In a few lines, here are my feelings on this campsite which promised an extraordinary holiday ...

Campsite offering very beautiful landscapes but with too big and numerous slopes, which makes the use of the car almost compulsory especially with young children with strollers, etc .....
So yes there is the little train, but all too often crowded and the poor one is all alone, so if you have the bad luck to miss it you will then have to wait 30 minutes for its next passage.
Loud, I wouldn't say, but alive.

Accommodation: nice and clean (they are almost new too, that helps) beautiful spaces and well equipped (Ciella Confort model for 4 people) air conditioning welcome in high season which works very well however nothing has been thought of for young children , no bathtub only shower, no adapted plastic dishes, dangerous terrace (splinters, no barrier to the stairs) Privacy close to zero, the accommodations are spaced 2 meters MAX, you can almost hear the neighbor chewing his breakfast in the morning on the terrace.

Pool: Pretty and fun if you are over 4 years old, it gets dangerous below. Paddling pool communicating with a one-meter pool, it also serves as a passage for everyone because it is located between slides, the bar and the tropical zone, no shaded zone in it.
Also prepare to have to go shopping to get a place on a deckchair, on condition that you arrive 30 minutes before the opening of the gates otherwise no deckchairs will be available They will, for the most part, be squatted by people never going in the water or who do not have small children and therefore does not necessarily need to have a place near the children's areas.
Cleanliness leaves something to be desired at all levels, sanitary and around the swimming pools (then the management will answer you that unfortunately some holidaymakers do not respect anything and I can imagine it) but by dint of wanting to bring in as many people as possible it can only have this kind of consequence and therefore management to intensify cleaning and increase the number of toilets and add changing tables for children.
Friendly and smiling staff but the pool supervisors are not qualified, see 1 or 2.

The animations, we did not do them Lack of advertising or information and the entertainment office was 15 minutes by train (around 40 minutes walk) The only one we did was the Kids Disco and indeed say we have seen much better in the All-in in Turkey or Tunisia for example.

The organization leaves something to be desired at all levels, swimming pool opens its gates at 10 a.m. and at 9:55 a.m. we still see monitors, supervisors, maintenance or security officers having to sneak between the people in the queue to take their service .
Keys can only be handed over from 4 p.m., so if you feel like driving at night like us, do not hope to be able to take possession of your accommodation beforehand, then you can certainly benefit from the campsite facilities until the handing over your keys, but I challenge you to use the pool with young children who have spent 10 hours in the car and this for nearly 6 hours in a row. The management will explain to you that in outdoor hotel complexes it is like that, but we have spent many vacations in Center Parcs or Landaal or other campsites and we had never had this kind of inconvenience.

In conclusion after 4 days we can't wait to get home and we will definitely not come back and advise this campsite until some important changes are made. We much prefer the 4-star L'Autre Rive campsite in Biscarosse where we had no complaints.

Big trouble for me who walks me with two young children:
The campsite is huge (it takes 30 minutes by car to go around) so NOTHING is easily accessible. In addition, the slopes are steep ++ so even with motivation I had to wait for their little train for each of my trips.
There are no schedules there, so you have to be lucky not to wait too long ... it only happens every 30 minutes around and to go up to dedeanq you have to be pushed or pushed by others if you want to have a place because it there is no place for everyone. Frozen wading pools. You have to go there only for the aquatic space which is worthy of the promises, for the rest everything is galley.

Camping not practical at all for young children, a lot of unevenness which makes cycling impossible. Noisy campsite, speed not respected by customers and employees who at the same time do not know how to inform you either. Aquatic area good.

