Simple, family campsite, pleasant chalet location, direct access to the dune! heated and clean pool. the caveats: cleaning the cottage really to see again! (Reported at the front desk!) ... but responsive and helpful staff ... even after ants problems in the cottage! (unfortunately they can not help it!) For fans of the movie "Camping" ... pity that the decorations are not better maintained ... Pleasant stay as a whole ....

camping cockroach and dirt. mobile home dirty, dirty lingerie cobwebs on the ceiling, nothing in the game room and dirty in addition, no food, everything is to relook to the blue stream hygiene, much to review cover very dirty and holed in more light mobile home three six of which walk.par par very good reception at the entrance and bar the person in charge of this campsite has a lot of things to see again a lot of amicable improvement to see
Camping really low end, very small location, impossible to mount an awning because not enough space, very noisy, sanitary are not clean at all, more chance to win the Lotto than to have hot water or pressure in the showers, green spaces are not maintained at all, the pool is ridiculous and dirty. One wonders what the maintenance staff do apart from wagon rides and laughs between them! In short we did a lot of camping with fewer stars that were much better, this one looks just abandoned ...
mobile homes are charmless. no terraces so we put sand in the accommodation. given the notoriety of the campsite, it lacks modernity, rigor and charm. the sunbathing at the swimming pool has lived well. expensive for the quality.
I put a star but it's really because I do not have the choice, I go as many visit the campsite for the film and can be spend the night eh well I honestly fled !!!! Camping old and dirty! Very dirty! Sanitary stinks floors are not clean shampoo glue on the walls I do not recommend this campsite unless you like to wash in the dirt! At default I prefer to sleep outside of camping!
Poorly maintained campsite, very well located, with direct access to the Pyla dune. It is equipped with a swimming pool that is deteriorating from year to year and a show space with bar, 3 poor boules located almost at the entrance of the campsite and a tennis court if it has can say on the other side of the road .... We went there 2 years in a row, and we noticed some degradations .... They surfed too much on the notoriety of the film to the detriment of the vacationers and with very little investment ..... Too bad.
Well located with direct access to the Dune du Pyla. On the other hand for the campers it remains very average with dilapidated sanitary, clean but without hot waters, and too few for the number of users (we were in the end of the camp-site). Completely broken roads and you will also enjoy the animation of the blue waves but without being there ... in short we shortened our stay
Just arrived I was given a location with a big hole and and a sandy area where my camper got bogged down. I think it's really not worthy of a 3 star and it is important that the price is divided by 2. I do not recommend.
Nice to see the campsite in real life, we have come to look for 2 mobile home pitches for next year a long-haired mr asked us to leave the campsite sharply ... it doesn't make you want to come even less when we see the state of the campsite !!! Too bad...
Poor, very dirty, roads in the campsite and pitches in very bad condition. Nothing to do with the movie camping except the entrance panel, a lot of drinking at night with a non-existent staff. Too many people outside at night, drunk and disrespectful. According to locals: rotten camping. And by the way To see the sea you climb the dune!
I expected better after seeing the movie. Pleasure to find the entrance to the film, to be able to buy some souvenirs, a mini market on site. But unfortunately I also hoped to find the festive atmosphere of the film and there I was disappointed; no group games, ballroom. And then the toilets (those in front of h13) are dilapidated and of questionable cleanliness.
The location is spectacular, a beautiful access to the dune, but the plots are poorly maintained and the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. Honestly I would not repeat, I would prefer to go to the other campsites in the area that maybe have worse access to the dune but are more comfortable
It almost feels like Patrick ... Family campsite at a human height where you feel good quickly. At the foot of the Dune, and on the Dune a unique and fantastic landscape. Just a little cool for the cottages. Beautiful area where we welcome you fantastically well. And that beautiful beaches with clear water as it was long since I had seen.
