The food was delicious. We asked for corn and flour tortillas and server brought us only flour tortillas. Restaurant was very busy but service was quick.

Great place for the family to get in the Christmas spirit...over 100K lights, trains Santas, snowmen galore...every inch is decorated including the ceiling...go before 6 or expect a wait. The Swirl was amazing and the food is decent with some interesting twists on traditional favorites.
nice place to eat and experience...especially this time of year...beautiful decorations
The food is fine. There's so many Christmas decorations and mirrors on the walls it's easy to get lost going to the bathroom . Good place to go, and the queso and seasoned chips are good
How have I lived in Fort Worth for 4 years and never heard of this place! Its a must to take the kids and Grandkids while the Holiday decorations are up! Excellent food and Service! If I could give it a #10 star rating I would! I give it the MAX which is #5 star!
Loved the Calabacita Rellenos.
Very, very busy with 1 hour wait on a December Sunday afternoon for table of 10.
Waitress Heather was outstanding working our table plus plus her other tables.
More Christmas lights inside than I've ever seen - they covered every single wall and ceiling. It felt like their website listed light count of 120,000 was a severe undercount.
A must visit place in Arlington. Good menu and festive atmosphere... gotta love the electric train that runs throughout the restaurant.
Best food. Is a must try if u haven't ate there. Try the ribs, queso and there chips. Best ever
Someone threw up the 80 s in this place, the decor was Christmas lights galore. The food is not worth the price, the steak was salty and the my plate was 80% cheese. I ordered tacos and a cheese enchilada but the enchilada was just a corn tortilla with a block of cheese in it with cheese sauce on top no enchilada sauce. I am sure a enchilada should have enchilada sauce on it. The server was amazing I can say that but I won t be going back.
Chips and salsa are great, the atmosphere is amazing. The entrees were good. The Christmas decorations are what you are going for. And it is worth it.
Awesome Atmosphere & Good Eat's & Good Folk's, God Bless Campo Verde,Amen
You get alot of food for a good price. Tacos was really good. Service was slow.
Love Campo Verde! Always good food and our server was very nice
Amazing decorations! Food was average! I would go back again! :)
This has ALWAYS been my ALL time favorite restaurant. The lights and train always bring back childhood memories of family dinners there. Sadly, the last few times I have gone, the food has been a bit lacklustre but no matter the food situation, the staff and ambiance makes up for it.
They have amazing food and friendly staff. Love the festive atmosphere!
So we have been coming here for the last 3 years. The atmosphere for the kids IS AWESOME!!!!! The food wellllllll i say medicore to good area. Still not to bad. But here is what I feel is the problem. I look at the menu and i see high priced meals and I see how crowded it can be. And i see how the workers get overwhelmed with so much chaos around them 1 person working with 6 tables or more at a time. Thats not including how many people on that table. I think the head manger of this place needs to have new ideas of how to make this place better for 2020. It feels like he is stuck in his own ways of how he runs his bussiness. Change is what this place needs as in running the floor and doing reservations the right way. Ohh yea the #1 word all places lack as in jobs out there COMMUNICATION! Lets be real this place banks money daily. I bet they could move to a bigger location bigger parking lot for folks to park at. And a bigger place for employees and customers. James you need change. Time to step up and invest in a new place. Done said my peace.
Coming from someone that worked here a day- The people who cook your food eat part of your food as they are preparing it. With No gloves, this is the most Disgusting kitchen I have ever seen- hard to tell with the Christmas wonderland around you. I would go here to get a margarita, and would only eat here if I wanted hepatitis and food poisoning. Would give a zero star if I could, it s been 2 months and they still haven t paid me for the week I worked before I quit. If you eat here, you are just allowing the business owner to screw over high schoolers that do not no better- not paying them overtime or at ALL if they decide to quit.
Loved the Christmas season that was displayed in decorations.
Always amazing
Foods ok love the atmosphere and service
Love this place!! They need to serve sweet tea but it is still an awesome dining experience.
Good food plus our grand children love the ambience.
This is one of the niftiest restaurants I've been in! I love the way they lit the entire place with Christmas lights. The staff was really friendly! The food was alright but definitely pricey for what you got. That said, they did give you a LOT of it. All in all, I left quite pleased.
Bartended there in the early 90's.... Been eating there since... Had my 50th Birthday Party in "The Cave"!!!
I always love going to this place! It always has the best food and the best staff. I also like the addition of a train running around the ceiling.
3 hour wait at 3pm on Saturday afternoon. Not for average Tex Mex food. Went to El Gabacho I stead and had a tasty meal.
Magical and you have to take the family! The food is fantastic, the lights are over the top!!!!!!
Love eating at this place and have since I was a kid. Could never get tired of eating there!
Great cheese enchiladas. Great chips. And very good atmospher.
Queso & salsa were very good. Big portions but beans were to my liking. Waiter did an excellent job attending to our needs.
If you like great Mexican food and are a big christmas person you should live there
Food is alright. It s best to go here between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Maybe add a trip through Interlochen and make it a full evening.
One of Arlington's best kept secrets for TexMex. Have never been disappointed when ordering from here and they have takeout as well. Their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them if you want to experience an entirely different atmosphere from regular TexMex restaurants.
