Great guy who was helping with my purchase of bbq gears. Very genuine and honest.

I find the team at this particular bunnings to go above and beyond more than the other stores.

Poor customer service via telephone inquiries. One out of four staff were actually polite.

I go to many a Bunnings in Brisbane.
I would avoid this Store if possible Trade Parking is Tight access to Stock is hampered by Vehicle parking The Powerless App couldn't upload stock Counter Staff zapped wrong product $120 difference in price
I'd rather go to My Gravatt Handbag centre

Much much better than Bunnings Mansfield who could not organize a chook raffle at the pub.

This is one of our favourite places to shop! A fantastic range of products and staff are very helpful!

shop here 3-4 times a week and trying to get some assistance from staff is now very difficult, seems they walk the other way when they spot you looking at them ,unlike when this Bunnings first opened.

Clean and the floor staff know where most products are located upon questioning.

They have Bunnings related things, all of them, seriously this place is utterly huge and so far every staff member I've spoken to knows the exact location of absolutely anything that you ask for.
It's like an unspoken rule of Bunnings that the staff must be psychic, and I love it.

3 weeks ! to mail an umbrella cover from their Warehouse so I'm told after a week of waiting. No notification. I could drive down there and get it quicker than that. The level of quality of products has been dropping off yearly. If they are in stock. Special orders people greet you with an eyebrow raise while others interrupt your conversation with what ever they are thinking. Come on Mitre 10 get your act together so I don't have to go here again. Bunnings has a monopoly and does whatever it wants.

It's bunnings there all the same now a bit cookie cutter which is good to find things but there all the same.

Biggest Bunnings ever! Bunnings is basically my second home so going into one that is as big as the one at Cannon Hill is awesome! The staff are generally friendly and, as you can imagine, a huge variety of goods!

My favourite shop. I live 1km away and am in here regularly for gardening and renovating supplies of all types.

I prefer Cannon Hill Bunnings, they have a good selection of plants.

Purchased a toilet seat, noticed on the box when I got home it was the wrong size, my mistake, box hadn't been opened, upon returning it to Bunnings the shop assistant opened the box and tore the plastic and then proceeded to tell me because the plastic packaging was damage they couldn't except the return of the item, when he was the one that damaged it!!

Good choice in almost all departments ...and always helpful when I ask.

Excellent service with a wide range of products at reasonable prices. You can t really go wrong if you shop at Bunnings. Their nursery is great and you can get good quality plants there.

I just wanted to arrange a pickup order for an outdoor umbrella and a shower head. I was transferred three times and got no result.
Already tried to do it in store last week, no service there either. They don't want my money.

Trade desk seems to be under staffed
Had to wait a while to be served
As only one staff member on registers, and one on the phone.
For such a big store they need more staff on the trade desk.

Although I m not much for hardware, my recent trips here have been for indoor plants, soil and pots. I find this Bunnings Nursery offers a higher standard and variety of plants compared to others I have visited in the Brisbane region. Service at the cashier is always friendly too!

Possibly the best Bunnings Ive ever been to. Ita HUGE and its garden centre has everything you could ever need. As a kid Bunnings was my favourite place to go and I still enjoy strolling the aisles for all my self-reno needs. Besides, who can say no to a good snag?!

Fine all ok as usual .Had a return, all ok, pleasantness all round.

With its own big carpark, this original one-level store has general, builder's supply, and gardening (plus plants) hardware at reasonable, if not cheapest prices.
The friendly and helpful staff (if you can nab one) will show you where to find what you're looking for. These were once knowledgeable ex tradies, but they now all look like juniors (or maybe I'm getting old).
You can park your ute+trailer, or even drive it in to load builder's supplies.
There is a cafe and children's detention (play) area, but I've never used them myself.
Entry and exit are from Creek Rd, south-bound, although you can also drive in via the neighbouring Kmart and ALDI shopping centres.
The carpark can sometimes be quite full, as there are other surrounding stores such as Rebel Sports, Supa Cheap Auto, and Discount Warehouse chemist.

Cannon Hill Bunnings is always pretty good. Today I received excellent customer service from Cody. The product I wanted wasn't in stock, he quickly found a store that I could get to which had the product in and called them to put it on hold for me. He then gave me some great advice re gas bottles. My weekend BBQ will go ahead, thanks Cody :)

One stop shop to get every tools,very help full staffs as well.

Very nice.childrens activity was terrific and well run. A lot of children present but instructer handled it well.

Who doesn't like bunnings and a sausage sizzle? One of the better Bunnings warehouses in the area.

Typical Bunnings. Zero service and the staff have limited knowledge. I shop here beacause of the huge range of product.
