I felt like a stylish Ankara business hotel in the 90s. Furnishings like decoration and general atmosphere are the best ankara hotels of the past but like the agenda did not catch. More wood, more brown.

Located relatively in the city center. Clean, tidy, the lobby is not air conditioned. Each room has a personal air conditioner. Check if working properly. The food is good, the selection is not like in the hotels in Israel but there are certainly also tasty things. The workers are not aware of the importance of service to the guest. I asked to get a glass with ice and I went through an investigation as to what I needed and even refused to give. No ads for service.

I was there with an organized tour. Located in the heart of Thessaloniki, it is a quarter of an hour walk from the port. Excellent service, cozy and comfortable rooms. Bathroom and TV in the room, this' last no channels in Italian. Minibar and safe. Numerous cupboards and cabinets. There is also air conditioner and there is also the parquet in the room (using fiber slippers provided by the hotel). Buffet Restaurant with international cuisine. The waiters know English but only some know a few words of Italian. Present swimming pool on the top floor with stunning views over the city.

Hotel with crumbling rooms, air conditioners with dirty filters that spit dust on the accendenza, left jacket and not found from the day after, to finish with salun doors for the bathroom.

Old hotel, please note there are no hot drinks in the rooms, no selection / variety in the dining room, elevator stuck, the whole area is under renovation, the hotel forbids bringing drinks or ice cream or any other food outside, required me to drink the water bottle outside the hotel claiming no I bought it from the hotel as above regarding ice cream I started eating outside the hotel and when I got to the lobby the barmaid told me to leave the hotel and if I want to eat ice cream at the hotel then I have to buy the ice cream from it, the staff is not flexible and does not take customer requests.

It sucks! In the middle of the summer, the air conditioners in the burak rooms were working, the complete air conditioners of the hotel were turned off .. a flat hotel like a labyrinth. You can not breathe.
The only good side is the night view of the pool section on the upper floor ..

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. However, the quality of the room did not match its price. The bathroom had dispensers for soap and there was a coffee maker but no coffee or tea, not even a cup. More importantly, the room was very noisy. From the party goers on the balconies at the hotel ACROSS THE STREET to the women banging around in high heels on the wooden floors in the room right above me, the noise was horrible. Likewise the exterior shutters were broken so I couldn't get the room dark. I arrived around 9pm, so I thought I would just be able to go to sleep and not deal. I should have gotten up and asked for another room at least. Finally, I had booked that hotel because their page on Travelocity said they had a free airport shuttle. Nope so I had to pay 25 euros for a taxi. Sadly, this is among the worst 4 four star hotel experiences I've ever had.

One of the largest hotels in Thessaloniki. It is at a tolerable level and has remained almost the same for over ten years. Breakfast top. The rooms are spacious. But it needs renovation. The noise from the outside is strong, the sounds are like trucks, the refrigerators are also old and noisy ... The pro is the underground parking lot in a difficult area, in which it is charged quite a lot ...

1 star is still too much!

1 star is still too much!

Was shipped to this hotel as my plane did not come through a technical defect.
I can not recommend this hotel. For hygiene, this hotel gets from me -5 stars.
Mold in the bathroom, you can not enter the floor without shoes. The entire second floor stinks of cold smoke. I will upload pictures of room 261 after my stay.

This was the worst hotel I visited. Almost all furnishings are broken. Please take a look at the pictures before you book.

A large, busy hotel, more crowded than a train station. 3 small elevators that do not meet the load. The rooms are noisy and the back to the wall is dirty. The street is blocked with the scaffolding of the metro renovation, not at all pleasant.

It is not really like it looks in photos It is not a 4 star hotel in general The area looks like South Tel Aviv!
And the hotel is old and every room is something else. Nice total suitable for 3 stars.
It's all about as it really looks.
There is no beach at all here, as they say in every travel agency there is a port here. And beaches on the other side of town.