We stayed for 2 weeks starting July 4th. Our opinion is mixed.
The good points: the animators and the staff in general are very friendly and attentive. The entertainment is of good quality, the noise ceases around 11:00 pm which allows you to sleep peacefully. The prices at the bar are correct. The big negative point is hygiene in general. First of all the accommodation. I had to clean the mobile home when I arrived dust, musty smell, the covers provided smelled of old perspiration. But also the lack of respect for distances following the covid, especially during parties. The tables in front of the main stage are not cleaned during the evening, for example. Not very reassuring in times of covid. Also, we were shocked by the organization of the "foam party" on July 14th. The children were invited to dance in a space of a few square meters, certainly in the open air but very close to each other, while even at school we made sure not to let children of different classes meet, why assemble in the foam children from all over Europe? We did not stay for that evening. So ... Yeah that's cool. Yes we want to have fun. But the epidemic is not over, we must be more careful. It is not enough to put tape on the floor and a few dispensers of hydroalcoholic gel.

Camping with pool. Unfortunately, you can not play with a plastic ball because it is forbidden. By cons, you can pick up dives on your head every 30 ... seconds. Sad because they prevent parents / children from having fun together.

Very nice area here it is a little too extensive. Everything that is entertainment, restaurants, clubs and games can no longer be centralized. Superb aquatic park but be careful of safety because everyone does what they want on the slides, I saw a very small child go on the yellow slide (very steep) and not manage to hold on to his buoy and suddenly hurtle down on the knees.
If I may these comments that with our children we are used to going to water parks abroad and that safety is very important.
Otherwise great stay within the site and I would recommend you carefree

Hot reaction. We arrived less than 24 hours ago, huge camping complex. A real city. In pentr. More than 20m to go to the reception on foot. The staff advise us to take the car ... but then the most horrifying is the disrespect of the inhabitants. The children scream at night until no hours. They scream run .... The surprise was GROSSSSSS.
Booked 6 months in advance, then visited the homepage again and again, then downloaded the app, and the family became more and more excited.
First we were skeptical when we were in the area of the campsite, because we thought it is right on the main road, and right, but you hear nothing from the road and the place stunning! It was a great time and I highly recommend it. We were 2 adults and 5 kids, and none of us adults had much idea of the language, but we came through. But also the patient staff if you have explained with hands and feet. But you should be fit, because it goes up and down the campground, he is right on a mountainside!

Nice but (maybe a little too) massive. Nice but massive campsite. Our place had no shade and was therefore with temperatures of 34 plus, anything but ideal. The pool is nice, but the huge waiting times at the slides are not. Not only camping guests can use the swimming facilities, people can also buy tickets during the day, this makes the swimming pool extra and unnecessarily busy! The animation is good and fun, there is something to do every night. Sanitary facilities are excellent and are cleaned reasonably well and regularly. All in all a nice holiday, but I do not know if I will come back again.

In the campsite, nobody is aware of anything, it is unheard of, ask any question and be sure that it will go unanswered ... Then at the swimming pool, welcome to the farwest with a young "rescuer" 1m60 and maximum 16 years of age, who allows himself to familiarize himself and to address people in a very limited way .. a lack of professionalism but above all of education I think ..

We went from August 24 to August 31!
First look, magnificent scenery before arriving in front of the campsite! You see the reception. Woah, you think you're having a good vacation.
We tell you that your location is in zone J, you go there and boom, no shade, bungalow tight to each other, sloping paths, catastrophic! no parasols, no air conditioning, no fan! We had to do our own to be able to shade the terrace!
We tell you that there is a little train from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., you take it but always full, people almost jostle you to get their place.
The pool, great, but way too many people coming from outside, you queue for minutes and minutes at the slides, people don't understand that there are two lines. The water is just freezing cold except for the basin with the pirate ship.
The bar, let's not talk about it, the big nonsense drinking alcohol! Serve this kind of drink with horrible heat, the consequences behind are not pretty! And the food!! Fries everywhere on the floor, shameful for a 5 *!
We visited a cave and the simply magnificent arch bridge to see !!
In activities in the campsite, we played mini golf which was just not bad but quite dangerous when you were playing! And zipline, which is also good when the mono lets you finish the rest on your own!
We ate at the campsite restaurant, where we only have one menu at 18 with not many options, blah!

Apart from that, the holidays were not bad, but the campsite just does not deserve the 5 *, we have already been in several campsites with less stars but much more organized than this one!

Beautiful location, lots of entertainment, clean, large design, equipped with all facilities and beautiful views .. enjoy!

