Super aquatic center. Lots of possibilities. Snack by the pool very good. Very large campsite, mass tourism.

Large, well-maintained campsite. Spacious, so it does not feel massive. Beautiful places and accommodations. Shady. Swimming pool is top notch. Big, cool slides, something for everyone. Animation good, something new to experience every day. Various sports options. Restaurant and bar good. Beautiful products for a reasonable price. Pizzas can even be delivered to the caravan. The train that drives guests across the campsite is ideal. The height differences would otherwise not be possible.

Beautiful swimming pool. Communication to the outside if you want to swim as an outsider may be better and more customer-friendly

Nice complete campsite. Just a pity that the maintenance of the slides literally goes with the French battle.

Beautifully maintained campsite with fantastic swimming pool .. This is a very beautifully laid out campsite. Steep in some places. Depending on the location you have at the campsite, you sometimes have to walk far. And then going up and down the mountain is not very nice.

In the top !!!. The campsite is at the top. A great respect of the sound volume of the evenings. We were next to the heart of the entertainment, despite this cut off the sound outside about 23h. Pools at the top. Frankly, it was a good stay in June. We will return.

Nice swimming pool and reception is not a 5 star campsite

The porch and the roof of the accommodation were on the small side. Comport there was limited. Insufficient shade at the accommodation until 7 p.m.
Drain well of the shower cabin was full of hairs, this resulted in blockage.

Great campsite very stylish to move to swimming pool or reception best with the car

Nice campsite.
We had a pitch of approx. 100 m2. That is more than enough for a caravan + awning + table and chairs and the car. It's very clean in here. People are already busy in the morning to remove leaves and dust. The sanitary area is not quite what we expected. (If you compare it to a 4 star campsite in Italy) No toilet seat! Too little light during the day. Because the lamps are not turned on. I think the lack of hand basins to wash your hands after a toilet visit is a real loss. Showers are with its push button that after 15sec. goes out, very annoying. The washing up place has cold water, have you ever tried that? The whole campsite is French-oriented, which is a real shortcoming, I think. You notice it with the children's entertainment and the shows that they give. Long conversations in French in a show is not great if your audience is only 30% French. Then enter english, most of them can follow it. All facilities are within reach, only to get from a to b on the campsite you often have to take a 10% slope with others you arrive sweaty. Off the campsite by bike? Just leave it at home. At the campsite, an electric scooter is good for small groceries, fun and from a to b. You can pay with a watch at many points of sale. Very useful if you want to teach children how to handle money and that they do not spend too much. We have been there for 14 days and really relaxed and enjoyed the 6 star swimming pool.

Terrasse camping. Very steep place! Friendly staff. Great pool, buy not very clean, and to few sun shades. Mobilhome was okay quality. Stayed for 10 days. Many places to visit near by.

Ideal campsite for a family stay. Reasonable rates, top staff and everything you need for fun is there. Visited in low season for a weekend.

Notice. - More rotation of the train which will avoid a wait too long
- Children's free access to the swimming pool without accompanying persons (Point view of my 10 year old son)

Since 4 years I still come here as well and should do some things for the snack at the pool bees because it is unbearable to eat in such conditions otherwise the campsite nothing to repeat the proof returns next year

Huge camping .. what is its strength: the aquaparc crazy .. end of June .. c was very good .. attention, camping on the hillside .. it climbs ca climbs by moment ..

Too big pool too hot too much bungalow level it's still quiet if you're away from the restaurant after many slopes plan sneakers and even cycling the slopes are exhausting it keeps fit.

excelent stay. all is well, only small downside the service of the restaurants is a bit scatter.

Very good family vacation .... Our stay went very well, in line with what we expected.

In a campsite that has it all: location, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the place and above all a bungalow worthy of a 5 star.

Please note, the campsite is set against a steep mountain. Long distances run up the mountain.

The accommodations are too much on each other with poorly maintained grounds. The unheated pool is beautiful but so cold that you can not enjoy the result impossible to land around other pools to bursting. Positive point the supermarket has a very friendly staff.

I have been trying for 4 days to obtain an invoice for my stay:
1st I did not receive it because my email address was wrong
2nd time I am made to wait 15 minutes to finally hang up on me but of course no one calls me back

At the reception, you may come across a very nice person or just the opposite!

A taste of holidays. We stayed in a mobile home Ciela Confort 4 people during the weekend of the Ascension. New mobile home located at the top of the campsite with superb views and beautiful sunsets. The accommodation is well arranged with a large bathroom, air conditioning and TV.
The campsite is on the terrace so you must be in good physical condition to move because the pool, snack and groceries are at the bottom of the campsite.
Aquatic complex at the top with many slides that entertain young and old ...
Small flat for the snack or you have to take his trouble to be able to lunch on Sunday lunch (bad organization and / or insufficient staff or incompetent)

Yes I had an awful vacation, an aquaparc on crowded and a little bad a culture of mushrooms with a structure of apparent and rusty concrete bridge, a footbath or must I say a culture broth, green tiles, a cold jacuzzi and without bubbles all accompanied by endless line to attractions.

