They can't give you a good offer and obviously not helpful.

Communication with this letting agency is a joke, a common courtesy of getting back to a potential tenant is non existent, please avoid this company like the plague

We rented a house from them in September, we found it was absolutely infested with rats AND mice, there has been minimal action taken by both the landlord and the letting agency.
They do not respond to emails, we are in a desperate situation and they can't bother replying. They we also difficult when we wanted to terminate our contract, again, due to the RAT INFESTATION, insisting we give them notice despite months of complaining about these rats.
Last contact was a month ago and still no one has come to check out the holes all around the house. They don't seem bothered, and the landlord doesn't sound like they care about this house in the slightest.
Absolutely fuming with both the landlord and this agencies lack of cooperation in this difficult time

Campus have always been really helpful and responsive. They re a friendly bunch of people and I d highly recommend them.

Campus Crib is an absolutely great agent, They have helped maintain and managed my property. Their professionalism is second to none. I will recommend them to anybody who needs their property managed and anything to do with renting a property.

Only positive to say is how they sorted me out for getting accommodation after the cube fire and needing new permanent housing. We had so many issues that never got resolved or took so much longer than usual to finally help with. Never informed us of the 1 month council tax you have to pay when you finish being a student. Well... where do I start. Firstly, communication is a disaster, they withhold information, they delay almost every process i.e maintenance, deposits, etc. Furthermore customer service is terrible. it took 7 weeks to return my deposit where I was constantly told it was being dealt with. A house mate I lived with still hasn't received his to date. I really recommend that you do not house with Campus Cribs as they deliver some of the worst services I have seen.

My experience with Campus Cribs has been great so far. From refurbishment to property letting and tenant management services, they have extremely professional services and honest approach from start to finish. I recommend their services to both tenants and landlords.
