Unique restaurant. Friendly folks. Food was very good. Prices a bit high but worth it.

Nice exciting decor, very festive. Great service. Long waits on weekends, parking lot fills up quickly.

Sat for over 10 minutes and no one camp to help us. No chips, drinks, nothing! Then we hear a waitress tell someone that technically we are her table and then she walks away. To El Arroyo we will go! Don t think we will be back. Never had such a bad experience there.

The server was great, I think her name Alicia, she did an awesome job, but the food was good not great... Maybe I will be back

Today 1-4-19 I visited Campo Verde, I love the decor. The service was non existent! She kept us waiting 15 minutes before she came to the table. The women s restroom had toilets overflowing. The management on duty an elderly man was very rude and loud when I told him the toilets were overflowing and customers and employees were walking through all the sewage and re entering the restaurant. He yelled at me he was aware of the problem but couldn t shut the restroom down. I left when I noticed my waitress having to mop the water in the restroom and wait tables at the same time! Disgusting!!!

Great Christmas decorations. Must see. Food and service were just ok.

Food nothing out of ordinary but you must go during December to see their over the top Christmas display!

ZERO STARS (had to give one to post) - if more then five minute wait don't stay, food will not be worth the wait. I took my daughter to see the lights and to eat lunch. Chips over seasoned and salsa not good. My plate included a rock in the rice, when i let the waitress know she took the plate and returned with the ticket (no extra cost for the rice but also no plate removed). Excited for my daughter to see the lights I realized they cover the dusty old bar essence. As i read the other reviews of folks waiting for 2 hours to eat here, please don't! Food will not be worth the wait!

Atmosphere is amusing but food is more like frozen food microwaved, my husband had a hair in his food he placed it in his napkin explained to.the waitress her.response was at least your not freaking out and then said will you want to finish your food?.no I'm sorry can I get.you a new plate of food!.my margarita was warm to boot.and that's truly not good! Upon getting.our bill and giving it to cashier there was no apologies still and not even an offer to deduct the price of the enchilada with the long black hair!.only good part their chips.never going back there! There's el cabacho if you want good texmex they have a good.bar area.and patio!.food.is way better service is great!!.it's on Abrams and bowen rd.

We have been going here for years. As always, great food. We have moved to Cleburne but we don't mind the trip. Atmosphere is awesome

I've always loved going to campo Verde and at this visit it was as always great. The over the top Christmas decorations is awesome and always look forward to seeing the little train make its rounds. Food& service was wonderful.

Food was bland...cheese( queso).ulk. .use to be good back in the dae... will not dine for a long time or not.

The lights are amazing. Found out they keep them up all year and add more each year.
I'd give atmosphere 5 stars. The food is mediocre. Next time I'll try just dessert.
I'll return just for the excitment of being in all the Christmas lights.

Absolutely love the atmosphere, food, and margaritas! Staff is fantastic and always takes care of you. Definitely can't complain about the unlimited queso! What other restaurant does that??

Worst food that I've ever eaten. The host sat us at a table with a roach in it. He actually made a joke about it and walked away. Why we stayed I'll never know but it only got worse from there. Food was so nasty and greasy you could overhauled an engine with it.

the one star is just because the train was cute and the lights are nice. other than that, the place has a thick cigarette smoke smell, very high prices, and poor service

The service was fine. The decorations are what really made me excited for the place however the food let me down.
Food was cold when it came to the table and it wasn t good. It wasn t authentic Mexican food and I wouldn t even call it Tex mex.
Over rated location. People who dont know any better think this is good authentic food.

The place it self is cool but the food was very nasty I got the beef enchiladas and it looked and tasted like Hormel chili on a tortilla and the staff was very forgetful and slow

The atmosphere was wonderful. The food was great, and the service was fantastic. It would be hard to get a wheelchair through the restaurant and the bathrooms are tight.

They lied to my wife about taking reservations, we had a 17 top. Just wanted to give them a heads up. When we got there, the hostesses were talking about a 25 reservation. Something's not right. Anyways, it still didn't take long to get seated and food was delicious.

This place is horrible!! They mess up on to go orders all the time !! They have a worker bye the name is Kim that is in charge when the manger is gone .she is so rude I went to eat with my daughter and when I went in I let her know that they had messed up on my To go order 2 nights before I asked for no onions on my fajitas because I m allergic and it had onions on it and my daughters quesadilla had a band aid in it it had to of come off on off the cooks so I told her I called that night and they said they would replace my food she starts yelling saying she busy serving tables and can not help me to come another day I was like no I can t come another day can you look and see if my name is written down because I was told my order would be replaced she said no I m not gonna do nothing ..so I asked for the owners information so I could speak to him about the issues I was having another worker gave me his information so I sat down and emailed him..so everything was over I thought so I decided to sit down and eat cause my daughter was hungry half way tru the meal Kim comes walking over rudely and tells me out loud in front of outher customers I hope your gonna pay for your food cause I can t give it to you free and I told her really did you just ask me that and she was like pay for your food are I m calling the police..I just suggest not to eat here because I seen the back of the kitchen the cooks do not wear gloves and it s nasty back there ..I filed a complaint with the better business Bural ..stay away from this place I only gave them one star on the rating cause it made me I would of put 0 stars

OMG. Best mexican food in town. The atmosphere is like a Winter Wonderland. With a train going around the restaurant. You sit down they bring you cheese sauce, salsa & chips. The waitress is the best. If you go Monday through Friday early sit on the north side. Lisa will take great care ok f you.

Alecia was a very good waitress the Lights where lit very enjoyable and it is a great place to take kids and a very family friendly place to go I recommend food :)

Food is alright, but be careful with the check. They will over calculate and try to over charge you where the math is in their favor. Service is slow as we waited for 15 min just to get water or be acknowledged. Won't be back

Staff was excellent! Food, and decor not so much. I get it, fun for the kids because of the decorations. Food was horrible, the cheese dip is watery and chunky, chips are stale. Mine and my wife's main dish were gross. We got the enchiladas, they were smothered in cheese, the rice and beans had been clearly sitting for a while and the tacos were way to salty with one side of the shell hard and the other soggy. Definitely not worth it for the price of it. The chefs should be ashamed. I felt like the place was started in the 90s and they decided to throw the Christmas stuff on the walls to cover the oldness of it. Cant see how people enjoy it.

Been going here since I was a kid, the crazy decor is still great. The place feels bigger than it is, lit up all year round. I've rarely had any issues with the staff, and there's a decent selection of Mexican fare with plenty of American options too. Long as I live in Arlington, I visit here at least 4 times a year

Great beef fajitas. The salsa was ok. The atmosphere was killer. Try the rattlesnake fajitas. Very diffrent.

Without exaggeration the worst Mexican food (it s actually not right to call it that) I have ever eaten in my life. I got the three enchilada combo plate and it was like canned chicken wrapped in a cold tortilla with microwaved cheese on top. My wife got a beef burrito that was full of ground beef and sent it back without even trying it after she looked at it. Go to Taco Bell instead it s cheaper and better.

Good Tex Mex you will love the train running overhead.
