Food was absolutely horrible! Ordered the nacho dippers and half barely anything inside of them. Spaghetti was undercooked and noodles were hard. Took 1 bite and sent it back. This place used to be very good, havent been here in a few years but it has definetely gone down hill. Such a shame. Hopefully we hit an off night.

Busy place before 7, decent food I will be back to try more. We had Italian beef and fish tacos..both good

Service was average at best, nothing spectacular or even memorable. Had the salad as an appetizer and the "salad" was 50% the core of the head of lettuce and the croutons were chewy...literally.
Dismissed that issue and waited for the main course which was supposed to be the shrimp scampi ravioli.
When it arrived, there were a total of 6 ravioli. The ravioli was looked and tasted as if it was bought in bulk frozen then over boiled as it was chewy. The Alfredo sauce also seemed as it was purchased in bulk as it bland and way too thick, almost to the point it was chunky. Not sure what's going on here, but the quality of food has gone down and it hasn't been my "go to" place for pizza in a long while.
A $32 check for two people with sub par food is definitely not worth it. Will not be returning.

The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff friendly and efficient, food was good and reasonably priced. I would recommend Cappo's.

Pizza is fantastic. So unique yet so delicious. One of my favorite pizza places.

I understand this place has a very long history in Portage. I had pizza here with a friend and overall it meet my expectations.

Their beer on tap is always flat and their pizza isn't as good as it used to be. It seems like they changed ingredients in the last year. I'm not sure what changed, maybe the cheese or sauce? It ruined it for me.

We ate pizza here on Sunday. Always great! But something was off that night with the pizzas taste. My husband and I both were sick by the time we got home. Needless to say we will be throwing away the take home portion. Never had a bad meal there before. Must of been an off night with kitchen ingredients. We will be going back though really good place to eat.

This has to be one of the most underrated restaurants in Portage, I have never been disappointed in anything from here. This is an absolute must food is fast and very good

I would give them 100 stars if I could. I'm obsessed with their chicken sandwiches. Their food is amazing and the best quality ingredients! It's a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. The new owner is the best! She's so sweet and has made this place even better than it used to be! If anyone left less than a 5 star review they clearly havent been here recently! Looove this place! I recommend going here to everyone!!

The staff was friendly. Food is just average. Nothing exciting. I got the ravioli and it is clearly frozen, it wasnt a good quality frozen either, more like dollar tree frozen. Which being Italian restaurant they should take the time to have fresh pasta. Pizza is decent, but so is dominos. So pizza crust probably frozen too. For price food needs to be better. Wont be in a rush to go back

First time there, the entire staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful! The owner came over and introduced herself, made suggestions and recommendations. The ribs are amazing!! Everyone says the pizza is great and those I saw looked delicious!! Nice, casual and comfortable. Not oversized so you don't get lost in the crowd. Absolutely will go back soon! Be brave and try anything they suggest, it will be worth it. :-)

Yesterday I ordered delivery through DoorDash, which went very well and I am glad that they have it. I had requested that the pizza be heart shaped, and noted that it was a surprise for my wife at work. I requested a note on the box that said "Because flowers are for losers." I wasn't sure if because this was all through DoorDash it would get done....

Not only were my requests met, they were over exceeded. Someone took the time to make a little heart card and use highlighters to decorate it for my note. I cannot say enough how out of this world I think the little extra effort was. My wife loved it, and the pizza. It put a smile on her face during what was a rough day for her.

Whoever you are that did this, THANK YOU! Top notch customer service at it's very finest! The management should find out who did this and pay them more. I am a food service industry veteran myself, and it is really the little things that become big ones, and that little thing gave smiles where smiles were needed. We can all certainly use more of those.

Was disappointed with the salmon Salad. Menus said it was Romain lettuce when it was iceberg and the almonds were not what they said either they were slivered. Expensive for a Salas when the quality just wasn t there.

First time trying Cappo's and we were very happy with it. We ordered carryout pizza and breadsticks. The price for a local pizza joint was very competitive. The pizza was delicious. Homemade bread for Crissy and sticks. They use a blend of cheese that really adds to the flavor. This is a place we'll use again for pizza and likely will sample otherwise items from their diverse menu.

This restaurant is one of my dads favorites. The only downside is the rude woman with the short gray haircut at the greeters booth. My dad is not good at walking and I overheard her say to another worker that we should Move when she tells us as she rolled her eyes. When I explained that we were waiting for the people in front to move and for my father, she says she didn t know if we had heard her. Terrible coverup and poor customer service. It would be nice for the greeter to be as exceptional as the restaurant.

Atmosphere is great. Food awesome, prices bit high but all in all great place to be with friends and family

Waited for nearly an hour to get lasagna before I gave up. Every 5-10 minutes I got message that it would be coming.

Really liked the atmosphere and the staff. Especially our waitress, whom is originally from Georgia. The pizza I had was prepared perfectly and tasted great! I have no complaints at all.

Dolly had the best food for years. Last 2 times we ordered her fantastic hot beef the gravy was pure salt. Was in a couple of nights ago. Horrible food and service. Ordered salad and pizza. The salad took at least 20 minutes and than the waitress says we are out of tomato. Really there are several grocery stores down the street. Pizza crust was so done on part of the pizza could not even bite it. Almost burnt. Service was awful. It was about 8:30 and I guess they were too busy chatting and getting out of there!!! This used to be our favorite. Not anymore.

Tried going here several times in the last 2 months, but they were randomly closed each time. Don't know if we will try to go here again.

It was very good. Our waitress was on top of everything. Nice friendly and home like atmosphere.

I swear this place doesn't have anything that tastes bad on the menu. Everything this place does is perfect when it comes to food.

This is a decent family run restaurant with an identity problem. They seem italian, which they serve pizza and some pasta, but they also have a ton of fried options and burgers. I guess if you are looking for a place that has a little something for everyone, then this is it. Our food came out hot but our waitress was quick I dismiss us. The bill for a family of four was just under $30 so I would say it's a good value.

I love this place. The only reason they get a 4 is because sometimes their staff takes a while to serve you, or bring refills. They're friendly and wonderful, but a bit of pep in the step would do wonders for a few people have served me.

Their food is amazing. I love the lasagna, and haven't had a bad dish yet.

Food is very good and at very reasonable prices it has a very good atmosphere and ambiance it is definitely on the list to go back multiple times we go there at least once a week

I like this little place! The appetizers are always great,...but for your entree it can be hit or miss. Their ribs are great..burgers not so much.

Cappos is a great local place for a nice quick dinner. Its very much a family style restaurant. They have good food, and while maybe it's not OUTSTANDING, it is always good. I had the baked cod with veggies and it is flaky and buttery, and they actually season their veggies with some garlic and butter, which is awesome. They have a great bar selection too. All their drinks are fantastic and reasonably priced.

Great meal and great prices. The owner, Tiffany, was very personable and hilarious! I will definitely come again!!

Our first time there was an excellent experience! Great food, service and very reasonable prices. The server, Krystal, went above and beyond in providing information to help us familiarize the menu options. We will definitely be returning!
