Service is horrible!! Last 2 times we visited Capones within one month, it was a bad experience. We decided to give it another try this past Sunday, and what a disappointment. It took forever for someone to greet us and at least take our drink order. We ordered the kids food with the drinks so it can come out first, but it took a 1/2 hour to come out. Our food arrived 5 mins later... AND our order was completely wrong! The waiter had the nerve to give me an attitude and tell me that he cannot control the kitchen and how fast the food is cooked. I have waited on tables before and yes, sometimes it's not the servers fault, but being rude is not the way too handle the situation. I wish I would have gotten his name... we were sitting outside. The place has a great waterfront view and the food is good quality, but the service is terrible. We probably will not being going back.
