Awesome place. All dogs are together and they play together really well. They are allowed outside anytime they want or can stay inside where it's cool. Caregivers are with them at all times. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. They also offer training classes. I was very impressed.
I love how friendly the staff is and how they seem to really love dogs and what they do. My dogs always seem so happy to go there. Also, I love the cameras so I can see my babies play. I'm a groomer and when people ask about boarding I always recommend camp bow now!

I like that my dog gets to play with other dogs for the majority of the day. She loves to play and has so much energy. I like the attention paid to her from the moment I walked in until I picked her up. I enjoyed watching her on the webcam. I am very pleased overall.
I have two dogs that camped there during the day. We were apprehensive about our 4 month old because she barks at other dogs. They are so professional and friendly. They were reassuring and explained the whole process to us. We got watch the interview process on the cameras and it was hilarious and funny. They put us at ease, explaining what was taking place. The pricing is fair, and they are so sweet to our dogs. Our dogs loved them!! The staff is such an asset to this place! Loved all services and special events. Highly highly recommend for our dogs!
Professional service. Always available for our needs, even at a moments notice on a nurses' schedule. Great customer service. We worked out a regularly schedule payment plan that made it easy and convenient for. My girls always comes back happy. I highly recommend Camp BowWow Lafayette.
My large breed pup can be a handful at times. Camp Bow wow Lafayette has been nothing but understanding and accommodating. I love being able to check into the live web cams and see what my pup is up to. The staff is very responsive and willing to answer my billion questions. I feel so comfortable leaving my dog here, and that is something I truly, truly appreciate!
Wonderful place. Don't trust my pups to anyone else. My dogs are excited every time we get to camp. I can also watch them play on my computer or iPhone.
Very clean and organized. I dropped in unannounced my first visit with my dog. Considering bringing her there once or twice a week.
Edit: Decided to take advantage of their interview day for Sunny today and let her spend 1/2 day playing and seeing how she gets along with other dogs. It was nice being able to open up the app a couple of times and watch how she was doing. Every time I checked there was someone in the play area, and apparently Sunny enjoyed it. She never sleeps in the car but she was wore out and down for the count in less than 5 min.
Side note....she passed the interview and will be back!
Late Note... I have been there many times before the quarantine and once since. Every single time I have been there to drop off and pick up Sunny Girl I am met by busy, energetic, and courteous staff. Highly recommend!
My dog goes to Camp Bow Wow for day care and boarding. I also use their in-home services for dog walking. I've been a customer for over 4 years.
Harper loves to go to camp . When she comes home, she is wipeout for the rest of the day.
Great for daycare! I wasn't happy with my pups first grooming appointment, but they were great about fixing them how I wanted. I appreciated the great customer service.

This was our first experience at camp bow wow and I can say we will be back! The staff is very friendly and professional making sure to answer all of your questions. Hendrix and Jovi loved day camp yesterday and are staying the weekend. Being able to access the cameras on your phone is one of our favorite things. $15 gets you up to 6 hours of play time, 24 gets you up to 11 hrs- the dog loves it and is exhausted, I work nights, so I don t wake up to my furniture being chewed up to shreds in the middle of the day. Win -win. The facility is clean, the people are friendly, they have cameras so you can check up on your pup but they are really choppy and low res. They also do boarding and grooming at a cost comparable to most places locally.
It was a great experience for myself and my puppy, Gracie. Love that I can download the app and see Gracie enjoy her day.

I was initially impressed with Camp Bow Wow because my online request for information was returned with a phone call on a Sunday! The person on the phone was very helpful and we scheduled a time for our two dogs to come in for their interview. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly, the facility was well-maintained, and the dogs looked like they were having a great time during their stay (via the webcams). We promptly scheduled their next visit when I picked them up. I would definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow to others looking for a place to take their pets!

Only one reason I don't give 5 stars but its really not much.
I removed a similar review last year after assurance from Camp Bow Wow that this issue would be resolved. Well, this one is here to stay because it has reoccurred. We've used Camp Bow Wow many times for our Louis. Louis had back surgery to repair issues stemming for Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD). This was a very serious and expensive surgery. His prognosis was good and he is nearly back to normal. We are, however, very cautious. We don't let him jump on or off of things as to not upset his vertebrae. We have been putting him in a $65/night luxury suite so he is more comfortable. Camp Bow Wow has also always offered to allow him to play in MinPinhook, the room for the smallest dogs, which has nothing for him to jump on/off. This request is also a note attached to his file that is visible each time a reservation is made.
Well, last year, we boarded him for a long weekend, requesting the same conditions. Upon checking in on the webcams one day, I noticed that he was in a different play area, one with something to climb/jump on/off. I immediately called and had him moved into the appropriate play area. This same incident happened again a couple days later. I had to call to have him moved again. And now, on Louis' most recent visit, the exact same thing happened! If you can't honor the request of keeping Louis safe/healthy after a major surgery for $65 a day, then don't offer to do it. I was assured after the previous incidents that all dogs with special requests and medical conditions would be CLEARLY labeled so all staff members are aware. I am once again extremely upset and will now take our boarding needs elsewhere. I know you will try to apologize and "make it right," but that ship has sailed. Please don't call or respond with the same apologies and assurances as last time. This simply should not have happened. We are done with Camp Bow Wow. You have lost our trust.

