Ordered a pump for my machine via there website on the sunday and paid via paypal that day . On the thursday i phoned to see why it hat not been delivered and was told it was out of stock and maybe in today .I found the lady on the phone hard to deal with and suggested that maybe there website could display when out of stock of a item .Anyway i decided to go with it then found i was refunded in the afternoon so now i have to go through the process of sourcing a pump elsewhere.Just wasted nearly a week and it has now cost me money as i have had to hire in a machine now . Customer service in my view could have been a lot better instead of talking over me when i tried to give some customer feedback . Would not bother to use again

Customer service non existent!! Left my machine for repair. Had to ring a few times to chase only to be told the boss was away and they were very busy. Repair not possible but after phoning today to arrange to collect I have now been told my Shark machine has been scrapped! Told they tried to contact me but this is absolute rubbish, no missed calls/voicemail!! Do not use this repair company.

These guys have really helped us with our basic carpet cleaning in a high traffic office. Their range of chemicals and cleaning agents really made a difference and allowed us to find the correct one.

I don t normally leave many reviews but I feel it s only fair in this case.
Since setting up my own business Candor Services have been my go to supplier for the majority of my needs.
Candor helped me pick the ideal equipment for start up, with no pushy sales antics and no selling me irrelevant products. They gave me demonstrations and arranged a free training course for me.
I call them for all my needs and they always give me an informative answer when possible, if they aren t sure they find out and get back to me in a timely manner.
I only live a 20 min drive away from their industrial units to always go to collect the products I need. They are always in stock and more than reasonably priced. When I m not too busy they always offer me a drink while I wait and get a good fuss from both their work dogs Ellie and buddy.
I feel Candor Services have always gone above and beyond for me and that they always will do. I will now not look anywhere else for products they supply as I know the service and attention to detail can not be beat.
Thanks for everything you ve all done for me and I look forward to another year of business with you!

I needed a new belt, filter and base plate for a Sebo vacuum cleaner. After looking on line at a well known parts website and putting all the bits in my virtual basket there, I thought I would have a quick look elsewhere and stumbled across this company. All parts were cheaper than the other site and were genuine Sebo! Items arrived very quickly and had the nice touch of a 'personal' email from the manager. Unfortunately I did order the wrong belt and had put a note saying which belt I needed and to make sure I had ordered the correct one. The note was not seen by the parts/packaging department but a quick email and the company ringing me back ensured the correct one was posted out that day with free next day p&p. The vacuum cleaner is now fixed and works better than ever for a much cheaper price than the other company I used to use. I would use again and most definitely recommend, many thanks.

Very dissatisfied, I advise you to leave this seller Candor Services UK present on amazon, ebay and cdiscount. I made a mistake when ordering in the address, it must be said clearly, in France when there is no intended recipient, the official mailing systematically and necessarily to the sender ... the seller to take advantage of the situation to scam me. no proof of deposit, no tracking number which seems to me more than doubtful for a shipment from abroad. I call it a scam. 22 euros plus my two packs of vacuum bag that come back to you will be nothing to your loss, people are not idiots and look at the reviews before .. for 1 month the package would have been even send in China. lack of seriousness for a professional ... do not take the risk, there are other vendors who are serious in case of problems and who understands the importance of a satisfied customer. you will be warned.

Had a problem with a new vac. Contacted Candor Services and they immediately sent out a replacement and arranged collection of the faulty machine at the same time. All done within 48hrs. Brilliant customer service!! So refreshing these days. I would happily deal with again and have no hesitation in highly recommending.

Delt with these a few times always helpful and honest, Last time i visited the new girl Kelly delt with me i got what i wanted ,Quick and accurate, I must say that on every occation i have never had any problems

It's October 2020 & my experience with Candor has been superlative. I believe that it's a family business - it really shows. I needed some help by phone first, & they were great, really attentive (& this was only for the purchase of a single vacuum cleaner - not a big order by any means). Then the entire purchasing & super-prompt delivery experience was fantastic. It's really important to shout about it when you find an outfit as great as these guys (& girls)! Will definitely be back!

Had to contact Candor today re an item I had ordered. I found them to be extremely helpful and pleasant. Problem sorted in a couple of minutes-no holding listening to bad music! Been dealing with Candor for a while now and find their service excellent.

SCAM! Sells broken and low quality carpet cleaners and refuse to honour warranty. Stay clear!

Ordered chemicals on Monday they said it would be delivered Tuesday on Wednesday still not got chemicals they said the van had been involved in accident still not got chemicals after 10 days waiting . No communication stiil no chemicals , first time dealing with them , never again.

Have been buying both machines and chemicals here for several years, and found them to be very professional and fair. Hope to trade with Candor for a long time to come.

Great customer service. I am not a professional but had draught marks on my carpet and found that this company stocked Prochem Filter Out which is supposed to remove them. Competitively priced both for product and delivery.Filter Out works almost immediately on draught marks. Amazing!

I ordered a part from their website which wasn't in stock. This wasn't explained on their site. After sending two emails and being ignored for nearly 2 weeks I phoned them. I just ended up asking for a refund. The people there didn't seem to know what was going on. One tells you the part is on it's way, another tells you they haven't got it from their supplier. The customer service is absolute rubbish. I just felt like an inconvenience. I'm only giving the one star because the paypal refund was the only prompt thing they did. For the sake of spending a few quid more, just go elsewhere. They just wasted my time and my hoover could have been fixed by now.

Fast, efficient service and product exactly as expected. Would definitely recommend.
