The staff at Granville Vet Clinic have been so helpful and supportive as we have navigated and adjusted to our fur boy, Kingston s diabetes diagnoses and treatment. It is incredibly reassuring to know we have a knowledgeable team behind us.
I brought my 1.5 year old cat Lulu for a nail trim and soft paws application today. She's been getting soft paws at another clinic for over a year. Today is the first time I brought her home and she wasn't angry with me. When we picked her up after the application was complete she was way more calm than usual after one of these appointments. I feel extremely happy that knowing they took good care of her and were able to apply all the soft paws and trim her nails. Hopefully we can continue to keep seeing Granville Vet Clinic for all of Lulu's needs.
This guy loves his vet visit. Very kind and sweet staff. They were very thorough and they even gave him a free checkup after his ear infection within 2 weeks to make sure he was healed.
Reception showed excitement to meet my dogs. This was a senior check up (beagle & pug). The vet looked at weight, oral health and joint mobility. She didn t miss a beat in recommending caloric intake for each dog, drew up a layout of teeth of concern, or lack thereof teeth. Much appreciated!!
We have been going to Granville Vet for a few years now, and have always had a great experience with them! However, lately they really went above and beyond for us. Our 9 year old dog got a deep laceration in her neck. When I called to book an appointment they asked me to send a photo, but I may need to take her into the emergency vet as they were booked and didn't have any same day appointments. They soon called me back and told me that they would be able to squeeze her into surgery that day, and to bring her in. The fact that they would be willing to do this when they were already obviously very busy was super impressive. They even gave me multiple calls throughout the day to let me know how my dog was doing. Plus they included two follow-up appointments to make sure she healed well. They gave me easy to follow care instructions, and I felt well prepared for the recovery process. My dog is now 100% and doing great! Definitely would give this vet 6 stars if I could.
Been taking my dog to them for a year and a half now and recently got my baby neutured by Dr Kim. My dog Sky has a terrible anxiety and doesn't want to be touched in any area of her body and the staff together with Dr Kim went above and beyond for my dog to get her through check ups, vaccinations, nail trim etc despite the difficulties. Will forever be grateful and loyal to this clinic!! Thanks to all staff!!

Thorough staff who really care! I was majorly impressed by both Dr. Amanda and Dr. Hannah who truly love animals and are extremely knowledgeable and provide OPTIONS to the owners. Such an understanding approach and gave me a ton of resources and time to review dog ownership tips. Thank you for caring for Willow!
