At first everything was great and my dog loved going there. I never received any reports of problems and was always told he had fun and was a great member of the camp. Then one day I tried to bring him and he was terrified to stay. I didn't think much of it and he ended up having an ok day. The next time the same thing happened and he wasn't able to stay the whole day then. When we went to get him he was extremely anxious and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. We were told there was an issue with another dog that was in isolation, a counselor, and our dog. He's been terrified of the place ever since and no longer goes. They deny that a counselor did anything but the story of that day changed multiple times and they have gone from saying they "love having him there" to stating my dog "has aggression problems". Any "aggression" he's shown is him being very afraid of the counselors. People I know that use the sports complex next door have heard counselors outside yelling obscenities at the dogs just for barking and such. I very much feel something happened with one of the counselors and we weren't told about it. All I have is their word so I'll give it at least 2 stars.

When we didn't see our pups on the camper camera so we called the location to see why. Maggie and Wrigley were not necessarily into jumping into play with the other dogs right away so they didn't force them and gave them time to adjust. We really appreciate that they care about our babies as much as we do!

I love that my dogs are able to PLAY and socialize, not just be in a kennel all day. I also enjoy the cameras to check in on my pups when we are away :) It's wonderful that they get to play so hard and come home and passsss out!

Roux had an awesome time at CAMP BOW WOW playing with all of the other pups. The staff is so friendly,nice,kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back again soon we love CAMP BOW WOW

We love Camp Bow Wow! I always know my big baby will receive great care when she is here & she loves playing with all of her friends. I also like that I can check her out on the live video on their app.

Having watched my dog on the camera, I see a lot of young kids working and they do their jobs but some things aren't dedicated to the cause...if that makes sense

All dogs that are brought there for daycare are left out to play ALL DAY LONG WHICH IS BAD and there are not enough staff members to watch them and alot of dog fights can happen. I know someone that used to work there and they said the dogs Never get a break from each other. There are much better places to bring you dog for Daycare like Lafayette Veterinary Care Center I bring my dog there for daycare ever since she was little because the staff members take them outside to play multiple times a day in certain groups that are with other dogs that are very compatible with them. When it is time for the next group of dogs to go out to play they bring them back inside and give them break from each other until it is time for them to go back outside and play. While they are taking a break they stay in nice condos. They creat a relationship with the pet amd personally know them and the owner. They also have an amazing facility. There is a huge covered deck and a big back yard with pool for the dog to cool off in. Please look into it they would not mind at all if you were to ask for a tour of the facility and tell you all about it.

Camp Bow Wow in Lafayette are amazing. The staff here are super friendly and extremely accommodating. We brought our dog Loup here for a week and he had a great time. I was a little concerned when we dropped him off because of a cut on his paw that he would irritate if left uncovered/unsupervised but after pointing it out to the staff and explaining his mediciation and treatment, we picked him up and it was all gone. Our dog loves this place and I would always recommend CBW. When we re back in town, Loup will definitely come back to visit!

Loved the facility and the ability to see my dog at play throughout the day on my computer. I really like the dog daycare options of half or whole day. I appreciate the thoroughness of your intake procedure. My dog really enjoyed his time there.

My senior dogs were obviously happy here, my 10 yr old female lab who is terrible shy and timid was a completely different dog; once inside camp she was prancing around and wagging her tail like she owned the place. I know these people genuinely love dogs or my Marty girl wouldn t have been happy.

This is a wonderful place to bring your dog, having a small dog I was always hesitant about bringing him to places with other dogs (especially big ones) but I have to say I am so glad I brought him to Camp Bow Wow! The staff is always so energetic & friendly and they always go out of there way to express how much they care for my pup. He can stay for the day or overnight and I never have to worry about his well being. They just upgraded the facility with pet grass outside and I have to say my dog loves it. I would definitely recommend this place if your dog needs some play time while your gone all day or if you need pet boarding.

Very friendly staff and extremely well organized operation!

I walked in to get my dog an appointment and no one payed attention to me. The lady at the desk was so rude and didn't answer any of my questions when I was wondering about prices and the care my dog would receive. She also talked to me as if I were dumb when I asked what was in a specific treat. There was no packaging on it, so I wanted to know what was in it. I dont think they'd properly care for my dog, they didn't even care to answer a few simple questions.

