Ordered a pump for my machine via there website on...

Ordered a pump for my machine via there website on the sunday and paid via paypal that day . On the thursday i phoned to see why it hat not been delivered and was told it was out of stock and maybe in today .I found the lady on the phone hard to deal with and suggested that maybe there website could display when out of stock of a item .Anyway i decided to go with it then found i was refunded in the afternoon so now i have to go through the process of sourcing a pump elsewhere.Just wasted nearly a week and it has now cost me money as i have had to hire in a machine now . Customer service in my view could have been a lot better instead of talking over me when i tried to give some customer feedback . Would not bother to use again