Not enough water slide in the water park and dutch not very welcoming it's a shame ...

Lots of negative points, where to start ...

2- We are fortunate enough to be surrounded only by Dutch people, who regularly organized tables on the aisle without asking if it was in the way and until 1-2am, dinner being at 6pm for them. Suddenly blocked at the tent because it was impossible to get the car out. Although reported to the campsite reception, no one ever intervened the following times. supposedly there were 4 security guards (too busy doing a belote ... ???)
3- The swimming pool! She must have been fine but several years ago. One slide out of the 4 was not working, the pool tiles are peeling off, no one picks up the sometimes sharp tiles in the children's pool. Then what should be known is that the swimming pool is open to the public and summer camps come to take advantage of it. Suddenly the wait for the slides is endless. Over a 20-day stay, I had to do 8 descents, the same for my children ...
Another downside, swim shorts, supposedly forbidden ... 30% of swimmers went to the pool with their swim shorts that they wore all day (maybe even the day before, since they were washing them in the swimming pool)!! And the new fashion, no need to change, in underwear or underpants with your shorts ... And when I asked why I was forbidden to use a small 5cm foam ball (: ball prohibited) and not shorts, I was told that they were overwhelmed ... overwhelmed to discuss at 3 in front of the entrance to the pool. Result of this lack of hygiene: my wife caught an eye infection, she threw away these lenses and could not put them on for a week !!
4 - Do not try the creperie unless you like crepe cheese (and not the other way around). Even I, who is a fan of raclette-type melted cheese, had a hard time digesting it ... as well as the show planned during the meal which is canceled and you are told that when you are seated at the table ...
5 - The evenings, on the whole, it's not too bad but you have to come 45 minutes before if you want to have a well-placed table. Watch a magic show seeing (with difficulty) everything behind it sucks! . Good idea the candy shop but not in front of the stage. !!! Of course there are far fewer chairs than people who can attend the show, normal!
6 - Concerning the toilets, more or less clean, if you have a phobia of spiders, go your way because the floor is cleaned but above 30 cm, no more cleaning. The spiders have set up their webs all over the place. The canvases were removed once in 20 days, but the animals are still there, the same evening most had been rebuilt ... The urinals ... automatic flush, no need to wash them ... all kinds trash is stuck on the edges, never cleaned in 20 days
7 - Great the installation of a mobile home, or the concrete blocks which hold it up are at the top of a drop of 4-5 meters ... especially you the storms that there have been !!!

In short, much too expensive for the services provided, suddenly I crossed the Celia channel from my list and I would never come back to this campsite.

- Very high position exposed to bad weather (high heat without tree or wind) but sanitary little frequented or very low location (near the pool) on top of each other with more shielded toilets at rush hour
- Please, do not serve Heineken in glasses at the bar while you put plastic cups at the beer bar for good beers ...
- Payment bracelet system that can not be used for the playroom when it would be perfect for children ...
- The security of the aquatic area that wanted to mark its strong presence since 2 days while very cool all last week (they had to take a cleat or it was the return of the chef;))

Simply scandalous. The management of the campsite practices exorbitant rates for the deposit, and his way of proceeding is more than doubtful. Our bungalow has been returned in good condition and we end up with a deposit of 100 to pay for the cleaning! Other friends had to pay for so-called "missing chairs", "missing shelves" that simply did not exist when they arrived, up to 150 .
But the worst is that no amount was reported at the time of the inventory! It is at the moment of leaving that the deposit falls!
I strongly recommend this campsite because of this experience as hallucinatory as scandalous.

Top campsite for parents with adolescents.
Noise continues upstairs with evening entertainment until 23:30, after that there is nothing for the youth anymore and they roam around on the camping site from time to time until 03:00. Small disturbances due to drink.

Large campsite with many amenities. Nice, large campsite with a lot of height difference. We found our place in area E very pleasant due to the short route to the swimming pool and supermarket. Nice place under the trees, so the heat was good to maintain. Nice base to discover the area. For me, I thought the size of the campsite was not particularly pleasant, too much fun, but it was nice for our teenagers.