We love Camp Bow Wow. The camp counselors are so helpful and friendly. They know my dog by name and shes always excited to see them. She comes home exhausted from having a full day of play. I also get her nails trimmed and her coat groomed from time to time and she always looks great! Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone with a pup!

I love this place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is really clean and you can view the live web cams to see all the dogs socializing. My blue heeler puppy comes home happy and exhausted! Training sessions are great and include a progress report. Highly recommend! Thanks Camp Bow Wow!

The camp team members are great. Our favorite part about Camp Bow Wow is that their groomer is amazing at what she does and with my pup. He even gets to have a free day at camp when he goes in for a grooming.

They are super friendly, remembered by dog by name after him not being there for over 2 months, and their flexibility is great!

I love the fact that my dogs come home worn out from playing all day. The staff loves all of the dogs equally. I had one, minor concern initially, but the owner put me at ease. Communication is the key, people! We will be customers for as long as we live in this area. :)

We absolutely love to take Dusty to Camp Bow Wow! He loves to go play with his friends over there and the ladies working in the front are very professional and courteous and their prices couldn t be better ! They have customers for life!

It was a last minute decision to use a doggy day care and we were on a time crunch. I am so glad we ended up at Camp Bow Wow! It was so easy and quick to get Arlo registered and ready to play. Everyone working that day was so nice and helpful. They showed us how to use the app to watch Arlo playing throughout the day which was so awesome. We ended up using the boarding service that night as well. We called the next morning to let them know we would be picking up Arlo around 11 am and they offered to bathe him before pick up, we said yes immediately! This is a great convenient spot and my dog was completely worn smack out when we picked him up. I would recommend Camp Bow Wow to any of my friends and family. This is a great place with real dog lover employees.

We have been using Camp Bow Wow for many years and trust our fur baby with Suzette, Ellen and staff. Suzette has gone above and beyond for our babies. Give them a try and you will never use anyone else .

I love this daycare facility and my dog does two! The cameras make it easy to check on my dog at any point in the day or night. This daycare really does care about the dogs and is not just another company looking to make a buck. If you are looking for someplace safe, fun, and hands down amazing to bring your dog, you have found the right place! :)

It was very easy to sign up our dog. The facility was cleaner than most daycare facilities for children. The staff were extremely helpful and kind to the dogs. It was great to watch our dog, Mitzi, on the dog cams while we were gone. The price is reasonable. It was a great experience all around and I would recommend Camp Bow Wow to any dog owner.

My dog Tugboat had a great time at Camp Bow Wow. My whole family enjoyed watching him play on the app! Since we just moved to Lafayette it is a relief to know there s somewhere Tugboat can go if I have to travel for work.

We are new clients here and we are loving every minute! Started off with purchasing a few training classes but loved their vibe so much we are now using them all the time! Having the app and cameras makes me feel so comfortable leaving my dog! I know he is in good hands!

The value of the play time and boarding is second to none. Maggie always comes back exhausted from her time there and is never smelly like a wet dog after her stay. The staff was also super accommodating and put Maggie next to her cousin Beignet during their weekend stay! I feel like the staff is just as excited to see my Maggie as I am so I know that she is being treated well during her stays!

We took our recently adopted senior black lab to Camp Bow Wow Lafayette and he had a blast! We were worried about his hip issues, but the staff assured us that they would watch him closely and give him appropriate breaks. He was all smiles when we picked him up! We can't wait to bring him back to play with all of his friends!

This place is Dog's HEAVEN! A wonderful, friendly staff who truly loves animals. The place is CLEAN and so convenient. You don't even need to call in advance just drop off at anytime! LOVE THIS PLACE!

They are very good to the dogs. The play spaces are well supervised. I love being able to watch my dog interact with the others. They were able to win my dog's trust enough to groom him which is a major accomplishment. He went a long time without grooming because he would get very upset and try to bite when groomed.

Camp Bow Wow is the only place I trust to take care of my dogs while I travel. I have also used their training services and doggy day camp and both are awesome. I love that instead of being cooped up in a kennel like at a vet clinic they can run around and get energy out. I have had an issue with one of my dogs eyes being scratched, most likely by accident, but I was never told by any staff members that it was there and of course it was noticeable because it was his eye...overall I love Camp Bow Wow.

