Really bad, it's been two years, practically since the installation, that the system is not working properly. It is a system that includes 7 cameras that with the Aylook system cannot distinguish a gnat from a car and it all cost me a lot of money. The CEO contacted me after my several complaints with the promise to fix it with an update and attributing the blame a little to the installer who would have misplaced the cameras. The fact is that after several delays and false promises to the last email received on 13/12/2019 I concluded as follows to the same CEO who contacted me: "Good morning Mr. xxxx,
thank you for contacting me, the times are getting longer and the combination coincides with those announced by telephone by your technician who had contacted me the first time. It is not to make controversy but he will understand very well that these combinations and this continuous protracting to a solution always seem to me the same mockery.
I understand very well that it is not suitable to place a plant in front of the camera but in my case it is an exception because the system does not work as much. I'm not talking about the night mode where you criticized the position of the lamps, I repeat that even during the day the system does not work properly but I think this is a part of the speech that you don't want to face or listen to.
If ever this miraculous update will be made available tomorrow I undertake to have the entire system rearranged by a very trusted installer at my expense, costs what they cost even on the road, because now I'm really curious to see how it will end, d ' on the other hand, the product must reflect what you and your company advertise.

I am still waiting for an answer to this email and we are on 11 January 2020!
On the other hand, they asked me to withdraw the negative review from Facebook and blocked it to avoid writing complaints.
From my very negative experience and after having been thoroughly informed about the product I can draw my conclusions, really bad and not serious at all.

I am a designer of electrical and electronic systems and I also train installers.
I was called by Aylook to teach on the regulations of intrusion alarm systems and video surveillance and so I got to know this product.
I realized that it really has top-notch technical features and decided to install a video surveillance system in my home.
I then contacted Marco Biancardi, owner of the company that sells Aylook and I must say that he is an exquisite, easy-going person and was very careful and precise in meeting my needs.
Through one of the certified installers (who are called EBI) I will soon install the system in my home.
So far the premises have been more than satisfying and I'm sure the system will be just as satisfactory, but I will only be able to say this with the next review.