There is a lot to say about this campsite: Let's start with the positive, arriving at this place we were conquered by its location with a ladder to climb to the pyla dune, and this is one of the few positives. Indeed our tent lodge was located at the bottom of the campsite and in addition to difficult access our tent lacked a microwave and for the fifth bed we had to put it in the middle of the room to use it. A number is available from 21 pm until morning but do not count too much because when wild boar was walking around our tent we had to wait until the morning to be told that "they are roaming freely in the campsite to eat garbage ". This last detail did not bother us really because it puts forward the I do not care about the staff. Indeed, this point deserves to be better developed. First of all I think that the man of the "maintenance" does not really know the definition of the word clean because the toilets are disgusting and apart from a small German who had the sense of the cleanliness and his throw of jet of water no cleaning was done during the week either in showers or sanitary, I think even if we look good we could find ancient bacteria that seeks prey. The access point to the water is not clean either as well as the place where the dishes are washed (a sink was clogged at the beginning of the week and it will remain so until the end of the year) Let's move on to animations and staff. To start we can salute the work of the young man who deals with the animations as well as it is surely the one who works the most and he really does everything he can with what he has. Unfortunately he really does not have much available to entertain the crowds except a dance of flip flops and a music (lepo lepo) that they seem to particularly like. The animations are nil and not suitable for an audience that is not a fan of Johnny or Patrick Sebastian, the pool is small and crowded and as for the DJ that he made come I wonder which cemetery he dug up but he seemed to amuse himself with his smoke and his lights. The staff in general is not mean but not very attentive and that reflects on the restaurant bar and shop. Let's start with the latter, he is held by an ex prison guard who stays in all day long and likes to apply the rates of the lafayettes galleries except that he sells Patrick's t-shirt (18euros) and benco. For the restaurant we ate basic at the price of gourmet. And for the bar although generous on the doses the service is not very fast (excessive price also with ricard at 4 euros).
Quite pleasant setting from the outside, also well located because just at the foot of one of the pyla, the atmosphere is not there. The hygiene standards of the bungalow are not respected, with hairs from old occupants found in the bathroom, sand on the sofa before our arrival, disposable low-end sheets not even in fabric, very fine mattresses where we have the impression that we finally sleep directly on the wooden slats of the bed (I was lucky among our group of five because I am the only one to have had a thick enough comfortable mattress). In addition, some members of the staff do not seem to listen to the customer, to the point of refusing us to help us out with a simple roll of PQ by taking us back to supermarkets, or to the campsite supermarket where the postcard is sold 50 cents, but 2 50 with about 50g more sand, WTF ??? in short it has the limit I can understand but the roll of PQ if you are in a hurry to go to the bathroom, how do you do, you ask the neighbor? And to finish, of course the swimming pool in the camp-site is brilliant except that when it is not monitoring low it is of little use, someone could drown, nobody to qualify nearby to save this person.
Conclusion: lack of hygiene, no security, the only positive points remain the setting of the place, but despite this it is not worth
good reception with a very good situation at the foot of the dune which is really appreciable .... mobil home in good condition but not cleaned of our arrival (sand on the ground, ants on the beds) necessarily since it asks people to the day before cleaning it before leaving with a simple broom. Mention very very good at the restaurant of the campsite or we ate very well. Quality products and very well cooked (ham, tagliatelle with ham of pauys and parmesan, hamburger with very good chopped steak) with reasonable price. We encourage you to improve cleanliness and exterior maintenance and it will be fine.
Bad food, microscopic pool, boring activities, high prices, I do not recommend. The pizza I ordered cost 13, it was worth 2, I asked for a refund they refused to give me despite this food and greasy infecte
Two stars for the supermarket and the restaurant on the spot against the pizzas really too much floured damage .... sanitary very dirty water showers very very hot or iced problem to be solved despite the cleaning of girls .... Did that washing their teeth in the washing machine for lack of sinks courage girls lack more staff especially for a weekend of 4 days! pity the campsite is not well maintained knowing that a film was shot really very disappointed it's just a passing camping no more
We arrived here a little by chance, without much pretension but still nice for fun. The proximity of the dune Pilat is of course a more indisputable. Be careful that, to swim in the ocean, it's a little more complicated ...