One suggestion is to implement a punch card type of deal, as a college student I still want to be able to leave my dogs in good hands and be able to eat for the next week.

Took my dog here a few days ago for the "dog interview process" and I must say Camp Bow Wow definitely exceeded my expectations from the friendly staff, hands on environment and much more. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking grooming, boarding, or any other dog service. Simba will certainly be back.

We love bringing our pup to camp! She seems to have fun, we can check up on her, and the staff always is excited to see her and remembers her name. They seem quite considerate and am really looking forward to letting Remi keep playing!!

This dog camp is excellent! The staffs were very kind and helpful to us when we needed help. We needed a place for this puppy before going to our best friend who loves animals. We thought we didn t have all the requirements to pass initial interview but we did because a tag was on our dog s collar showing tabbies was given to our dog in the past (it was not ours initially). The owner was so kind to help us and approved our request to board our dog in. Rocco (the name) sounded having a great time in his puppy life!!! Hooray to Camp Bow Wow!

I have not brought my pets here personally but have performed systems maintenance here and all the customers coming in were happy and I can tell they take good care of the pets.

My dog really enjoyed his interview. I thought he would show some anxiety at being separated from me, but once he was with the other dogs, it's as though he said, "Mommy who?" When we picked him up, he was tired, but relaxed. I'll definitely be bringing him back as often as I can.

Our dog Bailey RUNS through the doors when we arrive at Camp Bow Wow--she can't wait to get there and play with her friends! We love that the camp has cameras that allow us to check in on our girl while she's there!

Great place to let your pup play and get tierd, to get groomed(professionally or just baths and nails)and trained(at camp or at home). Also to board for those weekend getaways. They also do home buddies for all kind of pets from farm animals to water friends. Home buddies survives are walking your pet, feeding, playing with, giving meds, and tending to there uh oh's outside.

They go above and beyond to make sure your pet is taken care of!! We love them!!

You get what you pay for. When I used my Vet to Board my Doberman it was 19 a day. Camp bow wow is 40 a day. The difference is my dog is playing all day with other dogs having fun. Bonus is that she is also getting training from the trainer. Do your beloved fur baby a solid and let him/her have a good time while you are on vacation.

Y'all do a great job . . . you've grown in such a way that expanding services has not compromised care of the dogs . . . in fact, it's improved even more. My dogs come home healthy and happy!

Best place you could ever leave your pups! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The genuine care for the well being of all the dogs is so obvious. Incredible facility is clean and spacious, the dogs each get their own "cabin" up to 5x10 feet!! and their only in their cabins to eat and sleep. Other than that they are in huge play yards that I can watch from my phone all day long where they play and socialize with other dogs! I always see their staff in there watching after them and cleaning too, so they're never alone. They also recently upgraded to pet turf outside so now it's even cleaner and safer than before! The peace of mind you get here is wonderful!
If your one of those parents who are hesitant to leave your "baby" at a kennel CALL THEM, they understand your concern and will go to the ends of the earth to make sure you know that your dog is safe and happy no mater what!

Y'all treated my girl like she was your own! I'm always comfortable boarding her with Camp BowWow!

Camp Bow Wow is a great place for my pup to go when I have work and don't want to lock him up! I only had a couple issues but they were fixed immediately and the owner even gave me her personal number to contact her whenever I need to. I feel comfortable leaving him to play knowing that if something were to happen, she would make it up to my pup to reassure me I am bringing him to the right place! Definitely choose Camp Bow Wow over sticking your pet in a crate all day!

We have been taking our dog Trish to Camp Bow Wow for over a year now and they have made her feel so comfortable that now she just walks right in and heads for the door to go play :) The staff are all extremely friendly and know our dog by name when we walk through the door. Our dog is very shy, and does not like us to leave her for any reason, but from the moment we walk in the door the staff call her by name and talk to her and she is more at ease. We have also taken advantage of their grooming salon and were extremely impressed with the services provided. Camp Bow Wow has been a tremendous blessing as we can drop off our dog and know that she is in great hands and having a wonderful time (as can be seen using the camper cams)!

They were able to take my pup on short notice. They made me feel comfortable leaving her with stangers.

Camp counselors are always super friendly and nothing speaks for them more than my puppy being ecstatic to see them every time we visit. We've been using them exclusively since we found them almost a year ago. Wonderful services and people.

