Best place on earth, they should set up a grocery shop in there too, so I don't have to go to wollies or Coles. Love it!

Asked 8 team members where a certain item was and noone of them couls tell me, saying "it saying its in stock but its not telling me where, youll jusy have to look for it". The store has 70+ isles in not just going to look for it

Today Saturday! ! Super Busy! ! But got what we wanted quick smart in the garden section. Then out of there ASAP!! All good!

Under staff, could not purchase a drill and other items

Walked around for just over 15minutes looking for anyone to serve us. Finally CALLED the store and asked if we could get service to buy an outfoor umbrella... A staff member agreed and walked out and served another couple near us. We mentioned it was us who had called since we were waiting quite some time only to be told to wait some more whole he served others (who arrived after us) first.

YASSSS. BUNNINGS. I need adult supervision in this store so I don't buy too many things.

Plenty of customer service professionals on hand everywhere.

Need more staff. Busy busy Sunday and only 1 register open in garden centre. Long wait line. Why are you knocking back employment applications? Clearly you need more staff.

Unfortunately they were clean out of steel plate that I was after. This is the only time they didn't have what I was after.

Beyond useless. Ordered a replacement part, was told it'd be 2-3 days. A month later they tell me it has arrived but now can't find it.

No help with returning a circular saw i bought from this store.
Was flat out told that they couldnt do anything because it was past 30 days from time of purchase. Even thought item was still under warranty.

This Bunnings has most things you could need from a hardware retailer. Service is fine. Kids play area is ok and they offer school holiday craft activities.

Well the manger at this store is focused on customer service what change - anyway you have trained the staff who I pestered (lol ) well

Great Bunnings best customer service I've ever received helped me with my shed purchase and advised how to best build a floor as well as helped me place my purchases in my car. Just brilliant Bunnings.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Corey in the BBQ area this morning. I don't normally give reviews but he was terrific in explaining how the BBQ smokers worked, showing me the different types and patiently explaining their merits. Even though I didn't end up buying he was courteous to the end.
I thought he was a terrific salesperson.

Not the best layout for a Bunnings store. Trailer carpark is always taken up with normal cars not towing trailers. Trade area will only just fit your truck through it if you fold your mirrors in

Big one. You get everything here all the time. If you dont find one thing in any of the other ones, give it a try here.

My dad and i went to look for blinds and curtains . we had our measurements and and asked this lady that worked in that area and she started to help then took a phone call and never got back to us. We have the money to buy them but no one wanted to help two black people. They think we're to poor to help and walk of and ignore us. Really bad service.

One of the bigger Bunnings but unfortunately seems to lack the service ethic of some of the smaller stores. I don't think it's the fault of the stuff you just can't find them. They simply aren't enough people

Great afyer sales service. Had a faulty product. Replaced it on the spot without issue.

Massive store. One of the biggest I've seen. There would not be much this place does not have.

A very hot non air conditioned place to go on summer. Only A bit of shade ,inside of Bunnings is not air conned.

For choices of vegetables, fruit,, herbs excellent.

If you get feel the heat, and it causes you to be sick. (Heat) Sick) DO NOT GO TO BUNNINGS

Staff here are wonderful and very helpful, great selection of flowers and plants...could spend hours here!

Limited stock. Check online before going to store to confirm they hot what you need.

One of the properly BIG warehouses that is therefore likely to have what you need in stock. (The timber yard is also drive in for those of you who like that)

Nice big size, setup is a little different to all the other stores I've been to which is very strange. But they still have everything the other stores do.

One of my favourite stores. Staff are helpful. Heaps of parking, lots to stock to choose from.

I can always find something to buy at bunnings. Its quick to go in and quite at checkouts but its a bit tricky to find a worker for help because of the size of the place lol

What can I say , it's a Bunnings and not one of them little ones either.. It's almost got everything :)

The worst thing is avoiding the sausage sizzle temptation!
