Clean rooms, great breakfast normal prices in the center of the city.

Beautiful clean and luxurious hotel, spacious and well-kept rooms in a central part of Thessaloniki.

Much, but too many people. Breakfast was Sunday on Sunday

The hotel generally in a bad area and condition. The room is small and dirty. Walls dirty worn. The windows in the windows dirty. The bathroom is too small. I do not have slippers in the room. At breakfast I made a comment because I went down with the flip-flops ... !!! If they were Australians who are barefoot? !!! I told them I'm not going to put shoes! It is forbidden to climb the saddle, but not the shoes that a stranger wore ?! I finally went to breakfast. If I did not come I would call police !!! The waitress was looking to find the yoghurt when I asked her. Neither did she know that Hans put the croissants on fire. Coffee sucks. I asked them to make me instead of the machine and they wanted a charge !!! The juice does not ... It is NOT drinking. that worse I've ever met. The crepes? They were thrown into a pot that had been sailed. Sorry but for 4-star hotel. Unacceptable! And we want tourism too !!! Three nights I stayed ... Sheets never changed. Pity. Of course I will never again stay. The details make the difference !!! Also on arrival they gave us coupons for spa and discount .... The Spa closed for the three days !!! Neither what is done inside the hotel do not know !!!!

Very good and quick service from the staff, whatever happened. Rooms on the street have more noise than I expected because of poor sound insulation.

Inside the lobby space is cozy. Good service. Nice people. Rooms are not something. There is no view from the window. The hotel is located far from the promenade. A lot going on.

Breakfast was relatively satisfying, in terms of rooms or hotels with 2 stars would not be in this situation.The bed with the broken foot was walking, the window only the cold did not stop as it was from every corner, you do not walk in the night at the mat. since their appearance is made of wires from the hassle it had suffered, better not to talk about the bathroom faucet ... Fortunately we were not told to bring candles with us for electricity.

Good hotel, although it does not entirely justify its five stars. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The meal also (both breakfast and dinner) offers a huge variety of dishes and is delightful. However, the triple rooms are quite narrow, while the one in which I stayed smelled cigarettes as soon as I got in. Otherwise, there was good sound insulation and heating.

Hotel near the center a little dated in the rooms and in the furnishings. Low rooms a bit overwhelming, renovated bathroom. Intercontinental breakfast, where the smells of cooked food pervade the entire room. Overall positive, but very far from European standards

Nice city hotel very central, recently renovated, almost next to the railway station and near the central square of Thessaloniki, Aristotelous Square.

Well positioned for the railway station. We arrived late and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious clean hotel foyer and facilities. Room was clean but quite small. Our last minute booking didn't include breakfast so I can't review this. The staff were helpful and I would stay here again when in Thessaloniki.

Located near the city center. . Wifi almost nonexistent, say faulty for a hotel of this standard. we don't even talk about the tv.
The rooms are very old although cleaned it remains very run down. Very poor quality bedding. The view on a really sad courtyard.
We arrive at the restaurant.
I have never seen such a bad buffet.
All the food is cold.
Dry meats and fish.
Much overcooked.
There are worse but good for a 4 star I say it should be avoided.
I stayed there for 3 months. A disaster.

Average hotel, the room we stayed in had nice balcony but apart from that seemed old fashioned and somewhat boring in decor and furniture. Staff was helpful with any problems/questions.

We liked the hotel - comfortable warm rooms, good cuisine and polite staff. All speak English without any problems, so the language barrier is absent as such. Any advice and assistance can be obtained without problems.

The hotel as a buliding and its location are awesome. Other than that, the personnel was very rude and unfriendly. The door key broke all the time. The food was mediocre. It should be noted that I went a school trip there so this might have played a big role... Nevertheless, I believe a hotel in this price range shloud be much more enjoyable snd friendly
