Guys it s a all time fraud company, They will call for C2C roles and schedule interviews and say you are selected and start on boarding process then here comes the real fun. Once they start the Process you will get an email after that they will stop responding to your calls or emails. If you call the Employee who reached out to you regarding that role he will answer your call may be after two or three days and gives you their VP email ID ( Siddhart ) who will never ever respond to your emails even if you writes 100 s of emails . It s big time fraud company just be aware if this company.

A fraud company. I was scheduled two interviews and one online test for a C2C role with the client Wells Fargo. Initially they told me there would be two rounds of interview, but later on they kept informing me that please hold, be patient and a final interview will be scheduled soon as the client really likes you - Then I never heard back from them in any way. Very unprofessional and shows no respect to candidates. They even collected my personal documents (SSN, Bank account for reimbursing test fee, address, passport copy, work documents and even tried to ask me to fill out a W9 form!) . STAY AWAY!

The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank. There is an open- door policy kind of things which makes me feel like i can express my concerns -which they hear and consider instead of being ignored and shrugged off. The company has amazing talent board in their HR and Admin- the best i have worked with.
