I really liked the hotel's good location cleanliness and the orderly rooms deserve 5 stars The staff is great all of them will be positive if I come back again I will be here just boasting just keep on going
I was very disappointed by the service The lobby was not air conditioned for every room Personal air conditioner on the first day did not work Corrected at night The food is good The workers are not aware of the importance of the service The guest do not like the Israelis We arrived from the flight at 11 AM We stored the suitcase in the room Bell Boy behaved rudely. Pushing my American son astounded by my request to take towels for a walk and I was confirmed by the clerk who recorded the rooms and the owners came down with towels and another clerk screamed from the counter what he took towels and the clerk told him that his wife had recorded. A really humiliating attitude towards Israelis does not recommend this hotel

I didn't even stay here. I spent 2 hours trying to find a place to print off a one page e-ticket for my flight the next day, after finding an open internet cafe, they couldn't help me, because their printer was out of ink. So I asked where I could go, and they told me to ask the Hilton hotel. So I went in, and they didn't have a printer, so they couldn't help me, and told me to go to Capsis. I went in to Capsis, and the front desk staff asked me what room I was in. I am not a lier, so I told them I didn't have a room. They then refused to print a 1 page document! I was willing to pay for it, I just needed to get it printed! It wasn't like I went there first! I was able to go to the Egnatia hotel and get it printed off at least.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms and rooms. The host in the afternoon who greeted us was extremely helpful and welcoming, we felt joy and the absolute meaning of the hospitality. George at the reception was great as were the ladies. Located very close to the center
Good service, delicious food, there is a rooftop pool, a 15-minute walk from the hotel promenade.
The rooms were not arranged and the layout was not like a 4 star hotel. But other parts of the hotel were good.

Good situation to visit Thessaloniki on foot. Big establishment but efficient service: paid parking in the basement but very reasonable price. Number of insufficient elevators: we end up on the stairs. The rooms are clean and the bedding is good.
THERE IS NO FREE PARKING INCLUDED, WARM ROOMS NEED BAD SOME RESTORATION.

Good value. The beds were a tad uncomfortable. The rooftop pool and bar is beautiful, and the massages in the gym and spa area were fantastic.

This is a 2-3 star hotel, at best. Definitely not a 4 star!!!!
Rooms are very dated, aircon was not consistent amongst the different rooms which our friends and we used, didn t change drinking cups or vacuumed any of the days we were there. Shower had no screen, so the entire bathroom flooded every time we used it.
The only good thing was the breakfast buffet, that s why I ve left 2 stars instead of one.

Great hotel, one of the best breaksfast I had in my travelling around Greece. Very friendly people in an art enviroment. I did enjoy walking around the main lobby enjoying the paintings.
