I ordered a part from their website which wasn't in stock. This wasn't explained on their site. After sending two emails and being ignored for nearly 2 weeks I phoned them. I just ended up asking for a refund. The people there didn't seem to know what was going on. One tells you the part is on it's way, another tells you they haven't got it from their supplier. The customer service is absolute rubbish. I just felt like an inconvenience. I'm only giving the one star because the paypal refund was the only prompt thing they did. For the sake of spending a few quid more, just go elsewhere. They just wasted my time and my hoover could have been fixed by now.