Come spend a day at the pool, nothing to do with what it was to present 3tobogans for 16.50 it hurts ... Bad interviews I highly recommend the pool and camping in the area as bad as it picsine. .. Pure scam! The staff at the front desk is just there to pick up the money! The toilets are dirty but go talks!

Beautiful view across the valley. Does have a nice waterpark, although you need short swimming trunks in order to be allowed to swim.

Nicely laid out, but otherwise a true horror vacation. Workers literally drive past the tent at 60 to 80 km / h. They celebrate with a lot of alcohol and then have to leave the site with their car via the campsite. 1 car even drove down the mountain. When reporting the complaints to the doorman at the entrance, there appeared to be only 1 security guard who was not allowed to leave the barrier. So he could not help us and he thought it was not possible.

Finally we went to the reception the next day where we again ran into a very high wall. We could not get an alternative despite all the photos and videos we had, it would all be better than expected, they said.

After a long negotiation we are going home from misery. Rather no vacation than a child less immediately. Arrived at home by mail complaints but there was nobody at home. In the end we were offered a new week but albeit for 4 people while we are 4 children and 2 adults. In short, an offer that you really can never accept. Asked for an alternative but again no response. After months of waiting I emailed again and the response is not forthcoming.

Change of management this year. It's a mess...! And I am polite. Then let's talk about the new payment method implemented this year within the campsite ... nil! A bracelet that is credited with a sum of money and that is recharged once empty. Too many usage constraints and too much time wasted! To review. The credit card exists, let's use it, why make life complicated ??? The system may be good, but needs to be improved quickly. The small supermarket taking only this type of payment, it became impossible to do your shopping, given the world blocked at the checkout ...! This did not happen in previous years, we paid cash or credit card ... everything is fine!
Then, regarding the friendly aspect, the pool bar which in principle closes at 7:00 p.m., we were refused to be served at 6:20 p.m. ... well, I stop my criticisms there, it was 6 years Whether we came here to spend the Ascension weekend, I will not be doing the experience again. Better organize before, if there were any concerns with the bungalow, it was quickly resolved. Not now....! A power cut to the junction boxes took a "time" to resolve.
In short, to review all that and urgently. We are disappointed ... We wiped the plaster of management of the new company ...

Very busy in high season. Pool visitors run to get a spot - just laughable. 99% "Dutch" - you have to love it. Night (morning) rest was very bad and not taken into account which was a disappointment.
Swimming pool is okay, and my environment has continued to fascinate us. Tent pitches are also good and big enough. Camping shop is also good. Next time another campsite that is less large and quieter.

In itself, the site looked good, but you were not allowed very much at the pool with the ball etc and the takeaway food was also poor and poorly organized.

A very nice location to stay with children because there are many slides. The only regret is that you have to have the parents with you in the water park. There are various facilities such as petanque, mini golf or even some zip lines!

Lack of lighting in the aisles. No ambient music. High consumption prices. No air conditioning in mobile homes. No chairs but chairs around the pools

Definitely not worth 5 stars !! Dirty mobile home on arrival, sticky door handle, dirty hob, stained curtain and blanket! In times of Covid, no care is taken in cleaning before arrival is unacceptable! In addition, no barrier gesture is respected, the pool is shielded with no distance between people or anyone to enforce it, barely room to sit! Reservation made in March with barbecue planned, the result was provided a rotten plancha that did not work, explaining that they were out of stock, for the month of August it is shameful! And above all, do not go there to rest, no respect at night, the music goes loud until after midnight making the bungalow tremble, the children are screaming in the aisles without anyone intervening! In short, I do not recommend at all! The only positive point is the frame and the slides of the swimming pool (when they are not shielded and people huddle on top of each other on the stairs to access them)!

Disappointed with the cleanliness. 4 years ago we spent a few days in the campsite and we really liked it. This time, we are disappointed: for two days there was no toilet paper in the sanitary facilities; the sanitary facilities are non-existent (insufficient service combined with the incivility of the users - the attached photos sent by e-mail to the campsite management on the first day - imagine the state after two days without toilet paper ...) ; in the camping area the lighting no longer works; the location we got is far from all the electrical connection points (we needed a 20 m extension cable); some water park facilities no longer work (water jets in the swimming pool near the bar; buoy lifts; visible aging of the aisles with cracks that can create accidents when walking barefoot). Anyway ... I don't think we'll be coming back to you. It is not a 5 star.

We are leaving tomorrow and we will not come back again. The aquatic park has the dubious hygiene of disrespectful Dutch, discourteous and badly polished.

I wanted to come to your campsite for the holidays. The water park looks top ... but given the number of negative comments.

Bad animation. When we were on the pommier 5 years ago the animation was TOP, now it is extremely loud, poor English and no longer Dutch.
The food is the restaurant is downright bad, a shame to dare to give something like that to your customers and then ask for another 18 euros for it.
