We spent 10 days in this wonderful campsite a dream stay with a superb water park and a great lifeguard who listens to him also talk about the evening which was great with very good animator and great show like the show of hypnosis and the magic show we will come back next year

Hello, yes I am of the opinion of the majority of the previous opinions: animators not speaking French; parcels not delimited; Evacuation of rainwater causing mud between mobile homes because clay soil. Closure of the diet at meal times; 3 meters between each mobile home; Dutch lifestyle. For a 5 star, it is a shame especially when we do not warn you when booking.

Mobile homes are one over the other and the hygiene is poor I found cockroaches in the cutlery ...... regarding the parking of vehicles is thearchy. You must take the vehicle to go to the pool or shopping at the supermarket walk is impractical. Location is very noisy not slept before 2:30 pm musical speaker background nomasland, it's perfect fetards! Only side rating is the water park.

Disappointing. We were very disappointed with this campsite which is supposed to be 5 stars and which seems to be paradise that the site!
We came from Wednesday, June 26th to July 3rd!
We had the unpleasant surprise of being stuck in the garbage which is unacceptable for a campsite where we pay the price for 5 stars.
After calling the front desk to possibly change location we had a negative return to our request due to non-free location while the campsite was completely empty in this week of late June.
We also noticed that the 7 restaurants put up in the advertising campaign had only the pool snack open!
Activities until midnight make it impossible to sleep because of the sound level of the music which for a family camping is inadmissible. As well as many cries, screams at night!
No information regarding the openings of the various infrastructures.
One of the only good thing about the campsite is its swimming pool despite the lack of sunbeds while on the site and on the application cool'camp we can see that there are only sunbeds. This is a false promise.
We were so disappointed with this pitiful campsite that we left with 3 days in advance.

We call back the reception at 1 p.m. and there, we are told it's complicated, too many bungalows to clean, how do you expect us to do it ???

When we arrived at 10am, the main toilets were disgusted.
We therefore go to the kid's club for children and there, 6 toilets, 5 of which are closed and the sixth even worse than the others.
I just remember that the kid club opens at 10am !!!!
In terms of catering 3 restaurants available but only for lunch 1 and pay attention to the prices.
The prices do not correspond to the dishes served which are not very generous.
It hurts for camping !!!!

A very chic looking campsite, but very far from being the case !! Reception and entrance very welcoming but in the heart of the campsite itself it is something else, an impression of having arrived at a camp for Travelers !! Very dirty pool, the joints have lots of black spots, in the corners of the slides yellowish to green aspects, probably lacking in hygiene. The garbage cans were overflowing with a lot of wasps !! We just went for a day in the swimming pool because luckily we were not in this establishment, we did not even stay 1 hour because I did not want to catch germs and all that for 70 for 4 people. Thank you at least I will not book on your site I is what to expect.

We were very disappointed because we thought we had booked a mobile home with air conditioning. Nicely maintained campsite with lots of water fun, especially the Halfpipe and white water slide with family ties were a topper. It can sometimes be a bit windy, but that also makes it a pleasant climate. The chalet where we stayed was nicely cared for, but everything you want to go to is solid uphill or downhill (> 10%). Coctails at the bar in the evening were decent. Shows a little less, but there was always something going on. At the reception we were received very friendly and without a problem in English.

Some mobile homes are on the heights and out of season, there is no small train, so be aware that the climb is steep (10 to 15 minutes) ... More or no lighting at night so additional difficulty.

Nice pool with a lot of choice of slides. Great fun, especially for children. You will not find the house completely clean, but I think you can expect that at a campsite. It's not a hotel. We have had a lot of problems with ants.
A train runs regularly around the site, so you don't have to walk up and down a hill. Ideal.

Very disappointing for a 4 star. Lack of maintenance, cleanliness and lack of opening hours for some services such as bakery. At the pool lack of respect for the rules and therefore never a quiet place. I understand better that it is lost 1 star and I think it's worth no more than 3 and therefore too expensive and so will not come back.
We had a very good stay (only 6 days: Sunday to Saturday ) in our comfortable, air-conditioned, new, clean and above all well-placed mobile home: at the end of the driveway: no passage, in short the best for the silence ! Of course the view was magnificent with sunset in the evening! .... Which makes us forget the geography of the site .... Sloping !!!! It is of course the negative side that prevents movement in the campsite ....
Otherwise I have a remark concerning the access to the aquatic complex which was almost refused to us after 12:00 on the last day, when the keys were handed over. I think this should be reviewed because we feel a little rushed ... According to the hostess, there are a lot of people ... The restaurant Le Pommier offers a menu of very limited menus, without great elegance, and not at all suitable for children. The poolside snack bar sells salads in pre-prepared packs (no freshness), and unadulterated fast food. No class at all!
Water park crowded with people !! (Open to people from outside, so not only for campers). No quiet place.
Sorting waste: we are made to believe that our waste is sorted but all finished in the same garbage truck!

The campsite is beautifully situated and the aqua park is very nice, but unfortunately it is also very busy and sometimes long on the slides because many people come to swim from outside the campsite.
