the city from above

Really bad hotel

- stuff is not professional enough (for example hang up the phone on my face)
- they was not interested to my problems
- really bad room (defect shower head, too loud because of the lift, not really clean) after ask them to get a new room, they didn't give us another room (sleeples nights because loud sounds from lift)
- little insects in my bathroom
- a hair in my bed
- spa stuff is not really working, you have to search the stuff again and again
- men sauna is not working (they said i have to go to the womens sauna)
- pool doesnt look like in the pictures and the water wasn' t really clean

Only the breakfast and meal was okay. But for a 4 STAR HOTEL really really bad.

Good location, peaceful location, clean apartments and wonderful breakfast.

Clean but a lot of noise from planes. Tasty food. Nice service. The mess in front of the hotel results from the construction of the line of the underground diametral line or the underground. The hotel is located close to the old town, walking promenade and the so-called. "White Tower".

Let's start with the fact that they provided us with a room even though I didn't expect it since we had called them midnight extra because we had to spend the night in Thessaloniki outside the program. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable both as a space and as beds. Breakfast with a huge selection of foods, sweets, vegetables, fruit cereals and drinks. Helpful and polite staff. For the 3 bed we paid 65 for the night we stayed which I personally consider very good for the hotel class and its services.

One of the oldest and central hotels of Thessaloniki with 5 star service.

Nice hotel worth the price. The only problem is with the parking around the hotel, but the hotel offers private parking for EUR 8 per day. Apart from this the area where the hotel is located is quite central in the city's most central street with the central area of restaurants nearby.

Clean room near the center extremely rich breakfast courtesy staff with a disposition to negatively charge the parking lot. I would generally recommend it.
