Cape Town International Convention Centre Review

It is a Top Class Conference Centre & its amenities are able to cater for any sort of requirement.

Excellent conference venue in a very beautiful location in Cape-Town. Meeting halls are appropriately sized and the staff is helpful. Two stars less because of an attempted theft of my friend's phone within a meeting riom. The security needs to do a better job in keeping the criminals out.

We had our company Year End function there and it was nice. The theme was "The Great Gatsby"

Excellent ambience, coffee shop staff at Hall A (not 100% sure) were awesome.

Good convention centre with a well structured parking system

Wonderful Cape Art Fare that is on once a year here. Definitely worth going to see all the African Art x

Conference center is great but service at the coffee shop could improve significantly. Long waits and inefficient service

A decent convention centre with a couple of logistical flaws.
Overflow parking is another building which requires a close to a kilometre walk to the front entrance of the centre which is a long rectangle shaped building so your event may just be another kilometre walk away.
Parking lot under the building is small, barely caters for 25% of the capacity of the building.
Traffic around the building during events is horrible, add another 15-20 minutes to whatever your GPS tells you. Parking + walking will chew up that time.
Eateries and coffee shops are present but once again cannot cater for the capacitor the building. Sheraton across the street is a bit too expensive for most.
Decent facilities, WiFi is only average at best. Whole building screams for a revamp.

Why is the parking so expensive? If you've already paid for a ticket to attend an event, your parking should be validated

Great conference centre. Ample parking. Been to most of their venues and it's always neat and clean. Their toilet facilities are also very neat and tidy. Tried their coffee shop and their pastries are so delicious. Also, just heard that their catering inside the main hall in now halaal.

Cape Town International Conference Centre is located in the Foreshore area in Cape Town in sunny South Africa. It is truly a five star experience with many large halls and breakaway rooms to suit any size conference, meeting or expo. There are a number of hotels in the vicinity which lend themselves to providing accommodation for delegates and conference goers. The CTICC is also close to the famous Victoria and Alfred Waterfront complex with many different restaurants and stores on offer.

World class facilities, right in the centre of Cape Town. Location, location, location!

A world class convention center. Despite hosting almost 8000 delegate, conference felt relaxed.
Only issue however is that A/V didn t work well in some of the presentations. The makeshift smaller halls for the special presentations need to be soundproofed to block the exhibition hall noise

Clean, organized and classy. Lots of wonderful ideas and creative local works. Lack of food, music and ambiance.

Easy access, multi exits and ample board rooms with excellent presentation devices.

Every event I've attended at the CTICC has been very well organized, from parking to buying tickets, ushers assisting lost sheep, well thought out lay-outs in various sized rooms / halls, easily available refreshments, rubbish bins and clean restrooms.
I highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting to host a successful indaba.

Excellent venue for international conferences. Located in the busiest downtown area, close to everything Cape Town has to offer.

Attended a conference for 3 days. The place is beautiful and kept very clean. The coffee shops within the premises though are highly expensive and food bought outside the premises are not allowed inside.

Everything you need from an expo or conference centre. Would have been better if situated outside the CBD as traffic and parking can become problamatic

I was part of the exhibitors at the Old Mutual Two Oceans exhibition. Well organized event with a wonderful vibe.

They offer the best services. Quite a good place to hold conventions.

It's always good being involved at the Mining Indaba it gives a great feeling

Huge Conference facility in the middle of town with amazing concierge, conference support services - displays, Booth space, personnel, taxi access and all other amenities.... It is also connected to the WestIn hotel which is across the Road.

Splendid all in one conferencing and Hotel facility to host amy type of event in Cape Town

Great place to have large gatherings and training sessions. Attended a bootcamp there, we were several hundred people and it was still spacious

Very big, very beautiful place. Certainly one of a kind. The staff were so friendly and signs and directions were very clear despite the fact that there were multiple conferences happening at the same time. I loved it
