I have been with this company since last 12 years_ they helped me a lot in shaping up my career goals. The culture of the company is their great asset. The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank. There is an open- door policy kind of things which makes me feel like i can express my concerns -which they hear and consider instead of being ignored and shrugged off.