Hygiene nonexistent despite the statements of teams (not the sanitary are certainly not cleaned 3 times a day ...). Small and poorly maintained pitches Animations and parties without ambiances. Overpriced grocery. Service at the bar and restaurant to review.
Helpful and attentive employee. Bungalow clean and nice pity just for the shower that was broken ... For the price it could be a little expensive but the place and exceptional just in front of the dunes.
Beautiful campsite :). Super location at the foot of the amazing dune. Sanitary super serviced (I do not see why all these critics really do not). We did a little supper at the campsite restaurant it was really great cooking perfect dish at the top. In short, this place is great for a great time I recommend it a thousand times. ++++++
Very average campsite. Camping poorly maintained (green areas, sanitary, around the pool ....) Camping very noisy (evening entertainment, colonies ....) location too small for a caravan E23. Surf on the notoriety of the film. Pity.
Very welcoming staff unfortunately it is a very poorly maintained campsite, in all corners You can find everything, the toilets are maintained once a day and at the moment with COVID-19 it is a shame !! I dared to express myself on the Facebook page, they blocked me and removed my comment. Just because the weather is moving year on year and causing the campsite to shrink doesn't mean you have to give up on maintenance. I have photos to back it up. In short, it is an abandoned campsite that surfs the image of the film
The welcome at this campsite is friendly, you will be informed of the available places that you must then view yourself. Pay attention to the places where the sand dominates. First we had one of the rear camping pitches where we were quickly stuck with the car. We then started reporting this and immediately got an alternative. The sanitary block is very small, resulting in a queue to shower in the evening. Hot water in the showers was also a rarity. The hygiene of the bathroom was austere, not well maintained (too little for the number of people around this block). The view of a gigantic dune, on the other hand, made up for these flaws. Directly from the campsite you can defy the dune via a ladder. when you are upstairs you can enjoy a long, expansive view of the forest and the sea. The contrast is very beautiful to see. On the dune itself there is a strong wind that is suitable for all kinds of wind sports. When coming down to the water this is a very nice place to rest from a very active climb. Furthermore, the campsite offers various activities for children and there is a nice atmosphere with dance and music in the evening. A local restaurant on the campsite offers the advantage of taking food away (take away).
Large parking spaces. Pool available. The campsite is directly adjacent to the Dune du Pyla. The sanitary facilities are getting on in years, not gender segregated and anything but clean. WiFi should be standard for a campsite these days, but it's not the case here. When asked, it is not possible because of the many trees. You could set up at least one hotspot at the reception ?! The campsite deserves 2 instead of 3 stars.
The location is fantastic for visiting the Dune, served by a mini market and restaurant, but both pitches and bathrooms would need to be fixed, too expensive E 55 for a crew of three, for this price it should have bathrooms and pitches in better condition.
We stopped to take a picture, but we were invited to enter the campsite. Camping on a human scale, exceptional location below the Dune du Pyla. It made us want to stay there!
This campsite cradled all my youth, I also worked in different fields, today it loses little by little many sites because the Dune advance, advance ... already so much infrastructure was engulfed below. In twenty years at most this campsite will no longer exist
G20 location from August 1 to 9, you sold us a dream, 1000 thank you for the stars you made shine in the eyes of my daughters and for the extraordinary people you have allowed us to meet, do not change anything
We spent 6 days in a mobile home of 4/5 places. It was perfect. Well placed almost in front of the dune, mobile home very clean, correct pool, staff at the top. Next year I'll be back
In a chalet from June 11 to 22, I only have positive. the cottage clean on arrival, perfect home, very accessible direction, nice staff, nice little restaurant ... I do not understand at all the negative reviews left by some people ...
