Very impressive building. The reason for 4 stars is that most of the security I spoke to were not sure how to guide me to my destination within the build. Overall the building is clean and tidy

Very professional service and good conferance venue.

Great place for different events I was at the spar trade show and the event was great with it being held there. Even weddings Held there great restaurant and bar hotel and spa

Always good to be there doesn't matter on which occasion it is

The beverages have like a 2000% mark up an parking is expensive

Great place to host an event. Banqueting staff on standby whilst the event is underway. Catering provided was of a good quality.

No elevators at parking, had to walk from rooftop parking.

Great expos, however the cticc coffee bar staff are utterly useless(I am sure there are exceptions, we just never encounter them) . It happen to us 4 times now that we got treated unfriendly or that the food was not enjoyable, coffee burned etc, our order given to the wrong person or forgotten all together, the wrong change given, and last time the person handling the muffins and brownies scratched herself in her ear (!) while taking my order... That's just unhygienic and revolting . Thought we should mention that. Also there aren't enough parking machines for the amount of people trying to pay.. Resulting inong waiting times.

Lots of parking, quite a buzz, beautiful Cape Town with glimpses of Table Mountain.

I have attended the 9th HWZ Wood Conference here for the past nine years as well some other conferences & shows. The food are very nicely presented as well as tasty. With Table mountain on the one side & the Waterfront on the other, this is the place to be.

First of all the whole place is very clean and nothing is out of place - that's really great. The staff is very friendly and they will show you around in the event that you are somehow lost. The security is top notch and your safety is guaranteed. The venue really suits all conference and meeting needs. The place is big and the only downside is you can easily get lost if it's your first time. Just ask any of the staff and they will surely assist you.

Truly a world class destination. Well positioned for business and lifestyle events. Hosts to the Jazz Festival.

Amazing venue, beautiful location and friendly staff!

It's clean and open, with plenty of information boards to assist with finding the desired event. Parking is easy and there are parking assistants who indicate where the available parking bays are. Security are friendly but efficient. There are food stalls throughout the centre. My only complaint is the high price of the food

they run a very good conference and have been there for some of their shows which have been great. the guys are really professional

I was in this place with colleagues for work ...at a fair where the company I work for, exposed their products ... I must say that all the staff of the organization was very professional and very courteous ... even during the various requests we made during the stand set up operations, all the staff was kindly available ... only negative note is that the prices for the unload operations with the forklift are a little high.... I would also like to add that the bar service is good, whereas I did not particularly appreciate the quality of the food, which in this case was below the local average

It was so hard to find parking. I guess because of the Africa Com conference. How can I not appreciate that they have good security, reception. The facility is amazing. It can get busy but it's The best.

Great venue for conferences and exhibitions. Lots of underground parking. Within walking distance from the city centre and V&A Waterfront.

Drop and go is a nightmare. Pick up has only 20 mins free.

World class conference venue with all amenities needed. Parking is adequate but food very expensive. Other food options like Food Lovers Marked close by though.

Went to Fancon. So great to see how the community has grown!

Adequate parking, prayer facilities on the ground floor and smart auditoriums.

Went there for fancon. Was very impressed with the staff who helped you find where you were going and with the very quick ticket cue. Thumbs up from me

Very well run conference and exhibition centre. Meets international standards. Food was good but not excellent and service was attentive although occasionally a bit slow.
