Purchased a toilet seat, noticed on the box when I got home it was the wrong size, my mistake, box hadn't been opened, upon returning it to Bunnings the shop assistant opened the box and tore the plastic and then proceeded to tell me because the plastic packaging was damage they couldn't except the return of the item, when he was the one that damaged it!!