Friendly campsite due to its location and its fun relief. Too bad that the package is delayed for the installation of the summer .. the entertainment staff and the bar restaurant have made up for this delay with their humor and their desire. Note that this campsite is doomed to disappear because of the dune ... the campsite has installed aluminum stairs ... take them ... it prevents the sand from descending too much
Friendly and family camping, very good reception, very welcoming staff and very friendly. Small problem on the shop because quite expensive (0.95 ctm) the bottle of water can be abused other small problem level of showers the water is cold enough. Otherwise very pretty face this beautiful Dune. We still have a very good stay at Camping des Flots Bleu except that it has cost us quite expensive level of food and sanitary supplies with this shop because nothing around. But other than that full of good memories full of the head. We will come back, thanks to you.
I'd camp here again the price is fine. But id prefer his and hers shower and toilet blocks. Maybe that's normal for France but I'm a little uncomfortable.
We came for a weekend with friends at this tented campsite. Regarding the location we had a beautiful view of the dune, but we had asked for electricity except that the campsite did not ask us to bring an extension. And he does not lend one so think about your extension (rather long) because we had brought some but the plug was too far from our location. The mini-market is quite expensive and there is not much, and the lady at the mini-market is not very emable. As for the toilets, they are clean, there is only sand on the ground but this is not shocking given that there is the dune next to it. There are squeegees available for cleaning so if everyone was willing to do it it would be cleaner. And the pool area was full of hair, so not maintained enough for my taste.
Site very coveted for the famous photo with "Patrick" (exposed in front of a wooden plate) .... therefore, access to the campsite is subject to big slowdowns ......
We were there a few days this summer with the camper. Camping in 'ordinary, the kind staff and fast reception, clean bathrooms, good restaurant with helpful and friendly. Excellent point to visit the dunes ..... almost behind ..... you just have to arm yourself to climb and reach the top to enjoy a wonderful and unusual natural landscape; then leave and face the descent towards the ocean and enjoy a well-deserved swim. Indescribable beach and sea ..... to visit! Bring your own water and not get tired too because the return to the camp is very long and hard !!!!!!
Great camping right attached to the dunes, comfortable pitches x campers and caravans surrounded by hedges x to have their own privacy, hot water x showers and dishes, convenience store .. recommended.
We are at the beginning of the season and the location is not yet set up. Very high prices for what it offers! There is not even a little discount, considering the EMPTY swimming pool, the dirty and disused bathrooms, the restaurant upside down, the paths full of branches.
Even the cents they requested. 32.84 for 1 pitch without electricity with use of our tent.
Well received but the campsite just needs a good refreshment. The roof of the restaurant terrace for example. Without this being a criticism, it is the observation of a customer!
We stayed there for 4 nights at the end of August. Originally only two nights were planned, but since we liked it so much, we extended it. It's a great campsite with everything we need. Our dogs were also welcome and we had a nice shady spot near the dunes. The staff was friendly and the supermarket was great. We weren't in the restaurant but looked good. We would love to come back.
Camping restaurant super nice and quality. Access to the sea by the dune so must be fit! Correct housing only flat the quality of roads in the campsite.
We stayed 2 nights in this campsite, the location criterion was important to us, and we were not disappointed with any noise, at the foot of the Dune with stairs to be able to access it, in short, happiness.
On the other hand, there are still big negative points, which concerns the cleanliness of the bungalow, the latter did not breathe cleanliness. The toilets stink of piss, the sinks were not cleaned properly but just rinsed with water, and finally the dishes unusable immediately. The cleaning must be done by holidaymakers, but the verification is the responsibility of the campsite ...
What is a shame is that many vacationers don't bother to make a bungalow clean, and I think it would be easy to fix by leaving a "cleaning kit" with bleach spray + a can of dishwashing liquid with a sponge, in all bungalows. And this even by increasing the price of 5 on all bungalow rentals. This would be transparent to the holidaymaker, and at the same time would make the bungalow cleaner for people with acute flemmingitis to purchase cleaning products.
Friendly staff, great place, the bathrooms instead leave much to be desired for both cleaning and dated services. Doors that do not close if they close are difficult to open. Slightly functioning showers washing area to be reviewed. I hope they keep the consideration because for the rest it deserves