The campsite is good but poorly suited to motorhomes. In addition, given the size of the campsite without means of transport it is a hassle. The bakery and the grocery store is more than 20 minutes walk from the camper pitches and you cannot take a bike unless you are ready for the Ventoux. So no I would not come back.

As I now all read, that does not make us happy. well i am assuming this is all handled correctly. And indeed they all pay well for it and as hardworking people this must also be / be a well-deserved vacation.

There is much to be said. So we'll start with the positives.

We went out of season, and I think that matters. Because during the week out of season, we were alone and caring. A huge pleasure then. The water park is very pleasant for toddlers and teenagers, the slides will delight them.

The campsite is clean and the toilets are well maintained, aside from the smell, but it is always complicated in such a large complex.

We were received at the restaurant of the 2 brothers by Mehda, a deeply kind, courteous and qualified man. Assisted by two equally kind and smiling waitresses. Special mention to these three people. In addition the prices are correct and the quality (freshness) is at the rendezvous.

The snack bar by the pool is nice, the waitresses (eurs) less smiling. But the prices are also correct.

The biggest problem in my opinion starts in the title ... Outdoor accommodation ??? It's a campsite, nothing else ... And the 5 stars ... inquire about the attribution of these, that's not what you think.

For the rest, the general impression remains quite negative.
- Wifi paid 12 for 3 days. Never worked
- Flow from the water points of the pitches directly in nature below
- Refrigeration noise from the restaurant rotating day and night just behind our location
- Very large campsite and very sloping, so unless you are an experienced hiker, a lot of travel by car.
- Slide loop closed
- Non respect of the rules in the aquatic par. Bermuda shorts, violent adult ball games in the paddling pool etc.
- Unheated tropicana pool.

We therefore advise you to go there only in the off-peak period and avoiding the weekend if possible in order to really enjoy the water park in peace. It is obvious that we will never go in low season.

The region is full of treasures, there may be other options if you want to be quiet ;-)

Very good campsite for families
But above the big climb that there is in the campsite which is hard went up (there is a small train for the climb)

Charming and nice with two flat keys. Perfect stay, great staff.
Two caveats:
- The end of the Tyrolean route is insufficiently secure, and pedestrian children pass right in front. A simple removable Toulouse separates them from the void which is a very dangerous place for pedestrian children who regularly pass by
- No balance is made on the evening groups, results, very bad sound (an inaudible voice behind the guitars, or a master sound much too strong when sitting at the tables.A simple balance would be enough to solve the problem.

THE driver of the little train is great: very funny, nothing lively, friendly and considerate. Someone who makes you want to get on board and who helps to come down with a smile. Thank you sir for your good mood and your kindness !!!

Very nice campsite. The mobil-homs are spaced apart from each other which allows to have privacy and calm. The water park is really great for the kids! The reception is very good and I think the restaurant is really affordable. Many activities are proposed ... The cicadas sing short summary a very large campsite that is worth a stay.

All pools and some of the slides need some maintenance.

The streets of the mobile homes are not very pleasant. Little contact with others as a result. The camping area looked nice, but we didn't like the shower and toilet facilities near the swimming pool .. No toilet seats and everything was a bit outdated in our eyes.

Especially had a nice holiday thanks to the environment! But we wouldn't choose this campsite anymore.

The campsite is good except the mobile home which is a little disappointed. Little maintained, Dirty, no air conditioning. For a 4 star, there is a lack of maintenance in the mobile home. Split shower. Gas hob 1 of 4 working.

Excellent campsite. Everything is clean and well organized. Attention it takes good calves to survey the paths and move. And then the pool is great, clean and well monitored. Nothing is missing, even the staff is very friendly.

Nice campsite, lots of space .. if you've ever been here. Bali and waikiki houses are more remote but more peaceful. The bm places are close to the stage above where there is sometimes activities and noise until 11.30 pm. That's less. But accommodation and organization very well! Very much to do in the area (-20 km) large swimming pool with many possibilities. Period 28 June to 6 July.

For young people it's excellent but I stayed one day but not for a long vacation
