This company does not refund your money, even when following their multi step process. It is 60 days since they received my unopened return of a nutribillet,, which they acknowledge. In each call I am told it will be escalated and returned by a certain date, and it is not. They keep your money, it is FRAUD - do not buy anything from Capital Brands- specifically a Nutribullet. Next comes small claims court and the Better Business Bureau.

Bought a Nutribullet RX when I saw an infomercial on tv. The motor smelled like it was burning, and it didn't juice carrots the way it was supposed to. Defective as far as I was concerned, Sent it back. They received it 2/21/2017 then they tell me my refund will take up to 30 days. Not acceptable. They had MY money in 30 seconds but I have to wait 30 days? Overrated merchandise.
I purchased a Nutribullet 1000 Pro from this company thinking the operation flaws of the 900 model would be fixed. As I learned nothing was addressed in the new model. So I contacted the company to arrange a return since returns required an RA number. Once I got it, I learned I needed to pay shipping costs, which turned out to be $47 and that had to be shipped in 7 days. I called the company when I learned of the exorbitant return shipping costs to pay $30 for a return shipping label. Then I learned that they would not email the label to me but they would email Fed Ex to email me the label. I was told this arcane process would take 24 hours. After 9 days with NO label, I emailed customer service but got no response. After emailing a second time, I finally found a phone number and called them. I am now waiting once again for the rep to email the higher ups in their customer service telling them to email Fed Ex to tell them to email a return label to me. Clearly whoever is running this company does not care about customer service or keeping doen costs. They need to join the 21st century and include a return label with the product, then reduce the refund by the $20 return shipping charge. This would save complete alienation of customers and costs associated with the customer s time, their reps time and Fed Ex s time. Don t buy any product from this company. They are terrible as is the newe1000 product.
I have had wonderful experiences over the years with magic bullet. NutriBullet is a huge disappointment. The one I got had no gasket so I called and after a long conversation and sending pictures they sent me a new blade. Took a little longer because the supervisor has to approve blades being sent when no postage is charged.
The new blade had a gasket and I noticed after its first use that the metal ring at the bottom started being distorted. After 7 days it was getting pretty bad. I have posted pictures of that. So I called again. They wanted me to pay postage since I already received one without postage. It was like, we sent you one and you want another? I returned the product and got a full refund. Makes no sense. Seems like it would have been much less expensive just to give me a blade that works.
Nutribullets are unsafe. It is the only juicer I have ever purchased that produces hot juice after you add cold water to process the fresh vegies/fruit. The Nutribullet literally exploded during juicing watermelon in the smaller container and I have the burn on my right arm to prove it. It exploded UP like a rocket spewing hot juice everywhere all over my kitchen and into adjacent rooms. I have never purchased an appliance with an explosive effect. FYI, watermelon juice only takes 10 seconds in the small container. I notified "contact us" on Monday, July 13, to date I have not received a response. I have returned the entire system to the point of purchase JC PENNEY (JCP), River Oaks, IL. The first Nutribullet I purchased from JCP was returned 30-days after purchase because while juicing fresh celery, the motor shut down. But I would rather the motor shut down rather than explode, scalding me and I am still cleaning up watermelon juice, its even up in the ceiling.
