Big Horn dropped a 70 foot tall, 10 foot diameter 80+ year old elm for us. They did a wonderful job - fast and neat. They were not necessarily the least expensive, but Justin returned my call immediately, arrived on time for our appointment, gave us a hard copy quote and e-mailed a copy of his insurance. They arrived for the removal on time, cleaned up, and then returned at a later date to grind the stump for us. We had some wood removal from the tree that we decided we couldn't handle so Justin and his crew took care of it for us. Most HAPPY. Will definitely call him again.

On my property I I have a very tall box elder tree. This tree had become very overgrown and was unsightly. However, I had put off trimming the tree because the tree provided much needed shade in the backyard for the hot summers. I read the reviews for Big Horn Tree Service and decided to have the tree trimmed. Oh my goodness, I could not be happier. The tree shaped up very nice and looked fantastic. Justin trimmed the tree so that it still provided the shade I needed for the large yard. And, most important, he cleaned up all the branches and leaves--so there was no mess for me. YEA! I highly recommend Big Horn. He did a great job and I will be using him again and referring him with confidence to my relatives and friends.

Big Horn Tree Service removed a dead aspen that was located less than 8 feet from our covered deck. They showed up on time (a bit early, honestly!), safely and quickly cut down the tree, hauled all the tree pieces off, cleaned up nicely, and were a general pleasure to be around. Justin and his team came out to remove one diseased tree and trim back an old elm from the neighbors yard that was obstructing power lines. Justin and his crew are THE BEST!!! Their team work was like a well oiled machine. The attention to details was amazing. I had a few odd requests with keeping the logs and stump and these were met with enthusiasm and excellence in workmanship. We were surprised how little noise there was too.

I had one massive cottonwood tree within 18 feet of my house and the other one was 25 feet, so I wanted someone that was really good. Big Horn was highly recommended and they lived up to that. I was impressed by how carefully every decision was made. The crew also was careful with my house, fence, sheds and dogs. They cleaned off my roof and went into the neighbor's yard to get limbs. The only clean up I had to do was to repair the damaged grass, which was to be expected. I will definitely use them again if I need a tree cut down or the other services they offer.

I wholeheartedly recommend this tree service. I had a big sumac tree die on my property and it was not in the easiest place to access. Justin visited my home when he said he would in order to do an estimate. He was a very reasonably priced. I scheduled him and on the appointed day at the exact time, he and his crew of about 7 athletic workers (they all look like mountain climbers) went to work. Within an hour, they were done. They were professional, in uniform, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. I m definitely keeping this name in my contact folder!
My very large elm tree was struck by lightning and fell on my neighbor's garage. Big Horn Tree Service responded to my call and came out the same day to give me an estimate. I also contacted three other tree removal services, only one called me back and that was after three days. When the removal became more complicated, they arranged for a crane to remove a large limb over my neighbors property to prevent further damage. I highly recommend Big Horn Tree Service.

Writing a belated review because Bighorn had trimmed an old tree in my backyard but did not have much hope for it's future. A little more than a year later it is a busting source of shade. Bighorn saved my tree that was probably a hundred years old and I am super happy with the shade.

We had our tree blow over in the middle of the night and it was ready to fall at any minute into the house. I called at 7:00 this morning and they were here in less than 45 mintues to help us.
