My son absolutely loved this Camp. It was his first away camp ever and he didn't want to come back. They really make sure that there are plenty of counselor's to take care of all the kids and make them feel comfortable. He will come back to this camp for as long as he's allowed.

I spent two weeks at camp Laney at the age of twelve, that was in 1973 or '74. I remember having a great time at crafts and playing in the river, canoeing and swimming. I got a little homesick and members of the staff consoled me and made me feel better. I loved the sense of freedom I had there. I went to my first dance there and was petrified to ask a girl to dance. With a little prodding from my counselor I overcame that fear and was able to ask a pretty young girl to dance. I remember that I was on top of the world after that night with a newly found sense of confidence. I really enjoyed my stay at camp Laney and I hated to leave when the two weeks were up. I think back on those days of freedom and fun often and wish I could turn back time one more time. If you're thinking of sending your young man to a summer camp I highly recommend Camp Laney. It will be a summer that they will enjoy and remember for the rest of their lives. Thank you Camp Laney, Scott Tidwell. 57yrs old.

Both my boys attended Camp Laney until they aged out. I can honestly say that they both loved it! Both boys went at least one year each not knowing another camper, and still had a terrific time. I can say it was tough on me, not being in touch with them ( neither wrote home , I finally learned if they needed me, the camp would call). While it is expensive, especially with 2 there at the same time I can honestly say, we as a family could never pack so much in 2 weeks. It presented them with new opportunities, new friends, new foods, you get where I'm headed here. My boys both had RX they had to take daily, and with the Nurses on site, they did receive it each day. I can't say enough good things about Camp Laney, and the memories my boys will have for a lifetime.

By far one of the best experiences of my life. By going to this camp, you learn valuable skills, make lifelong friends, and have a great time. I recommend Camp Laney to anyone looking to have a great summer.

An amazing boys camp. My son had the time of his life last year, as I did 30 years ago. Can t wait to take him back next year. He is already fired up about seeing the friends he made this past summer.

I spent at least a portion of every summer at Camp Laney from the time I was 8 until I was 21. Unless you've experienced how fun it is to attend and work at camp, it's very hard to describe its greatness. I would encourage all parents to give their sons the opportunity to spend time at Camp Laney. It's a great combination of excellent people and facilities. Thank you Rob and Whitney for all you do to create life-long memories and friendships.

Went to Camp Laney back in the 60's. Knew the Laney family and it was a great time. A wonderful opportunity to learn a lot about outdoors and how to become a Christian man. I would recommend to everyone. Topnotch facilities, staff, owners, teachers and campers. A+++
