Campus Circle has exceeded the loftiest of expectations. From the warmly accommodating staff, to the convenient in-house gym and myriad other amenities, my experience has been a deeply satisfying one. I regret that I'm finishing school this year, because I know that wherever I move next is unlikely to compare.

They will inspect you every month or 2 months. They charged you for ridiculous things. One thing so weird recently was that they charged my blinds. And Molly said they cannot move this balance to the deposit and they would change my blinds at that week. Of course the blinds weren't changed. Just a small amount of money so no one will notice. If you live here, just check your balance.

Very cool apartment, the office staff know each of their residents by name and I'm truely impressed when Molly helped with my rent paying issue without even asked my apartment number since she remembered my name and my apartment number. Very friendly office staff and a very convienient environment.

I lived here during the 2016-2017 academic year. Living here was nice, I had no complaints at all. The amenities are nice as well. HOWEVER, I had so many negative experiences. For one, I lived in a 4br with only 3 occupaying the space. We did everything necessary to not go over utilities but somehow we went over even during break when no one was in the apt! How does that make sense. I got charged for a smoking fee long after I moved out. I told management that I wasn t even living in the apt anymore and it was an old roommate when I got charged the fee, which they knew, and all I got was a oh well.
Move out was stressful. I got charged ridiculous amount of fees for a carpet that was supposedly stained when I cleaned the carpet myself and other ridiculous fees. Live here if you want to be charged with unnecessary fees.

Edit 2/21/19 : @Campus Circle Apts owner, I actually did mean to write this review to Campus Circle Apts in URBANA, IL. Molly was the manager when I lived there. The name you ran in your system is not my full name.

Do you want to pay 1000 over a 2b2b apartment and away from school? Do you want to hear construction site working everyday? Do you want to wake up in the morning with truck noise? If your answer is no, please don t sign the contract and choose another one, Latitude or Gregory place. I m suffering right now because I live in campus circle. Oh by the way, the train pass through sometimes at night. One more thing, I emailed the manager Molly , she basically told me that there s nothing they can do. I think under this circumstances, I m only willing to pay $500 a month.

Extremely uncomfortable living here. The dripping noise in the bathroom is terribly annoying. First I tried service request, and they replied with "there is nothing we can do" by email. Then I talked with the staff and literally NO RESPONSE. I came to talk again, and still "nothing to help". Totally cheaply built and worst service ever.

If you want to be fined thousands of dollars, please do come. They will never let you down when it comes to fine. They will charge hundreds even thousands of dollars during each so called quarterly inspections. And in fact, they do the inspections to charge money every month. What is more, they charge you for the chair that was damaged during the repair of maintenance for over 100 dollars. Cheap sofa scratched by animal is 1500 dollars.

I lived here during the 2016-2017 academic year. This apartment complex is pathetic. The rent is outrageously high compared to other places near by. Everything is built much more cheaply than it appears in pictures. They allow pets, which is fun, except that almost once a week there is dog feces in the hallway and nobody to respond to it. The office is completely incompetent. None of them have any idea what they re doing. There were multiple times last year where one person would tell you one thing and then another would tell you another. In addition, they charge you much more than it appears on the surface. Many fees will come out of nowhere. Even now, they have sent their third notice to me to pay my balance of zero dollars or they will contact a collection agency. This obviously indicates their lack of organizational skills. Save yourself frustration, time, and money and live somewhere better. All of these reviews are good because Molly, one of the incompetent office managers, pressures people into reviewing the place in front of her. I am a medical student and many of my classmates lived their as well because our school told us they thought it would be a good place to live, as it was just opening at the time. I guarantee that almost all of my peers who also lived their regretted it. Discussing how annoying the apartment complex and its staff are did give us a lot of conversation, so at least there was that benefit.

The apartment management is horrific, and they overcharges you for everything. If they find stins on sofa they will charge you for more than 300 dollars which is rediculous. Please check the review carefully before moving in to this apartment place. Best.

I've been living in Campus Circle Apartment for a few weeks. I like this place a lot. It provides everything you can expect from a comfortable apartment, such as dish washer, washing machine and dryer and good furnitures. Looks like they also have great public amenities. It's close to CS and ECE buildings. There is also a MTD stop out the door and several restaurants nearby. It's a great choice for people like me who don't drive.
The only thing is that if you leave the window open, the University Avenue can be a little noisy (could be they are still building something). But it's not a big deal unless you are a very sensitive person.

Charged for damages that were present when moving in. Expect to be charged for everything on move out, take pictures of EVERYTHING. The fire alarm will go off several times (at least a dozen in a year) for no reason in the middle of the night, and you will be standing outside for a while. Common area's are frequently trashed and things broken (pool cue's, ping pong paddles, etc). People's pets use the bathroom in the hallways outside your door and it will go unnoticed for days. Avoid living here if possible. Friends at Latitude did not have these issues. Also writing my first ever google review because of this place.

This is my second year living in Campus Circle. The room that I moved in this year was terrible. The mattress had red stain, furnitures were slightly damaged and dirty, some lights didnt work, construction are going on in the main gate so the noise is terrible. Furthermore, last year, lots of residents would gather in the common area drinking alcohol and hosting a party. I would not recommend this apartment!
Also, the staff customer service is not great. I referred my roommate after seeing a flyer that said I would receive 300 dollar gift card. However, when I asked for 300 dollar gift card, they said I don t qualify for the deal because my roommate signed earlier than when the deal was supposed to be in effect.
Again, apartment condition is bad, constructions are going on around the apartment, bad management of common area, and customer service is bad. Do not sign contract with Campus circle!

The staff here are amazing. If you have any questions or concerns;, everyone here is very helpful, so don't hesitate to ask/email the staff with questions They do quarterly inspections here but they do give an email warning ahead of time before entry. Great amenities, one of the best around campus. Stayed here for 2 years with no issues.

They penalize the tenants without legitimate reasons. I moved out this year, and I am charged for something that doesn t even make sense.
1. Loss of window screen
I checked everything when I moved in. Honestly, I don t remember exactly, but I think if one out of six window screens is missing, I would have noticed it. Either the window screen is not there in the first place or someone steals it. Just think about it, why would anyone steal a window screen??? My roommate is graduating and going to California. I am moving out to another property, we both already have a lot to pack. Seriously, why would any of us take down a window screen...
2. Replace blinds (see attached photos)
I literally never use the blinds during my stay, so when I moved out, I specifically put it down and checked there is no damage on the blinds. Somehow, they said it is broken and charged me for 35 dollars.
