Words cannot describe how lovely this place is. As far as places of employment go, I ve never experienced a better situation. It s blatantly obvious that those who run Canva care for their staff and product. Ideal. I was brought here by a friend who works here. They have Friday drinks at the office. The name doesn t do it justice. It s free drinks/cocktails for all, food, games, rooftop hangs, and everyone wants to be there. I ve never experienced a workplace that can have suck a great atmosphere. Would give more stars.

Shocking Customer Service - Once they have your credit card they never stop charging you. I haven't even confirmed my email address but they still help themselves to my money. I had to call my bank to stop the charges. REALLY ANGRY! There's no phone number - ANYWHERE No email address - ANYWHERE* * There's a copyright violations email but that's it! You can tell what their priorities are. I'm so disappointed that this is an Aussie company. We're better than this. To raise any kind of complaint you have to rummage through their "help" system - and it really isn't obvious. From the reviews it seems that the staff spend their days drinking beer and having fun. They're certainly not helping their clients.

Have tried to delete my name from their data base but they don't seem to listen. Have tried three times. NOT HAPPY with this service as I have explained I do not need their service or information, can anyone help me please. Seems this highly computerised company does not own a phone! Weird.....

I recently tried the free trial for Canva Pro. When I tried it, it was during a time where my situation was not as bad as it is now. I am currently unemployed and struggling financially. Being very busy, I did not manage to cancel the free trial before it ended (my mistake which I completely own up to). However, Canva signed me up automatically to a full year membership and took the money out of my account. When I tried to contact them about it in regards to other payment strategies or possible refunds to help alleviate my financial burden, I did not even get a response. Especially during this pandemic and uncertain times, I would appreciate sympathy and to be responded to - the most basic level of customer service. It is a tough financial time right now for many of us, and I believe it is during these struggles that the true nature of these 'friendly' businesses are finally shining through.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this company. I notice that most positive reviews are from Australia, but as a UK customer I was properly put through the ringer. I took a 'free trial' with this company for my small business, but the designs weren't professional enough for me and so I cancelled the trial and moved to another website which served my needs better. Despite cancelling my trial Canva proceeded to take funds from my account. On writing to them, as they have no contact number, I received an email from their customer services stating someone would be in touch, that was many weeks ago, and despite emailing them repetitively they have now ignored all my emails and kept the money they illegally took from me. Nice customer service. I don't usually write reviews, never mind negative ones, but this company behaved in such a disreputable way that I wanted to warn others. Particularly if you're a UK customer, I would avoid as there's no way of contacting them and they will ignore your emails I assure you. Think twice before you sign up with them, there are so many companies out there doing the same thing, but better.

Pretty disappointed. Charged for CanvaPro yet can t access it. Constantly being prompted to upgrade . I have sent multiple emails and no response. If no one gets back to me by this coming Friday I will be lodging a complaint with Fair Trading. You can t take money for a service and not provide it. That s a breach of contract to put it simply.