Facility is well-staffed and every staff member I've been in contact with is always welcoming, knows how to handle my 2 dogs and is very thorough in giving me information about their care. For my senior dog, they give him his meds and extra naps just as I request for his welfare.

Camp Bow Wow is always great. My dog plays, gets the attention she needs, and the chance to relax when appropriate. Truly, I couldn't ask for better. Camp Bow Wow rules!

My dogs love this place and get so excited when I just mention the name!!! They have so much fun and are so tired when they get home. They sleep the rest of the night. The staff is so nice and personable. I trust them with my babies!!

My little campers love the staff and getting to play with all the other campers. Great grooming services too and my dogs always look so clean and fresh when they come home after their spa day.

Great place to leave your dog if you have to go on a trip.

I never planned on actually writing this review because I did not want to negatively impact Camp Bow Wow s business but, as someone that trusted them to care for my pet, I feel obligated to share my experience. I had taken Bully to CBW twice a week for the past 8 months, starting when he was 4 months old. I was initially very happy with their service and felt that they gave the appropriate amount of care to my pet. After some months, I noticed weight fluctuations and noticed that camp counsellors regularly returned the food I had prepared for Bully to eat during the day. I started questioning the counsellors as to whether they were feeding my dog since I came home with the same food I dropped off. At one point, I found it necessary to board Bully at Camp Bow Wow for 4 days, during which time he lost 6 pounds and became extremely ill. Looking like the ASPCA poster child, he was lethargic and extremely dehydrated requiring veterinary care. I continued to question counsellors asking if Bully was eating and if they were putting food out for him. Having had several conversations with the owner, I still had concerns. At this point, camp counsellors wouldn't event acknowledge me. I would go to pick up Bully and they wouldn't even make eye contact much less actually speak to me. I have since switched Bully to another daycare facility where he is thriving, gaining weight and eating well. He no longer comes home with play wounds like he did at Camp Bow Wow. I am disappointed that this is how Camp Bow Wow treats their regular customers. Bully is taking his business somewhere else.

Sunny Divine loves this place & they love her. So much better than any other place we have boarded her. I love getting her report cards. Makes me feel like a proud parent.

My dogs love this place. They get so excited when they hear they are going to camp to play with other pups! The staff is very friendly and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. We boarded our pups during the holidays and they were well taken care of. I especially liked being able to watch them 24/7 with the pup cams. The cabins were cozy and we were able to bring their beds/comforts from home making it an easy transition for them. I was worried since it was the first time boarding them but they had a wonderful time.

I love taking my dog to Camp Bow Wow! It's great for just a day of exercise/play and for boarding. I completely trust their staff with my dog and they are very polite!

I like the facilities and size of the kennels; I like how interview day was 'worked out' by taking new dogs into meet Dakota slowly; I like the employees -- they have all been very friendly and informative (and they've said how cute Dakota is, which always makes a mom smile!); I like that each and every time I've had a question, it's been followed up my a response quickly and in detail; I like Danielle's Progress Report on training -- very informative; though I haven't yet seen a pool day (on the Monday or Wednesday that she was there) yet, I hope to soon, however, watching her play a few minutes with the water hose (da hose pipe!) makes me smile, because I know she enjoys it; I like that Dakota was timid on her first day (interview day), better on her first day - Monday, June 1, and by Wednesday she was happy and playing with the dogs -- you could see first hand via the super cool spy cams -- which made me thrilled. I had a concern that if she would remain stressed as she seemed on interview day, I'd have to pull her, but I could watch with my own eyes that she's socializing wonderfully. I like the expeditious checkin/checkout, and Dakota appreciates the treats at the counter. As she's only been in 3 times now, I've seen that she's going to enjoy Camp Bow Wow! Can't wait to see pool days and ball days on Tuesdays! I love to see her having a good time. OH! Added benefit of CBW... my baby girl crashes HARD when we get home, so mommy gets to have some 'chill time' of her own. Thanks, Camp Bow Wow ~ Dakota Bijou and mom, Karyn V.

My Henley knows the word Camp Bow Wow. She practically cuts a flip when I say "You want to go to Camp Bow Wow"? She's my only pet and inside while I work so going to camp gives her social outings.
