NW GA Home Health and Oxygen Review

My experience with them was not good. Tried for almost two months to get a CPAP, finally went somewhere else. Not good customer service.

I don t know where to start so I ll start by saying thank you. Thank you, North Georgia Home Health and Oxygen. Thank you, Rick. And thank you, Ma am for always being ready to help when I d call. Thank you all for being there for me by helping me provide the best possible life for Freddy.

Know that without your help my dad would not have been discharged into my care. YOU made it possible for him to have a bed, oxygen, and all the other supplies you made available to us to provide the very best care a family can provide their loved ones.

Based on his health problems, he was not expected to have lived past a few months after his cervical spine operation in 2012. However, God is great. He put North Georgia Home Health and Oxygen at my reach and blessed Freddy, my family, and me with you and the community of people that helped us get 9 extra years of life from him.

My father was a grateful person. It was evident in his smile when he d see Rick. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know we share the same high standard of care. Had it not been so, I wouldn t be thanking you.

Wonderful company to deal with. Everyone cares. They go out of of their way to help you. My mom used them back in 2003 and now I am. Would not use anyone else as long as they are in business. Love them

My experience with these folks has been nothing less than AWESOME. They are great folks and care about people who choose to use their service. I have used them as my cpap supply provider for almost a year now and have had the best service ever.

Went in and was discussing getting a new bi-pap machine. Asked to talk to the lady that had been taking care of my file. The lady told me she was to busy to help me. Wow if that is good customer service I would hate to see bad.

I just picked up replacement CPAC supplies. I now have the latest and greatest mask on the market. This company has been wonderful, they are professionals, give great customer service and I couldn't be more satisfied.

They are super nice and always helpful. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I highly recommend Northwaest Georgia Home Health and Oxygen.
