Cape Town International Convention Centre Review

Ah the Cape Town Good Food and Wine Festival. The venue is amazing with multiple food and wine stalls. It was definitely worth the money and would encourage anyone to visit next year.

Huge conference venue. Have been here as both an exhibitor and a regular consumer and it's great from both perspectives.

Hospitality was on point, cleaning; security n etc was all excellent. We thank you for humility, honor n excllent service. Keep the excellent work. The sky is the Limit. We can not wait for 2019 AfricaCom.

Easy access from the N1 and ample parking around the centre.

Good place to have your event but a bit over priced.

Well laid out Expo. Underground parking is challenging especially when weather is inclement. Off Street parking is a major problem with all the car guards around.

Worst food I have ever eaten at a conference. There were no seats. Most of us sat on the floor and ate. There were these small round and high tables. Three people could stand around them and eat but there were not enough tables to accommodate everyone. Quality of the food was really bad. There was a shortage of food and dessert and to much dough. Lack of consistency from the food stands.

Conference facilities are 5 star. The best corporate lunch out of all the conferences we've had in South Africa

CTICC - clean, efficient, friendly staff, great events, loads of parking.

It's always such a great experience going to an exhibition here!

Parking area to far from where we were, security not visible as we needed to walk out a building across adderley to the building we needed to be.

World class venue for conferences and expos in Cape Town. Easy to get to because of the proximity to the national highway with ample parking.

I am not sure if the staff that were assisting with logistics at the conference I attended were outsourced or are permanently employed by the CTICC so that would affect my rating. The visual/audio staff were generally incompetent. One thing that really stood out was the poor capability of their computer systems to handle powerpoint presentations (a common means of communication and presentation at a conference/convention!). Catering staff were friendly and the food was good (however, I think this may have been outsourced).

Organized, co-operative staff, clean washrooms, neat and clean arena, nice temp control, in the heart of the city, huge parking space, very near to V &A waterfront.

Great place for convention. You won't hear the noise from the city even though it is at the heart of the cbd

Poor food service in the center for lunch... Must be more convenient and quick for a place like this. People need to have healthy and quick options to get back to work.

Also only been here on business. Well kept and plenty of parking.

Nice place. Just a lot of walking to be done on a exhibition. Only improvement that can be done is the maintenance of the public toilets,
which I did not find up to scratch.
