Mark brings wealth of experience to training classes. Friendly staff. Feels like a family taking care of your educational training. Most of their systems run on Linux. Mark taught one of my colleagues her open source skills many years ago. Going through LPIC-1 bootcamp this week.
My girlfriend made a booking to go write a Microsoft exam with Jumping Bean on a Monday. She took a day's leave at work, but when she arrived at their Johannesburg offices, she was told their system is offline. Turns out their system has been offline since the previous Thursday and they couldn't be bothered to inform her not to come in until the system is back online. Pathetic if you ask me.

In your response you say it was the third party but the third party and the apology letter you sent me claim otherwise. I found a different Vendor that provides the same services and I will be attending there, thanks but no thanks for the discount...

Very friendly organisation, the people are helpful and professional. I had a great experience and there were no hiccups signing-in, commencing with the exam and signing out. Awesome testing centre.
The testing station is clean, thats the best I can say. Seacom was down a day, didnt call me to let me know I cant write my test, then assumed I knew everything at the testing station, friendliest person even on the phone was the quiet receptionist that I struggled to hear, but she was helpful enough when I made clear I had not used the testing station before, calling in, yeah, dont, rather email. Wont test there again by choice
They didn't tell me that they had system issues, I took a day's leave and drove all the way from Midrand just to be told I can't write my exam because the system wasn't working as expected. I'm so upset, a notification email or SMS would've be considerate. This seems to happen a lot because I similar reviews. Please look into this problem as it seems to be reoccurring
the people that are work here have a wealth of knowledge and experience .They also are very friendly and helpful always willing to answer any questions you may have ,and they cater for people that know nothing to people that want to learn the most advance aspects that can be taught