Camp Bow Wow (Lafayette) is AMAZING! The process is effortless and I don't have any doubts when I drop off my dog for boarding/play day/ training. You name it, they literally do it. Their customer service is also outstanding.
The staff is fabulous! Everyone is so nice and obviously loves dogs. The young girl who showed me around the first day was very knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy her job. She made me feel 100% comfortable leaving Sasha at camp that day. When I walked in for the first time, it even smelled good! No stinky, stale dog smell. I mean, it is a kennel but they seem to make a serious effort to keep things clean. Of course, I also love the cameras so I can check on my baby during the day. Camp Bow Wow gets an A++ in my book!
Both of my dogs love Camp Bow Wow! They get lots of exercise, socialization with the other campers, and attention from the great staff. I feel very at ease leaving my dogs here. The Doggy web cams are huge perk for me. I like to check up on them during the day to see how much fun they are having!
Friendly staff and great service! We feel at ease boarding our fur-baby overnight, knowing that he is in good hands and that we can check up on him on the camera at anytime. He runs right inside when we drop him off and he has a huge smile on his face when we pick him back up. Thank you Camp Bow Wow for always taking great care of our pup while we are away!

The interview process was very accommodating and the staff was very friendly. We have both small and large dogs and they were well sorted for play based on their size. The luxury suites are great for having all three of our dogs in the same room and for being able to check on them with the 24 hour camera and the larger family kennels are good for a family of dogs staying together that may need more room.
Since posting the above review we have luxury boarded our dogs for 15+ days on two separate occasions as well as a couple of 3-day weekends and have found the service and care lacking.
During one 3-day weekend stay our dogs were overfed even though we had pre-portioned their daily food, labeled the portions, and filled out Camp Bow Wow's own feeding requirement sheet.
For each 15+ day extended stay the explanation of discount and overall cost has been inconsistent and we still have not been given a direct answer regarding the total fee for an extended luxury stay after having asked multiple people multiple times.
While Camp Bow Wow has the broadest service options we will be looking to board our pups elsewhere from now on.

Since posting the above the owner of CBW called us personally to go over all of the details and to clear up any confusion as well as to apologize for any issues we had encountered in the past. She was both courteous and professional and assured us that what we experienced was not the norm and that we would be well taken care of in the future should we decide to return.
Everything! All your employees are very pleasant, caring, and seem to truly enjoy what they do. I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with you on a daily basis and when I boarded her for a week, y'all responded to my email questions and made me feel she was in very safe and caring hands.
I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Lafayette to any pet owner looking for a fun, safe and trustworthy company to care for their dog. Its great team is made up of only highly-trained, caring and friendly individuals. They work hard to treat each dog with the same care and love as you would treat your own dog with.
Bow Wow's Doggy Daycamp is a great way to keep your pupster occupied during the day...sure beats being home alone or in a crate. Friendly staff and clean facility. The dogs are well cared for and most important of all, must pass a personality test before being admitted. That means they they must be friendly, outgoing/social and mingle/play well with other dogs in order to attend! No aggressive or hostile behavior allowed. I also appreciate the fact that the dogs are segregated according to size. My grand-dog loves going there and is exhausted from her active day when I pick her up. Well worth the money and peace of mind!
Absolutely love the staff. They are dedicated to a safe environment for my best friend, Stark, they are always aware of what he's getting into, and even made it a point to monitor him specifically throughout his visit on request. The play yards are always clean and well maintained. They always go above and beyond when a request is made and they always cater to my needs without a question. Camp Bow Wow Lafayette is by far the best daycare and boarding facility, for my best friend, that Lafayette has to offer. Keep up the incredible work and I will continue to be bringing my buddy back for more!
They take good care of my dog Hershey. The staff are all great and the facilities are always clean. We've been happy customers for over 3 years.
I'm revised my review, because they seem to care, but I don't think they have what it takes for proper obedience training with aggressive dog breeds. That's just my opinion, they seemed willing to try
