My wife Pamela purchased the mid range plus model directly from Capillus.
After using for 11 months with no results she attempted to return it for a refund in accordance with their return policy within 1 year. After getting the run around was finally told that the unit was cracked and so not eligible for return. This product and company are a total scam. They do not stand behind their product or their advertising claims. We plan to file a small claims lawsuit and also are looking into joining a class action suit.
