Having purchased a commercial property with McHugh's London. My partner and I would like to thank them for all of their help during the process. Not only did we have a vendor refusing the relinquish the keys but had a number of teething issues to be resolved. Finally getting keys delivered to us on Christmas Eve was more than a result in the middle of a pandemic and was apparently all part of the service. Well done McHugh's and a big thanks to Paul who made it all happen with great style and a good measure of humour.
Bidders Stay Away!
Their online bidding process is suspicious.
1.Check if they have any proxy bidders, if yes mostly dodgy.
2.They are good at manipulating bids online, so be careful.
3.Most of their properties sold at higher price than market value. Where are properties near by in a better condition are sold for less with other auctioneers.
5.They try to deceive where possible, in my case they sold me a property and now they are selling my garden inside my compound, they do it in a clever way as a separate lot in a different auction as you will find out if they do it in the same day auction. We are going to report it to relevant authorities and also we are sending a video to BBC as well.
If you want to pay more that the market value stick to these guys, if you are looking for a bargain look else where.
