It's October 2020 & my experience with Candor has been superlative. I believe that it's a family business - it really shows. I needed some help by phone first, & they were great, really attentive (& this was only for the purchase of a single vacuum cleaner - not a big order by any means). Then the entire purchasing & super-prompt delivery experience was fantastic. It's really important to shout about it when you find an outfit as great as these guys (& girls)! Will definitely be back!

Edit - I just read the review before mine - & it was indeed a Karl who was so helpful to me on the phone as well. I'd spoken to a lady first too - she was also great.