Been going there since i was just a kid best food great atmosphere and free queso with your salsa
Amazing atmosphere, free queso (although it's neon orange) with your chips and salsa. The enchiladas are good that the fajitas are good, but a lil different. Staff is always friendly and sometimes quirky. They are always ready for Christmas and they have their own train running throughout the entire building.
Food was good. Too many Xmas lights. Hurts your eyes to look at it.
I've been here several times because kids like it for the ambience. But tonight was literally the worst Mexican food I've had in my life from a Mexican restaurant. I literally will go to Taco Bell next time before I come back.
Great atmosphere, great food at very reasonable prices, friendly staff.
Fun place for family and friends. Amazing decorations and great food. Get there first thing otherwise you'll be waiting in line for hours
Great place, the place looks like Christmas on steroids. Food is also great
Outstanding place to take your family and really enjoy some good food.
Great chicken fried steak. Always a festive atmosphere. I wish they were still in Ft Worth. Have to drive all the way to Arlington. But the chips and cheese dip alone are worth the trip!
Fajitas are excellent!! Service is great! Have tried several varieties of meals off the menu and never disappointed!
I have been coming here for years. Every time I ask them for the Rattlesnake fajitas. They have never once actually had them. Tonight with family in town for Christmas we called to make reservations. They assured us we would be fine and we were turned away at the door. Probably the last time I will ever take anyone here. This place is a staple of local cuisine and should really step up their game. Extremely disappointed in the lack of Christmas spirit. There is no room at the inn.
Lights and atmosphere is fun! My kids loved it. However, if you want tasty, authentic Mexican food...go somewhere else. Spent $10 on fajita nachos with 3 pieces of beef fajita and about 6 chips.
If you likes it 30 years ago you will like it today. Now 4 generations of my family have eaten here. The food is good. The prices are fair. The service is good. The decorations rock. It is a landmark
Great food! Its Christmas all year! But why the very loud Mexican music? What happened to oldies?
Lights are awesome. Have not been there in years so it was great.
This is amazing place for family dinners. My whole family loves the train and the decorations.
The food is horrible and over priced. You're just paying for the atmosphere.
Enjoy sitting in the bar area where hubby can watch sports & I can people watch. Dave is a great bartender & he has award winning customer service skills. Our drinks stay full, our food order is always correct, & piping hot! We love the food, drinks, & atmosphere at Campo Verde.
We have been going to eat there for over 20 years & will continue to go there.
Best fajitas in the state !!! Be sure and bring your appetite,
I started coming here 96 it was wonderful
2020 this place will be shut down it the next 5 years or less
I actually enjoy this place every time I go. However, the food quality has gotten worse over the past few years and the prices have gone up. The alcohol costs are absurd.
Service always great. Prices are reasonable. Food to your liking or fixed cheerfully. Go every chance I can.
Good food, chips and cheese is always good! Good deals for lunch!
We love this place, and came by around 7:30 pm tonight from Grapevine for dinner. We checked their website ahead of time to see what the hours were for this week. It said they were open until 9:00 pm. tonight (12/23). When we arrived, the restaraunt was dark and there was a sign on the front that just said they would open tomorrow at 11:00am. No explanation. There were about 10 cars in the parking lot and about 5 more turned in while we were there. We were SO disappointed......we had brought friends with us to enjoy their awesome food and Christmas lights. They should have posted something on their website for people like us that are not locals, coming a little further.
Food is ok. Nothing special. You are paying for the atmosphere of the place. You would think they would fix the parking lot! Full of holes.
Warning..get here early, especially around the holidays on weekends. They say 3 hour wait but not always accurate. Loved the lights and atmosphere. Food was just okay, typical run of the mill tex mex food. Worth seeing the lights though!
Holiday season is in full swing! The christmas decor is incredibly overwhelming. It is a true sight to behold
You just have to go. It's an Arlington staple... always ready for Christmas; but, you HAVE TO SEE IT at Christmas!
Very nice staff and very nicely decorated. The quality of the food isn t the best in terms of authentic Mexican food. It s very much Americanized Mexican food.
This place is awesome like everything about it even the fact I can get my chips without chili powder on them. They have all kinds of exotic food rattlesnake fajitas fajitas tons of different types of tacos enchiladas to choose from Services great they have a bar. Wait staff is great hostesses are great food is even better the only thing it is always crowded whether you get there when they first open lunch dinner best to get there a little early if you're good and hungry
A fun place I have been going to since I was a kid. Now my kids love going in and seeing all of the lights and trains going around the top of the restaurant. Food is still pretty good too.
If you are looking for atmosphere above food quality this is the place for you.
This place is a local relic. And folks flock there during the Christmas season.
Great classic place Food price reasonable food good Christmas lights year round
Good chips and sauce and great atmosphere. Gets pretty packed on the weekends but worth it.
Great food a fun family atmosphere. Lol if you don t like Christmas it might be much for you lol. Looking for good Mexican this is a good place with great pricing.
One of the best places on earth! Chips & cheese queso are the best in texas! They have added a super lunch special menu reasonable now I can afford to eat there a whole lot more.
Amazing Mexican and American food in a unique atmosphere. My all-time favorite restaurant.
