Great hotel ... close to the train station and close to the city center ... great service and food ..

A rather expensive hotel. However, great service, and in the city center. Due to road works, it might be difficult to commute to the hotel.

Nice hotel placed in the centre of the city. 20 min walk from the port and touristic place.
Chaotic breakfast usually in summer.

In general, there is a swimming pool on the roof, the food is edible, the location is within walking distance to the center ... the star hotel is at 3, at 4 it does not pull. Not far away - go to the left of the hotel - there is a bar-eatery Barbarian or something like that, super, in the opposite direction the shopping center is about 15 minutes on foot ...

The location is good but no shampo in the
room. In the mini bar the water cost one euro.

For foreign language exams, the space was convenient, as there was air conditioning and space for rest. Of course, the area was notorious.

I recommend fast check-in, friendly service. An old building in the very center of the city. The view of the surrounding yards slightly spoils the general impression. Rooms clean - no comments. Very good food.

It suits me a lot, because it is only 300 meters from the train station.

The hotel is decent but don't come with high expectations, it's not a Hilton or Marriott but it's not a rundown place either, it's a excellent budget hotel, the rooms were recently renovated, the bathrooms were modern and new, the Air conditioner in the room worked very well, the breakfast was decent, the hotel employees were nice and helpful, the pool on the roof was pretty small but ok.

Cleanliness is very bad. The whole room is full of dust. Day after day the smell of all the towels was really bad! Good location and very nice staff

My experience at this hotel was generally good. The room was executive, clean and with a good room servive. The breakfast was at my taste. All I did not like and I find it unacceptable is the roof garden with the pool. A place that should only be addressed to hotel guests, unfortunately is the folk pilgrimage to the residents of Thessaloniki. Unfortunately a very dirty pool, poor service poor climate in general.

I booked a room with a double bed and I stressed it and they put me 2 alone. The hotel is generally aged in terms of facilities and style .. I did not like it as an experience

Stayed for one night as our return flight was canceled. Is located directly on one of the main streets and has therefore with the window open also at night the appropriate "volume level". The breakfast buffet was very extensive and really good. Rooms were clean and on international 3-4 star level. Further evaluation about service o. Wellness not possible because only 1 night accommodated.

Very good and excellent location close to Thessaloniki city center

Positive little, polite staff and rich breakfast only !!! The bad enough, far from the center, a very old building from inside and out, soundproofing not existing both in the rooms and windows, old coats, uncomfortable pillows and finally the site is dangerous at night as the immigrant is very intense !!!!!

For breakfast it is worth all the stars, it had all ... great variety .. It covered all tastes ... The staff very polite .. The pool and the environment around it very nice. The only error was the rooms inside. They need a very good refurbishment ... They remind you of strong ship cabins ...

Really nice hotel, very comfortable, amazing rooftop pool. They're funny about food and you can't bring any food in nor any food out. Great place to stay not a far walk from the city centre but not bang in the main thoroughfare.

Hotel in a central location. Private underground parking. Clearly salvation! Beautiful environment, nice room. Excellent breakfast with great variety. Paying for a room with breakfast is really worth it.

Excellent 3-nights stay.
Very good quality-price ratio. I enjoyed the swimming-pool (courtesy towels) and the fitness room. Buffets are good with a healthy corner.

Hotel in a nice spot in the center of Thessaloniki with rooms on a good level and in general the services were good. It seems that the hotel has been renovated but the antiquity of the construction is noticeable. The first thing I encountered going there at night was the lack of parking in the hotel parking lot as even though I had booked a room there was no room for the car. In the surrounding streets it is very difficult to find a place and it took me a quarter to find a parking space. Prices are reasonable within breakfast with around 75. The buffet in the morning is quite rich with good quality food. I recommend it for a business trip but not for a couple on vacation. The soundproofing of the end of the rooms needs a lot of improvement.

The hotel meets all the requirements. Not Russian channels, but very good Wi-Fi

Good location of the hotel, nice rooftop pool, rich breakfast. Unfortunately it does not have its own parking, a very important factor.

After renovation the hotel is pretty good and clean. Great plus is the rich breakfast on the hotels in the area. Large minus metro projects have degraded the area.

Nice place in very good location, despite all metro construction in whole city. then you go outside first thing what you will see is metro constructions. but in side is all good clean, and staff is very helpfull, kind and nice. i was living in double roome. two beds with small gap :). water was really hot this is good because not in all hotels you reall y get hot water in your shower. if you what to have dinner in hotel it will cost you 13 . and its like breakfast

Good establishment, very nice prices and accessible location with great views of the city skyline. The pool is a bit on the small size, especially when the place gets very busy but it should not prevent you from enjoying an invigorating dive and a refreshing cold beverage/drink on your day off. Will visit again!

Moderate to room episodes. Satisfactory breakfast with variety. Good facilities. There was a dedicated area with computers and a printer that you can work in comfort, nice bar with music and good WiFi throughout. The building is big and a bit old but has something to make you feel luxurious, the spaces inside are very nice and clean. 4 stars because the rooms could have been much better but they have issues and deterioration and a lot of slippery patches that are a little bit ..

+ 10 min walk to the center. distance. Staff friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Each room is also a nice app available on e-guide.

- There was no slippers in the room. The shower cubicle door was defective, so the bathroom was constantly wet.

One of the old traditional hotels of Thessaloniki and with the future Metro station to open next to it, will become even more popular. Was there on a business trip so the room that they have booked for me was not of the best ones they have. Worst nightmare I faced was that the toillette was not flushing properly so I had to leave an apologising note to the cleaning staff. Other than that, it was clean and reception was very friendly and helpful. Nice views from the pool at the roof terrace

Never again this is a mass hotel for groups that pay

crappy room for 2 people. damaged shower door, old air conditioner I do not know and how ever changed the filter, damaged phone phone and soap packages without soaps in

Staff very friendly, try to help. Regular breakfast down. Bathroom room clean. Shower without bar, splashes. Silly detail easy to solve.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, but the place definitely needs a "face lift". It is a 15 minute pleasant walk from Aristotle Square or Laddadika.

Big and noisy hotel. Room and bathroom furnished in old style, smell of cigarette smoke in the room. It should be renovated, as it is now does not deserve the 4 stars.

Beautiful space in the center of Thessaloniki. I went as a guest for an event and I loved it a lot.

I went to that hotel only for the use of the pool. <br/> I was told on the phone that I was paying 8 and the price included a juice and a bottle of water. <br/> Initially the juice was in paper packaging, the classic baby juice . I expected at least natural juice in a glass glass, because there were a lot of juices in the menu. Then the swimming pool was too small and blurred, so bathing was not so pleasant. Apart from the turbulent waters, the pool also had an excessive chlorine content, so that your eyes are tingling and reddening. The next day I saw everything too blurred and I could not read words from afar. Let me also mention the fact that too much chlorine made my hair too harsh like straw and even though it has been 6 days since I went to the pool, my hair still smells chlorine. Finally we thought with my company that there would be a view of the whole city, so we understood according to what she was saying on the site, but it was around around closed so there was no difference with other swimming pools. In general it was worth nothing of 8 , maybe 4 was ok.

- breakfast very good (quality and quantity)
- covid 19 rules were strictly respected

Downs:
- pool was dirty, with greenish walls,
- staff from the pool area not so friendly
- outdated room, defintaley not suited for a 4* hotel, all the noise from the street could be heard in the room (especially cars)
- the hotel is located far from the city center. Felt unsecure coming back to the hotel at night.
- we had to pay extra for the parking
