Company practices many fraudulent practices by giving getting small work done in interview and using them for there own purpose. Even if you complete you machine round perfectly you won't be choosen.

I have worked in this company 2 month but then resign due to some reasons.
They did not pay the salary, totally froud
They put you on many task but when you ask for salay they said wait some days we will transfer money.. but they did not pay salary.
My 2 month salary and transportation reimbursement is pending on this company, when I send a mail for salary they reply me very rudly, I have screenshot of mail also.
I requested to all the client of this company plz stop giving any project to this company.
Its a fake company they took 2 rounds of interviews one telephonic and another one is machine round which were 2.5 hours long they said you haven't cleared interview. They are fraud.. They took advantage of my code for personal use.
Advantal technologies is a third class organization and the top management was very cheap and fraud. I have worked for more than 2 years in advantal technologies and i used to get salary on 18 to 25th of every month which is supposed to credited to my account in first week of every month.
And i did not get my full and final settlement as well and no one from hr deptt and top managemt is replying back to my folloup emails and not taking my call as well
I have worked with them for a year from April 2020 to Feb 2021
Sharing some of my insights:
1. Bossy Management
2. Abuse their employees and accuse them to destroy their career if they stand for themself.
3. Have to work on Saturday and Sunday for 12 hours to meet deadlines.
4. No overtime pay.
5. No FnF and last month salary after relieving, no follow ups either.
Won't pick your calls nor reply to emails.
Worst company . Less IQ level of team . He can't judge accordingly
Worst company. Never go for it. Conflict between HR and manager decisions.
Fake Organization.. Fake Interviews..
They will give you a project to implement. Once you share the code they will share condolences that "you have been rejected". But all they wanted was your code.
Go for this fake organization if you want to work for free.
