Nice place! Simple, clean, quiet ... with a spectacular view over the dune !!! Reasonable prices and there is also a beautiful pool !!!

Have a good stay. We had a good stay, a little too hot :) we were just disappointed by the campsite which I find loses its quality, maintains weeds high, mobile home not very clean when we arrived. We visited 2 other camping where we feel a big difference, games for children, services, ...

Despite some unfavorable opinions in my case, we rent a mobile home like last year and we are going back this year with pleasure the kindness of the staff the cleanliness of the campsite the entertainment everything is there to have a good holiday. So see you soon and. Come without hesitation

On the other hand, appalling sanitary conditions, no soap or disinfectant available and this is to be deplored during a COVID period. There is also a lack of professionalism in the snack service.

This campsite is nice. Sanitary deserve to be cleaned more often they are permanently dirty. The. Resto is very nice. The animation is not terrible. Fortunately, there are outdoor activities to do.

We spent 10 days on a caravan site at the foot of the dune in this campsite.
Regarding the location, it was in the sand, a bit small but even with a 5 meter long caravan and an awning + a car it goes without problem. Only problem, brambles on the site as well as one night the passage of 4 wild boars ...
Concerning the campsite: the staff is welcoming at the reception as well as the people in charge of the maintenance of the campsite who respond to your request or problem very quickly.
Regarding the toilets and washing-up areas, the cleaning is done correctly 3 to 4 times a day but people were so disgusting that the toilets were extremely dirty throughout the stay (but this is not because of the cleaning agents because they do their job properly, it's just the hygiene and selfishness of people that make it really disgusting).
Regarding the period when we went to this campsite (Covid19), almost no one puts on the mask or cleans up after their visit.
Regarding the activities, they are daily, in the evening but not very motivating (sorely lacking staff and campers but surely due to the Covid period).
Otherwise, the campsite has a large swimming pool as well as a small pool for young children, which is very practical. In addition, they are very clean.
There is also a children's play area but nothing fancy.
To conclude, we had a pleasant stay at this campsite at the foot of the dune (which is magnificent) but the campsite lacks maintenance and the people are very civic-minded. I think it is fair to say that it is more of a 2-star campsite than a 3-star campsite but of course these comments only engage my personal vision of the campsite and for the unbeatable price at the foot of the dune , we can't complain too much.

Bungalow in a bad state, not maintained. By cons at the foot of the dune, access is at the top. A breathtaking landscape with on one side the forest and the other a superb view of the arcachon basin, the visit of the dune is a must which would almost forget the decay of this campsite.

Campsite very well located compared to the sea, the small restaurant is not more expensive than elsewhere which is very practical not to cook without breaking the bank, it is nice that animals are accepted which limits abandonment even if there is a charge for their stay, the mobile home was perfect, beautiful, clean and fully equipped.
We will keep fond memories of it and we will surely come back!

We spent four nights on the mobile home nothing wrong very clean and seen on the dune for those who are the rest sanitary jy am go once rinse the feet of my daughter and I find the remarks exaggerated because we c was clean after the sand .... Nice weekend at the campsite "les flots bleus" with direct access to the Dune du Pilat. Accommodation (log cabin) need a little refreshment. Large pool, catering and mini market on site, very friendly team.

Can do better !. Camping completely abandoned ... and soon, abandoned, if nothing better is done! No vegetation maintenance (grass of 50 cm, brambles around the bungalows ...), incomplete staircase, etc ...

We come back from this campsite, and a surprise for my 16 year old daughter for her birthday, ok it's April, but it was still school holidays, opening the limited grocery, not a little atmosphere, ants everywhere even before the beds, despite being reported, we are still waiting for the least product, I was stuck in the toilet, forced to put a shoulder to the door, no light in the bathroom. ... light bulb, and level cleanliness, it's just very average, shame, the pool that was supposedly heated .... not at all, otherwise nice restaurant, and dune pyla, this is the strong point, fortunately camping was shot there for the pub .... otherwise, take a picture in front for fun, but gone your way .... and yet, rare that I criticize! Too bad because we're out of season, we are less credible, and yet it is we who will advertise for those who come in high season!

The reception staff are very attentive to the satisfaction of their customers, they take requests into account and do their utmost to satisfy them. They are inclined to find solutions. The location at the foot of the dune Pyla is very appreciable.

We stayed there for 3 nights just before the French and German school holidays started. The camping site is well organized, clean and pretty safe. The staff is very nice and welcoming.
Reception opens at 9.30 and upon check in you get a code that allows you to access the campsite with your vehicle. We've been there backpacking and without a car, which was no problem as buses to Arcachon and La Teste de Buch stop literally at the entrance of the campsite.
We stayed in a mobile home, which was far better than we expected. Nothing special, but very clean and cozy. Kitchen equipment was provided in abundance.
There's a bar, a restaurant, a supermarket, a playground with a kindergarten and a swimming pool.
The restaurant is really nice and offers some pretty decent meals. Additionally there's a food stand for take aways. The supermarket is nice, but as you might expect not the cheapest.
The dune itself is astonishing and by far the best thing about the campsite is, that you can climb the dune from the there.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay there. 100% recommend.

Camping pleasant by its geographical location, at the foot of the Dune du Pyla. Too bad the benefits behind do not follow, lack of hygiene in the cottages (sand on the beds and the sofa, hair in the sink on arrival, cutlery / dishes badly washed). Then, for the price, toilet paper, a sponge for the dishes, clean sheets and blankets would be welcome, and a mattress of one more than 10 cm that does not go out of a dump would be more pleasant . And finally, the pool is nice but not supervised (where are the MNS ??), and when a horde of children come shouting and that people are there to tell them to calm down, it is not very pleasant.

Voila, I do not recommend this campsite!

The general service is very good which makes a top quality / price ratio.
A small downside concerning the breakfast which we found a little expensive compared to what is offered. On the other hand, the Pizza takeaway service that we tested is very pleasant and good.
The sanitary facilities are good but could benefit from a cleaning in the middle of the day.

Quite disappointing campsite. Quite nice location in the shade of pine trees. Big downside: the maintenance and cleanliness of the toilets, showers leaving something to be desired (cold water, lack of light, dirt). Despite a lovely view of the Dune du Pilat, a campsite that certainly plays more with the image due to the film than with the quality of the services.

The dune separating the camping from the ocean is wonderful! You can feel like in the desert with a view of the water. Long and wide beaches. Camping well equipped. The only downside in the houses was the lack of mosquito nets in the windows. On the premises of a restaurant and grocery store with basic items and souvenirs.
