It seems that this new company is renovating the facilities (at least in the reception area), but the rest of the Hospital remains the same as before. Patient care is much better, the rooms are small and uncomfortable. The food of the patients is very scarce and monotonous (they do not give you the option to choose a menu). Meal water does not carry a glass. The TV is paid ( 6 per day), the wifi is paid. The parking is very expensive. They are very kind and affectionate (except one of the nurses, of which I prefer to reserve my opinion). What has surprised me today is that there were not enough sheets to change all the beds (at least the floor where my mother is) and we had to wait a long time to provide the auxiliary clean sheets. For the love of God!! We are talking about a private Hospital !! We arrived at the clinic at 4 am in an ambulance, as my husband had heavy bleeding after an operation. There was NO patient waiting, and they kept us 15 min waiting trying to refer us to the holy family, since they had operated there. We ask to go to Delphi, because we know that the Holy Family is usually saturated at night and because if we pay a mutual we can go to the hospital that we want, no more. All this while still bleeding sitting in a wheelchair. Finally they attend him because the holy family does not accept more patients, saturated.
The wound is uncovered and blood continues to flow, the nurse runs to call the doctor. Between them they do the cure. They give us the part, we wait for the ambulance and we get home. Upon arrival I read the part, and it says that it came without bleeding, HELLO? I imagine they have done it so that they cannot put the claim they deserve for being lazy and insensitive, which has no other name.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this hospital. I had an emergency surgery there. Although I was treated OK, the surgeon was great, the prices are outrageous and they don't tell you the truth about the prices before surgery. They made me pay a large amount as a deposit and told me it could be less. And after surgery they made me pay double this amount in total. My insurance is only reimbursing a third as the rates are completely crazy. Be careful and ask to be sent to a public hospital if you need surgery and you're not insured in Spain.
