Beautiful central located Hotel. Great service and recommend the tea tasting.
Situated within the harbour complex of Cape Town one finds the epitome of luxury #CapeGrace indeed a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle outside. The lounge is a peaceful place with beautiful views of #TableMountain and the yachts lying in waiting for the next sunset trip. Service from the staff is personalised with great attention to detail. Whether to enjoy afternoon tea, a glass of wine or a meal you will not be disappointed. #CapeTown #hotel
A delightful "high tea" experience. Staff very courteous and helpful. Delicious teas and eats
Friendly staff, beautifully situated in the waterfront harbour, with access straight into the waterfront. Modernized hotel in a heritaged building.
Snobbish... But I suppose some people like to have employees behaving like they own the world
Nice, clean, cosy and situated at the heart of the City of Cape Town's most picturesque locations, between the CBD and the Victoria and Alfred Watefront. In the middle of the ocean and with mountainous views to die for.
What a pleasant place for a meal. Especially the door staff and security at the boom entrance always polite and friendly.
Love love love this hotel... Extremely classy... The staff treats you like royalty.. And I love that they do not bother you all the time.. You see them when you need them... Would definitely recommend this hotel... It is worth every penny.
It's really 5 star. I went there for the spa- top top notch! Definitely will return
One is always welcomed with a courteous greeting and friendly smile as you enter the hotel.
Gorgeous setting. Highly recommend the Signal restaurant.
A favourite spot for brunch/high-tea.
The Signal restaurant is a beautifully decorated part of an already impressive hotel and the food is excellent. Would highly recommend high-tea or brunch (anything with a wider selection / buffet) as the variety & quality of food is something to see.
The Bascule bar is also an excellent bar with great tapas and drinks, set overlooking the stunning marina just behind the hotel. A great spot for evening drinks or a sugary treat.
Absolutely loved our experience at the Cape Grace! The staff are so very professional and polite, and the food was really good and can I highly recommend the vegetarian platter. The location also can't be beat with beautiful views of the marina. Will definitely be back here.
Wonderful hotel. Very clean and the hotel is gorgeous. The views are amazing! I do recommend having their afternoon tea, that was very posh and delicious. The restaurant is delicious clean and has fresh food. I went to the spa and had great relaxing day there. I highly recommend if your going to South Africa and staying in Cape Town this is the hotel to stay at! You will not be disappointed!
Great location and great location. Rarely enjoyed such a good breakfast.
Excellent setting in the library. Accomodating waiter and chef. Great food.
The hotel is located at the Waterfront so the view is amazing. Staff is very helpful and the food was lovely. It's great for having a small get together with friends over brunch/tea. The staff checked on our group every few minutes and made sure we enjoyed our time there.
Charming place with great food.
Our go to place in CT.
Always take our guests there. Never fails to impress.
Best kept secret is the Tapas at the Bar area
Beautiful can't wait to bring my wife she'll love it.
Best views best bar best food best high tea on the Waterfront. Best yachts viewing spot.
Awesome place. The hospitality and the food were exceptional
What an amazing experience we had. Celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. The hospitality was so wonderful and the staff treated us like kings and Queens. Will definitely go back
Top Notch quality, superb service making a memorable experience!
We ate at the great tapas bar good service. The Bascule Bar has a wide range of whiskeys from around the world. Top
Food is delicious. Price is resonable. Im a meat lover but still I could enjoy their fish dish too.
Great place to spend time when you're in Cape Town. Parking is a bit of a nightmare and it gets very busy. Lots of restaurants to choose from
Superb facilities and an ideal position make this hotel a special place to stay. The staff are extra special and really helpful in every way. The Signal restaurant is excellent. Very comfortable pool area as well.
Really top class hotel and great location. Try the evening taster menu.
Can't imagine a better place to have a fabulous lunch or an amazing Cream Tea. Absolutely love The Cape Grace.
Excellent luxury hotel near the Waterfront and shops, restaurants and bars.
Beautiful hotel. Staff are all fantastic. 5 star and 1st class.
The Spa at Cape Grace Hotel is incredible. Soft luxury sheets, the most comfortable gowns and gourmet health snacks. It is a small spa but the quality is top notch. Roxanne at reception was so welcoming and really made my experience special.
Simply one of the best hotels in Cape Town, full stop. My favorite area being the whiskey bar. This place gets 5 stars for a reason, wish I could give 6 stars. Cons: absolutely nothing.
Excellent hotel. Fantastic service. Rooms are great. The whisky tasting hosted by Carmen was 2nd to none. A must.
They have taken class to a WHOLE NEW level ...The food though
Great experience doing high tea with my wife with tasty savory and sweet treats, only pity was the multilevel marketing meeting happening in the library next to us.
Always highly recommended and rated by guests staying here , very good restaurant inhouse
Always a favourite.
The best Sirloin at the Waterfront served for lunch and dinner.
Awesome views with quiet relaxed atmosphere, if you having a tea or coffee you must ask for their crunchies "excellent".
The afternoon tea here is great! All the food was beautifully made and tasted great, staff was friendly and helpful! Really great experience.
Luxurious. Treated like royalty. Views were to die for.
Superb location, wonderful hotel with staff to match. Recommended to all that want that much extra.
Stunning view, great place for morning coffee or brunch too.
High tea very disappointing. The staff was lame and uninterested. Tea ok, the food was moderate. We go back to Mount Nelson for high tea.
I stayed here at tge cape grace hotel a couple of weeks ago and really loved the place. There were nice views, the rooms were beautiful and it was close to all amenities. Overall I would recommend any to stay here as I had an amazing time.
Absolutely beautiful hotel in Cape Town, and a great location for visiting the major tourist attractions. The front desk staff and concierge are extremely pleasant, and the restaurant has a nice airy, spacious feel to it. Guest rooms are large and well appointed, with a truly luxurious feel and fantastic views. The whisky bar in the lower level is a real treat, especially if you are a fan of single malts.
Great views and amazing service. Best place to hide away from the crazy of mother city
One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in for a few nights. Totally worth the amount of fares charged. The hospitality is topnotch second to none. I enjoyed the view from the room, the amenities is above average, the breakfast is a semi buffet kind, where you order your main course of eggs cooked in different ways and then have the free flow pastries and etc. Located near a waterfront with lots of foods and shops.
Very interesting and pleasant place to visit. Interior is beautiful. Buffet lunch was somewhat disappointing though. Very limited choices. .
Cape Grace Hotel - an absolutely lovely and old school iconic hotel situated in the harbor & flanked by water on both sides. It has everything - a fabulous lobby, water front seats, high-end dining, pool side seats, a spa and more.
I stayed for 4 nights in collaboration with Hills of Africa Travel and it was the perfect spot.
My room was on the 2nd floor facing Table Mountain & Signal Hill - just that view alone was worth the stay. Both of those natural wonders were a delight to behold throughout the day. The room had a small Juliet balcony & French doors that opened to the harbor
My room was very spacious and I like that there was a separate closet/dressing area as well as a very room bathroom that included a shower AND a super fabulous tub.
The spa area is small but very nice with a lovely quiet sitting area & great views of the harbor. I had a great massage - definitely worth it to schedule one after touring around Cape Town.
We dined on the patio as well in the lower bar off the restaurant - it feels like being in the lower level of a ship. A great way to decompress. The wine selection is extensive and Ardiel took great care of us.
Overall - a classic hotel with top notch service
The bascule bar has one of the best collection of whiskey.
Always amazing at the Cape Grace and their creamed scones and coffee was delicious!
