Capillus, LLC Review

I had some questions ordering the cap and Christina was extremely helpful in answering them all!. I was a bit confused at first but with Christina's help, it was a easy decision.

Do not buy this product!! Its designed to break within a month or sooner. The main connection, full of tiny wires and holes that are matched via arrows, is unwarranted. This will break and they will refuse to give you any money back. They never bothered to send me a return label,necessary for return. Total scam.

I simply LOVE Capillus! It changed my life. My hair was so thin, I was embarrassed to go out. Now I have beautiful hair again. It stopped shedding and everyone tells me how good I look. Customer service is great. Very helpful whenever I need help with ordering their shampoos which I love. Thank you Capillus!

Excellent company that, in my experience, most definitely stands behind their products! Very caring and easy to work with. Rafael went above and beyond to help me in every regard. Most importantly, he sincerely wanted to help me and it showed. I had to call several times and he was most patient and professional. To me, standing behind their products is huge and makes my investment worth the money!

Was an expensive cap. Battery pack broke just out of warranty (only a year), had to pay $60 for a new one. I've barely had the cap for over a year.

The company has been very easy to work with. When my hat wasn't large enough they upgraded me to a better one at no charge. The science is real and I paid an independent party to do scalp analysis at 4 months. Slight increase but for sure no decrease.
The recent flex design liner makes a huge improvement in the comfort.

If you know how hair loss works and your expectations are realistic you will find that the Capillus is the best product in its class right now. There is room from improvement and I don't like the battery pack that they are using but I think that the treatment is effective, and the customer service is pretty good

My wife Pamela purchased the mid range plus model directly from Capillus.
After using for 11 months with no results she attempted to return it for a refund in accordance with their return policy within 1 year. After getting the run around was finally told that the unit was cracked and so not eligible for return. This product and company are a total scam. They do not stand behind their product or their advertising claims. We plan to file a small claims lawsuit and also are looking into joining a class action suit.

I refused to accept that I would someday lose most of my hair just as my mother did. So as my hair began to shed, I started searching for the best product for hair loss and was SOO ecstatic when I came across Capillus. It has the most lasers in a comfortable, easy hat (which I replaced for a cute Nike one) so I wear it on my morning walks. && of course, MADE IN USA!!! So you know its the best there is. I wouldn't trade it for the world. Thank you, Capillus.

I'm really happy I purchased this cap several months ago. I'm definitely seeing great results so far!
